The term "module" as used herein may be considered a software object executing on the computing system. The various components, modules, engines, and services described herein may be viewed as objects implemented on the computing system. The apparatus and method described herein are preferably implemented in software, but may also be implemented in hardware, and are within the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a terminal call scenario provided in an embodiment of the present invention. When the terminal is in a call state, a noise value of the current environment can be acquired through a microphone device on the terminal, when the noise value exceeds a preset threshold value, the current environment is indicated to be a noisy environment, and the name "zhang san" and the number "131 XXX" of the opposite call end of the current call are acquired. And judging whether the communication identifier is a preset communication identifier or not, and adjusting the call volume of the terminal when the communication identifier is judged not to be the preset communication identifier so as to increase the call volume and enable the user to clearly listen to the call content in a noisy environment.
The following is a detailed description of the analysis.
In the present embodiment, the description will be made in terms of a device for adjusting the call volume, which may be specifically integrated in a terminal, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and the like.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for adjusting call volume according to an embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
In step S101, when it is detected that the terminal is in a call state, it is determined whether a noise value in the current environment exceeds a preset threshold.
wherein the call state includes but is not limited to: answer calls, make calls, and conduct video or voice calls through third party applications. The noise level is a measure of the level of noise, and is usually in decibels (dB).
Based on this, when the terminal is detected to be in a call state, a noise value of the current environment can be acquired through a microphone device on the terminal, whether the noise value exceeds a preset threshold value or not is judged, and when the noise value exceeds the preset threshold value, the step S102 is executed; and when the noise value does not exceed the preset threshold value, the current environment is relatively quiet environment, and the current call volume value is kept for calling.
in a possible embodiment, in order to obtain a more accurate noise value, the obtaining of the noise value of the current environment may further include continuously collecting a plurality of noise values within a preset time period, averaging the collected plurality of noise values, and determining the average as the noise value in the environment.
In step S102, a communication identifier of the opposite end of the call is obtained.
the communication identifier is communication Identification information of the opposite call end, and the communication identifier may include a name of a contact of the opposite call end, a Number of the contact, and/or International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) information.
Based on this, when the noise value exceeds the preset threshold, it indicates that the current environment is a noisy environment, and obtains information such as the name and number of the opposite end of the current call.
In step S103, it is determined whether the communication identifier is a preset communication identifier.
The preset communication identification is the communication identification of the privacy contact preset by the user.
based on the above, when the communication identifier is judged to be the preset communication identifier, the communication contact of the current call is a privacy contact, and the recording function can be executed to record the content of the call; when the communication identifier is not the preset communication identifier, step S104 is executed.
In an embodiment, the determining whether the communication identifier is a preset communication identifier may include:
(1) and matching the communication identifier with a preset communication identifier set to judge whether a sample communication identifier which is the same as the communication identifier exists in the preset communication identifier set.
the preset communication identifier set stores a plurality of sample communication identifiers, and a user can perform addition, deletion, check and modification operations on the sample communication identifiers in the preset communication identifier set. And (3) executing the step (2) when judging that the sample communication identifier which is the same as the communication identifier exists in the preset communication identifier set, and executing the step (3) when judging that the sample communication identifier which is the same as the communication identifier does not exist in the preset communication identifier set.
(2) and judging that the communication identifier is a preset communication identifier.
(3) And judging that the communication identifier is not a preset communication identifier.
In step S104, the call volume of the terminal is turned up.
When the noise value exceeds the preset threshold value, it indicates that the current environment is a noisy environment, and the user often wants to increase the call volume of the terminal to clearly acquire call content.
it should be noted that, after the call volume value of the existing terminal generally reaches a fixed upper limit value, the call volume value cannot be increased unless the hands-free function of the terminal is turned on, which may cause that the call volume cannot be clearly heard when the call is made with the volume value of the fixed upper limit value in a noisy environment, and the call content is easily heard by others after the hands-free function is turned on.
Based on this, the purpose of the adjustment is to increase the call volume of the terminal.
In one embodiment, turning up the call volume of the terminal may include obtaining a target volume value, which is greater than the current call volume value, and turning up the call volume value of the terminal to the target volume value.
further, the obtaining of the target volume value may include determining an increment amplitude based on the magnitude of the noise value, and calculating the target volume value according to the increment amplitude and the current volume value of the terminal.
In an embodiment, after the turning up the call volume of the terminal, the method may further include:
(1) And acquiring the current position information of the terminal.
The current location information of the terminal may be obtained through a Global Positioning System (GPS) on the terminal, and the location information may be in an office, a school, a home, outdoors, or the like.
In a possible implementation manner, the terminal may automatically record the activity location of the user within a period of time to determine the living habits of the user, and may perform analysis and learning processing on the location information of the user by using a learning algorithm, analyze the frequency times of the location where the user is located within a specific period of time to determine corresponding location information, for example, record the location information where the user is located within a certain period of time every day within the past month of the user, for example, determine the location information where the location where the user is located is the highest in frequency as home at 19:00 to 24:00 pm.
(2) and judging whether the position information is preset position information or not.
it should be noted that, when a user is in a specific place, such as an office, the user often does not want the own call content to be listened to by others.
Based on this, when the position information is judged to be the preset position information, the step (3) is executed; and when the position information is judged not to be the preset position information and the current position is not the specific place, continuing to maintain the current call volume value for carrying out the call.
(3) And adjusting the call volume of the terminal to a preset call volume.
When the position information is judged to be the preset position information, the current position is a specific place, the user does not want own call content to be listened by other people, the preset call volume is the normal call volume of the terminal, and when the call is carried out at the preset call volume, the call content cannot be listened by other people.
It should be noted that after the call volume of the terminal is adjusted to be increased, the noise value of the surrounding environment may be changed from noisy to quiet, and at this time, if the call is continued with the call volume after the adjustment to be increased, the call content may be heard by the user, and the user information is not safe.
Based on this, in an embodiment, after the turning up the call volume of the terminal, the method may further include: detecting a noise value in the current environment, starting timing if the noise value is lower than a preset threshold, and adjusting the call volume of the terminal to be the preset call volume if the noise value is lower than the preset threshold in a continuous time period after the timing is started.
therefore, according to the method for adjusting the call volume provided by the embodiment, when the noise value in the environment is judged to exceed the preset threshold value, the communication identifier of the opposite call end is obtained, and when the communication identifier is not the preset communication identifier, the call volume of the terminal is increased, so that the problem that the call content of the terminal cannot be heard clearly in a noisy environment is solved, meanwhile, the information security is ensured, and the call volume adjustment efficiency is improved.
The method described in the above embodiments is further illustrated in detail by way of example.
referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is another schematic flow chart of a method for adjusting call volume according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
In step S201, when it is detected that the terminal is in a call state, it is determined whether a noise value in the current environment exceeds a preset threshold.
When the terminal is detected to be in a call state, acquiring a noise value of a current environment through a microphone device on the terminal, judging whether the noise value exceeds a preset threshold value, and executing the step S202 when the noise value exceeds the preset threshold value; when the noise value does not exceed the preset threshold, it indicates that the current environment is a relatively quiet environment, and the process returns to step S201.
For example, when it is detected that the mobile phone is in a call, the noise value of the current environment obtained by the microphone on the mobile phone is 85dB, and the preset threshold is 80dB, it is determined that the noise value is greater than the preset threshold.
In a possible embodiment, in order to obtain a more accurate noise value, the obtaining of the noise value of the current environment may further include continuously collecting a plurality of noise values within a preset time period, averaging the collected plurality of noise values, and determining the average as the noise value in the environment.
for example, 3 noise values, 70, 80, and 90dB, are continuously obtained within 1 second, the 3 noise values are averaged to obtain an average value of 80dB, and the average value of 80dB is determined as the noise value.
In step S202, a communication identifier of the opposite end of the call is obtained.
When the noise value exceeds a preset threshold value, the current environment is a noisy environment, and information such as the name and the number of the opposite call end of the current call is acquired.
For example, when the noise value obtained by the mobile phone exceeds a preset threshold, information such as the name and the number of the current call object of the mobile phone, for example, the name "zhang san" and the number "131 XXX" is obtained.
In step S203, it is determined whether the communication identifier is a preset communication identifier.
the preset communication identification is the communication identification of the privacy contact preset by the user.
Based on this, when the communication identifier is judged to be the preset communication identifier, it is indicated that the communication contact of the current call is a privacy contact, and step S204 is executed; when the communication identifier is not the preset communication identifier, step S205 is executed.
For example, the preset communication identifier set stores 3 sample communication identifiers, where the sample one is the name "zhang san", the number "131 XXX", the sample two is the name "lie si", the number "132 XXX" and the sample three is the name "wangwu", and the number "133 XXX". And when the communication identifier is the name of 'zhang san' and the number of '131 XXX', the communication identifier is judged to be the preset communication identifier if the communication identifier is the same as the sample one.
(3) And judging that the communication identifier is not a preset communication identifier.
In step S204, the recording function is turned on.
when the communication identifier is judged to be the preset communication identifier, the current opposite call end is a privacy contact person, and then the recording function is started to record the content of the call.
in step S205, the increment magnitude is determined based on the magnitude of the noise value.
The increment amplitude is determined based on the magnitude of the noise value, and can be preset three increment intervals, and when the noise value falls into the increment intervals, the corresponding increment amplitude is determined to be twenty percent of expansion; when the noise value falls into the increment interval, determining that the corresponding increment amplitude is thirty percent enlarged; when the noise value falls within the third incremental interval, the corresponding incremental magnitude is determined to be forty percent increase.
In step S206, a target volume value is calculated according to the increment size and the current volume value of the terminal.
before calculating the current volume of the terminal according to the increment range, the method may further include adjusting the volume value of the terminal to a fixed upper limit value of the terminal, and calculating the target volume value based on the fixed upper limit value and the increment range.
And increasing the current volume value of the terminal according to the determined increment amplitude, and determining a corresponding target volume value.
In step S207, the call volume value of the terminal is adjusted to the target volume value.
The call volume value of the terminal is adjusted to be the target volume value, and the call is carried out by the increased target volume value, so that the user can clearly acquire the call content.
Based on the above, the call volume value is adjusted to the target volume value, the call volume value of the terminal is increased on the basis of fixing the upper limit value, and the call volume value after being increased is smaller than the hands-free volume value, so that the safety of the privacy of the user is protected on the premise of ensuring the call definition.
In an embodiment, after the adjusting the call volume value of the terminal to the target volume value, the method further includes detecting whether the terminal ends the call state, and when detecting that the terminal ends the call state, restoring the call volume of the terminal to the preset call volume. The preset call volume is the conventional call volume of the terminal, and when the call is carried out at the preset call volume, the call content cannot be heard by others. Therefore, the inconvenience brought to the user due to overlarge call volume in the next call can be avoided.
In step S208, a noise value in the current environment is detected.
The noise value is the noise value obtained after the call volume value of the terminal is adjusted to the target volume value.
In step S209, if the noise value is lower than the preset threshold, a timer is started.
when the detected noise value is lower than the preset threshold value, the surrounding environment suddenly changes to a relatively quiet environment, and at the moment, the terminal starts timing.
In step S210, if the noise values are all lower than the preset threshold within the duration after the start of the timing, the call volume of the terminal is adjusted to the preset call volume.
when the noise value is lower than the preset threshold value in the continuous time period, namely the surrounding environment is suddenly changed into a relatively quiet environment and is kept for a certain time, the call volume of the terminal can be adjusted to be the preset call volume so as to prevent call contents from being acquired by other people.
For example, when the call volume of the mobile phone is increased to the target volume value, the environment suddenly becomes relatively quiet, the timer is started, and when the duration of the environment changing to relatively quiet exceeds 2 seconds, the call volume of the terminal is adjusted to the normal call volume.
In order to better describe the embodiment of the present invention, another scenario diagram of the terminal call shown in fig. 4 and another scenario diagram of the terminal call shown in fig. 5 are used to describe in detail: when the call volume value of the existing terminal generally reaches a fixed upper limit value, the call volume value cannot be increased unless the hands-free function of the terminal is started, so that the call volume cannot be clearly heard when the call is carried out with the volume value of the fixed upper limit value in a noisy environment, and the call content is easily heard by other people after the hands-free function is started.
Based on this, as shown in fig. 4, the call volume value 10 has reached the fixed upper limit value, and the call volume value 10 cannot be raised unless the handsfree function of the terminal is turned on. Based on this, when judging whether the noise value in the environment is the preset threshold value at this time, it indicates that the user is currently in a noisy environment, the communication identifier of the current opposite call end, the name "zhang san", and the number "131 XXX" are obtained, and when judging that the name "zhang san", and the number "131 XXX" are not the preset communication identifier, the increment amplitude, such as 1.2, is determined based on the current noise value, and then the call volume value 10 is expanded according to the increment amplitude 1.2, so as to obtain the expanded call volume value 10. As shown in fig. 5, the terminal adjusts the call volume to the expanded call volume value 10, and based on this, the user can listen to the call content of the terminal more clearly.
Therefore, according to the method for adjusting the call volume provided by the embodiment, when the noise value in the environment is judged to exceed the preset threshold, the communication identifier of the opposite call end is obtained, when the communication identifier is not the preset communication identifier, the increment amplitude is determined based on the noise value in the environment, the current volume value is expanded according to the increment amplitude, the target volume value is obtained, the call volume value of the terminal is adjusted to the target volume value, the problem that the call content of the terminal cannot be heard clearly in the noisy environment is solved, meanwhile, the information security is ensured, and the call volume adjustment efficiency is improved.
In order to better implement the method for adjusting the call volume provided by the embodiment of the present invention, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a device based on the method for adjusting the call volume. The terms are the same as those in the above method for adjusting the call volume, and specific implementation details may refer to the description in the method embodiment.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic block diagram of a device for adjusting call volume according to an embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the device 300 for adjusting call volume includes: a first judging module 31, an obtaining module 32, a second judging module 33, and an adjusting module 34.

(2) And judging that the communication identifier is a preset communication identifier.
(3) And judging that the communication identifier is not a preset communication identifier.
And the adjusting module 34 is configured to, when the determination result is negative, increase the call volume of the terminal.

Further, the obtaining of the target volume value may include determining an increment amplitude based on the magnitude of the noise value, and calculating the target volume value according to the increment amplitude and the current volume value of the terminal.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic block diagram of another call volume adjusting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the call volume adjusting apparatus 300 further includes:
The adjusting module 34 may further include an obtaining sub-module 341 and an adjusting sub-module 342.
Specifically, the obtaining sub-module 341 is configured to, when the determination is negative, obtain a target volume value, where the target volume value is greater than the current call volume value. The adjusting sub-module 342 is configured to adjust the call volume value of the terminal to the target volume value.
In one embodiment, the obtaining sub-module 341 is further configured to determine an incremental amplitude based on the magnitude of the noise value, and calculate a target volume value according to the incremental amplitude and the current volume value of the terminal.
Therefore, the adjusting device for the call volume provided by the embodiment can obtain the communication identifier of the opposite call end by judging that the noise value in the environment exceeds the preset threshold value, and when the communication identifier is not the preset communication identifier, the increment amplitude is determined based on the noise value in the environment, and the current volume value is enlarged according to the increment amplitude, so that the target volume value is obtained, the call volume value of the terminal is adjusted to the target volume value, the problem that the call content is not heard clearly by the terminal in a noisy environment is solved, meanwhile, the safety of information is also ensured, and the adjusting efficiency of the call volume is improved.
