The invention discloses an intelligent control and protection switch, which comprises a shell, a control mainboard and a relay bottom plate, wherein the shell comprises a wiring terminal, an indicator lamp, a nixie tube display and a key; the control mainboard comprises an ARM 32-bit high-speed single chip microcomputer, a power supply module, a signal conditioning module, a protection module, a driving module, a 2-channel main contact output module, a storage module, a human-computer interaction module and a communication module; the relay bottom plate comprises a magnetic latching relay and a sampling circuit; the mechanical structure is replaced by the electronic structure, the voltage synchronization technology is adopted when the switch is switched off, and the current synchronization technology is adopted when the switch is switched off, so that the arc discharge phenomenon is thoroughly eliminated, arc extinguishing devices are saved, the switch structure is simplified, the complexity of equipment is greatly reduced, the integration level is higher, the size is smaller, and the cost is reduced to the lowest; the integrated circuit, the electronic PCB technology and the SMT automatic chip mounting technology are adopted, and the device is moisture-proof, high-temperature resistant, high in reliability, compact in space and simple in structure.

Background
The traditional CPS (control and protection switch) is a novel integrated electric appliance which is used for safe and reliable operation of a power distribution network, a control system and a motor in the current market, integrates a breaker, a contactor, a starter and a fuse into a whole and realizes the functions of control and protection. The intelligent control system mainly comprises a base, an electromagnetic mechanism, a main loop contact group, an auxiliary contact, an MCU intelligent control detection system and an electronic release system, wherein a large part of the intelligent control system is of a mechanical structure, the structure is complex and heavy, and the large-capacity CPS is overlarge in size and high in cost.
Therefore, in order to better solve the above problems, it is necessary to develop a control and protection switch that can realize the development mode of high performance, high reliability, miniaturization, digitization, intelligence, and modularization by integrating most functions on a circuit board and only switching contacts into and out of a mechanical structure, so as to meet the market demand.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the intelligent control and protection switch, a mechanical structure is replaced by an electronic structure, a voltage synchronization technology is adopted when the switch is closed, a current synchronization technology is adopted when the switch is disconnected, and an arc discharge phenomenon is thoroughly eliminated, so that an arc extinguishing device is saved, the switch structure is simplified, the complexity of equipment is greatly reduced, the integration level is higher, the size is smaller, and the cost is reduced to the minimum; meanwhile, the reliability, control and protection accuracy of the equipment are greatly improved; the integrated circuit, the electronic PCB technology and the SMT automatic chip mounting technology are adopted, and the device is moisture-proof, high-temperature resistant, high in reliability, compact in space and simple in structure.

The wiring terminal 1-1 is arranged on the side face of the shell 1, a nixie tube display 1-3 is arranged on the shell 1, an indicator lamp 1-2 is arranged on the shell 1 on the upper side of the nixie tube display 1-3, and a key 1-4 is arranged on the shell 1 on the lower side of the nixie tube display 1-3; the wiring terminal 1-1 comprises a main loop wiring, an auxiliary contact, a dry contact output and a communication terminal; the wiring terminal 1-1, the indicator light 1-2, the nixie tube display 1-3 and the key 1-4 on the shell 1 are respectively and electrically connected with the control mainboard 2.
By adopting the technical scheme, a base, an electromagnetic mechanism, a main loop contact group, an auxiliary contact and an electronic release system are structurally omitted, wiring is concentrated on a wiring terminal 1-1, and the wiring terminal 1-1 comprises a main loop wiring, an auxiliary contact, a dry contact output and a communication terminal; the electromagnetic mechanism, the main loop contact group and the electronic release system are all replaced by a relay bottom plate 3 and used for switching on or breaking off a main loop, the basic principle is that an ARM 32-bit high-speed single chip microcomputer controls a driving module 2-5 to drive a magnetic latching relay 3-1, the magnetic latching relay 3-1 is communicated with a load, a signal sampling circuit 3-2 samples a signal of the load, a signal conditioning module 2-3 conditions the signal through amplification, filtering and the like, then the signal is sent to the single chip microcomputer to be processed, and the single chip microcomputer controls the driving module 2-5 to drive the magnetic latching relay 3-1 according to a signal processing result, so that the intelligent control of the load is realized. Meanwhile, a voltage synchronization technology is adopted when the switch is switched off, a current synchronization technology is adopted when the switch is switched off, and the arc discharge phenomenon is thoroughly eliminated, so that an arc extinguishing device is saved, the switch structure is simplified, the weight is reduced, and the power consumption is greatly reduced due to the fact that a magnetic latching relay is adopted as a switch contact, the working temperature rise is stable, the space is compact, and the switch has a certain explosion-proof function due to the adoption of a sealing technology, and is safer to use and wider in range.
