Fig. 1 shows a data protection device provided by an embodiment of the present invention, for convenience of explanation, only the portions relevant to the embodiment of the present invention are shown, and the details are as follows:
a data protection device of an electronic device includes a first panel 100 and a tear-resistant sticker 200.
The first panel 100 includes a data area 103 and a detection area 102 connected to the data area 103, a detection point (not shown in the figure) connected to the central controller 101 is provided on the detection area 102, the anti-tearing sticker 200 is provided with a protection trace 202 and a data interface 201 connected to the protection trace 202, and when the anti-tearing sticker 200 covers the data area 103, the data interface 201 of the anti-tearing sticker 200 is connected to the detection point.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first panel 100 specifically refers to a chip or a circuit board with important data information, which is an object to be protected, and includes at least one data area 103 and a detection area 102 connected to the data area 103, where the detection area 102 is provided with a detection point connected to the central controller 101. The data area 103 is embedded on the body of the first panel 100, specifically may be embedded on a single layer of the body of the first panel 100, or may be embedded on two corresponding layers of the body of the first panel 100, where the data area 103 includes an important data area and a common data area, and the important data area refers to an area with sensitive data information, and is an area that needs to be protected with emphasis. Specifically, the first panel 100 may be a display panel with a data area 103 and a data transmission interface.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the anti-tearing sticker 200 refers to a flexible board with adhesiveness, and may specifically be a flexible board with single-sided adhesiveness or a flexible board with double-sided adhesiveness. Preferably, the tear-resistant sticker 200 is a flexible sheet of double-sided adhesive. The anti-tearing sticker 200 can be adhered to the first panel 100 to be protected in a seamless manner, and the adhering operation is simple, convenient and quick. When the data area 103 is embedded on a single layer of the body of the first panel 100, the anti-tearing sticker 200 is seamlessly attached to the single layer; when the data area 103 is embedded in two mutually corresponding layers of the body of the first panel 100, the tear-proof sticker 200 is seamlessly attached to cover the two mutually corresponding layers. The anti-tearing sticker 200 may be a single layer of flexible board with double-sided adhesive, or may be a laminate of two or more layers of flexible boards with double-sided adhesive, preferably, in order to make the space utilization higher, the protection effect better and the cost reduction, the anti-tearing sticker 200 is preferably a laminate of 2 layers of flexible boards with double-sided adhesive, and in particular, the number of layers may be limited according to actual needs.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the tear-proof sticker 200 is provided with a protection trace 202 and a data interface 201 connected to the protection trace 202. The protection trace 202 may be embedded in the body of the anti-tearing sticker 200, specifically in an inner area of the body of the anti-tearing sticker 200, or may be embedded in two adhesive surfaces of the body of the anti-tearing sticker 200 corresponding to the data area 103.
In particular, the guard trace 202 is made of a conductive substance that is easily torn, which may be, but is not limited to, conductive powder or conductive wire. When the anti-tearing sticker 200 is adhered to the protected first panel 100, the anti-tearing sticker cannot be torn again, otherwise, the protection wire 202 is disconnected or the mutual touching between wires is caused, and the protection wire 202 is disconnected or short-circuited, so that the signal output by the protection wire 202 is abnormal.
Specifically, adjacent wires of the guard wires 202 may be configured as a power wire or a ground wire, the guard wires 202 preferably adopt a serpentine wire manner, and the serpentine wires may be parallel to each other (see fig. 2) or cross with each other but not touching each other (see fig. 3, wherein the solid line and the dotted line are at different levels, and the hollow circle represents the hole for connecting the wires). In order to increase the difficulty of vertical attack and disassembly and increase the probability of short circuit or open circuit of the protective wire 202 when the anti-tearing sticker 200 is torn down, when the anti-tearing sticker 200 is a single flexible board with double-sided adhesive, if the protective wire 202 is embedded on two adhesive surfaces corresponding to the data area 103 in the anti-tearing sticker 200 body, the protective wires 202 on adjacent surfaces are in a vertical state; when the anti-tearing sticker 200 is a laminate of two or more flexible boards with double-sided adhesive, the protection traces 202 on the adjacent surfaces are also in a vertical state.
Specifically, the data interface 201 is connected to the protection trace 202, and when the anti-tear sticker 200 covers the data area 103, the data interface 201 of the anti-tear sticker 200 is connected to the detection point, and therefore, the protection trace 202 can output a signal to the central controller 101 through the data interface 201 and the detection point. The signal output by the protection trace 202 and the detection point to the central controller 101 through the data interface 201 may specifically be a high level signal of a pulse waveform or a low level signal of a pulse waveform. Specifically, when the protection wire 202 is normally turned on, the protection wire 202 outputs a high level signal with a pulse waveform; when the protection trace 202 is opened and/or shorted, the protection trace 202 outputs a low level signal of a pulse waveform. The data area 103 may be covered with the tear-resistant sticker 200, or the data area 103 may be covered with the tear-resistant sticker 200.
For example, taking the first panel 100 as an lcd, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the lcd panel has a data area 103, where the data area 103 includes an important data area (not labeled in the figures). The anti-tearing sticker 200 is seamlessly adhered to the liquid crystal display and completely adhered to the concave-convex surface of the liquid crystal display. The protective trace 202 of the tear-resistant sticker 200 is only covered on the important data region of the liquid crystal display panel to protect the important data of the liquid crystal display panel.
When the protection wire 202 is opened and/or shorted, the protection wire 202 outputs a destruction signal to the central controller 101 through the data interface 201 and the detection point, and the central controller 101 destroys the data information of the data area 103 according to the destruction signal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the anti-tearing sticker 200 is adhered to the protected first panel 100, if the anti-tearing sticker 200 is torn, the protection wires 202 on the anti-tearing sticker 200 are disconnected or the protection wires 202 touch each other, so that the protection wires 202 are broken or short-circuited; when the protection wire 202 is opened and/or shorted, the protection wire 202 will output a destruction signal to the central controller 101 through the data interface 201 and the detection point, and the central controller 101 destroys the data information of the data area 103 according to the destruction signal. The destruction signal is specifically a low-level signal of a pulse waveform.
Preferably, in order to prevent the first panel 100 from being attacked from around the side or directly from the front, the protective trace 202 of the tear-resistant sticker 200 is seamlessly attached to the first panel 100, and preferably includes a first trace embedded in a border region of the tear-resistant sticker 200 and a second trace corresponding to the data region 103. The first routing area is a first important protection area, the second routing area is a second important protection area, and the second important protection area may completely cover the data area 103, or may cover only the important data area in the data area 103.
When the first wire is open and/or short-circuited, the first wire outputs a first destruction signal to the central controller 101 through the data interface 201 and the detection point, and the central controller 101 destroys the data information of the data area 103 through data coverage or data erasure according to the first destruction signal; when the second wire is opened and/or shorted, the second wire outputs a second destruction signal to the central controller 101 through the data interface 201 and the detection point, and the central controller 101 directly destroys the data storage medium of the data area 103 according to the second destruction signal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when an lawless person attacks an electronic device, if a first key protection area is damaged, that is, a first wire is opened and/or shorted, the first wire outputs a first destruction signal to the central controller 101 through the data interface 201 and a detection point, and the central controller 101 destroys data information of the data area 103 through data coverage or data erasure according to the first destruction signal; when the second protection area is damaged, i.e. the second wire is open and/or short-circuited, the second wire outputs a second destruction signal to the central controller 101 through the data interface 201 and the detection point, and the central controller 101 directly destroys the data storage medium of the data area 103 according to the second destruction signal, so as to prevent the lawless person from repairing the destroyed data information.
According to the invention, when the anti-tearing sticker 200 covers the data area 103, the data interface 201 of the anti-tearing sticker 200 is connected with the detection point, and when the protection wire 202 is opened and/or short-circuited, the protection wire 202 outputs a destruction signal to the central controller 101 through the data interface 201 and the detection point, and the central controller 101 destroys the data information of the data area 103 according to the destruction signal, so that the safety of important data information of the electronic equipment is ensured, the protection cost of the important data information is reduced, and the space utilization rate of the equipment is improved.
