解剖室的空气净化系统,包括解剖室、解剖台、新风系统和排气系统,解剖台设置在解剖室内,新风系统和排气系统连接解剖室,新风系统包括新风管、高效静音送风机、空气过滤器、活性碳装置和紫外线发生器,由新风管入口起各设备在新风管上依次的设置顺序为高效静音送风机、空气过滤器、活性碳装置和紫外线发生器;排气系统包括排气管、活性炭装置、空气过滤器、紫外线发生器和高效静音排风机,由排气管的空气入口起各设备在排气管上的设置顺序为活性炭装置、空气过滤器、紫外线发生器和高效静音排风机。本发明的有益效果在于:通过设置空气净化系统保证了解剖室空气的清洁,给解剖室的工作人员提供了一个适宜的工作环境,也避免污染空气。

技术领域
本发明属于解剖室的配套设备领域,尤其涉及解剖室的空气净化系统。
背景技术
专业的解剖通常都在解剖室中进行,解剖是一项细致且耗时的工作,解剖过程中尸体会发出异味并向空气中释放细菌,解剖员长时间呆在解剖室中比较难受且容易感染病菌。
目前紫外线杀菌应用广泛,在空气处理中价值极高,它是通过紫外光线的照射,破坏及改变微生物的DNA结构,使细菌当即死亡或不能繁殖后代,以达到杀菌的目的。真正具有杀菌作用的是ZXB紫外线,因为C波段紫外线很易被生物体的DNA吸收,尤以253.7nm左右的紫外线最佳。紫外线发生器属于纯物理消毒方法,具有简单便捷、广谱高效、无二次污染、便于管理和实现自动化等优点,随着各种新型设计的紫外线灯管的推出,紫外线杀菌的应用范围也不断在扩大。
发明内容
为了给解剖室创造一个良好的空气环境,本发明公开了一种解剖室的空气净化系统,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
解剖室的空气净化系统,包括解剖室、解剖台、新风系统和排气系统,解剖台设置在解剖室内,新风系统和排气系统连接解剖室。
所述新风系统包括新风管、高效静音送风机、空气过滤器、活性碳装置和紫外线发生器,由新风管入口起各设备在新风管上依次的设置顺序为高效静音送风机、空气过滤器、活性碳装置和紫外线发生器。高效静音送风机将新鲜空气从新风管抽入,为防止新鲜空气中带有污染物,特在新风管中设置净化系统净化新鲜空气,为保证进入解剖室内的空气干净无污染,在新风管中设置三级净化,首先通过空气过滤器对进入空气进行一级过滤除去空气中的PM2.5颗粒和异味,再通过活性碳装置进一步吸附空气中的尘埃颗粒和异味,最后通过紫外线发生器对空气进行杀菌,以上三步保证了进入解剖室空气的干净度。
所述排气系统包括排气管、活性炭装置、空气过滤器、紫外线发生器和高效静音排风机,由排气管的空气入口起各设备在排气管上的设置顺序为活性炭装置、空气过滤器、紫外线发生器和高效静音排风机。解剖室通过排风系统将解剖室中的空气排出换气,为防止污染空气,在排风系统内设置三级净化装置净化排出的废气,一级净化活性碳装置除粉尘和异味,二级净化空气过滤器进一步除粉尘和异味,三级净化紫外线发生器杀菌。
如上所述新风管与排气管的粗细相同,保证了解剖室内空气的进出量一致。
如上所述高效静音送风机与高效静音排风机规格相同且共用一套开关,保证高效静音送风机与高效静音排风机工作步调一致,从而保证空气的进出量一致。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过设置空气净化系统保证了解剖室空气的清洁,在新风系统和排气系统内分别设置空气过滤器、活性碳装置、紫外线发生器三级净化装置,充分保证了进出解剖室空气的清洁,给解剖室的工作人员提供了一个适宜的工作环境,也避免污染空气。

具体实施方式
为了更清楚的阐述本发明,下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
解剖室的空气净化系统,包括解剖室1、解剖台2、新风系统和排气系统,解剖台2设置在解剖室1内,新风系统和排气系统连接解剖室1。
如上所述新风系统包括新风管3、高效静音送风机4、空气过滤器5、活性碳装置6和紫外线发生器7,由新风管3入口起各设备在新风管3上依次的设置顺序为高效静音送风机4、空气过滤器5、活性碳装置6和紫外线发生器7。高效静音送风机4将新鲜空气从新风管3抽入,为防止新鲜空气中带有污染物,特在新风管3中设置净化系统净化新鲜空气,为保证进入解剖室1内的空气干净无污染,在新风管3中设置三级净化,首先通过空气过滤器5对进入空气进行一级过滤除去空气中的PM2.5颗粒和异味,再通过活性碳装置6进一步吸附空气中的尘埃颗粒和异味,最后通过紫外线发生器7对空气进行杀菌,以上三步保证了进入解剖室1空气的干净度。
如上所述排气系统包括排气管8、活性炭装置6、空气过滤器5、紫外线发生器7和高效静音排风机9,由排气管8的空气入口起各设备在排气管8上的设置顺序为活性炭装置6、空气过滤器5、紫外线发生器7和高效静音排风机9。解剖室1通过排风系统将解剖室1中的空气排出换气,为防止污染空气,在排风系统内设置三级净化装置净化排出的废气,一级净化活性碳装置6除粉尘和异味,二级净化空气过滤器进一步除粉尘和异味,三级净化紫外线发生器7杀菌。
如上所述新风管3与排气管8的粗细相同,保证了解剖室1内空气的进出量一致。
如上所述高效静音送风机4与高效静音排风机9规格相同且共用一套开关,保证高效静音送风机4与高效静音排风机9工作步调一致,从而保证空气的进出量一致。

1.解剖室的空气净化系统,包括解剖室、解剖台、新风系统和排气系统,解剖台设置在解剖室内,新风系统和排气系统连接解剖室,其特征在于:新风系统包括新风管、高效静音送风机、空气过滤器、活性碳装置和紫外线发生器,由新风管入口起各设备在新风管上依次的设置顺序为高效静音送风机、空气过滤器、活性碳装置和紫外线发生器;排气系统包括排气管、活性炭装置、空气过滤器、紫外线发生器和高效静音排风机,由排气管的空气入口起各设备在排气管上的设置顺序为活性炭装置、空气过滤器、紫外线发生器和高效静音排风机。
2.根据权利要求1所述解剖室的空气净化系统,其特征在于:所述新风管与排气管的粗细相同。
