本发明公开了一种用于井下避难硐室门墙结构,所述该结构包括避难硐室门墙和防爆门洞口,所述避难硐室门墙内嵌在避难硐室墙壁里,所述避难硐室门墙中间的巷道形成过渡室,所述避难硐室墙壁内嵌在岩层内,所述避难硐室门墙设有排气管,所述避难硐室门墙内置预制钢纤维高强混凝土板,所述钢纤维高强混凝土板周围浇筑高强混凝土,所述避难硐室门墙内沿防爆门洞口放射布置预应力钢锚杆,所述预应力钢锚杆双层设置穿过避难硐室门墙、避难硐室墙壁、岩层,所述双层预应力钢锚杆由拉结钢筋连接。本发明解决了避难硐室门墙在受到爆炸冲击下发生结构变形、移位、坍塌的问题,这种避难硐室门墙结构可以隔离爆炸产生的爆炸冲击波和有毒有害气体。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及矿山安全救援安全保障设施设备技术领域,具体属于用于井下避难硐室门墙结构。
背景技术
现有的井下开采矿山一般要求配置避难设施(避难硐室、救生舱、避难所),一般避难硐室位于井底车场附近,深度有时会有600至900米深处,井下工作人员无法逃离现场可以在里面临时避难等待救援。这些避难设施一般为封闭空间,通过设置防爆门墙结构与避难硐室外的大巷相连接。现有避难硐室门墙一般通过混凝土浇筑,由于混凝土材料是一种弹塑形材料,弹性相对较小,在爆炸发生时可能会使墙体产生变形、开裂、坍塌,而且地下结构受力较复杂,在井下连接避难硐室的围岩区经常存在应力突变、转移现象,更容易使防爆门墙受到围岩应力挤压而变形、开裂,这对于需要完全封闭的避难硐室来说是非常不安全的。因此使用新型的避难硐室门墙结构可以有效与整个避难硐室墙壁形成一个刚性整体,协同作用更好的适应围岩应力,双层硐室门墙的设计更加安全有效。
发明内容
本发明解决了避难硐室门墙在受到爆炸冲击下发生结构变形、移位、坍塌的问题,这种避难硐室门墙结构可以与避难硐室墙壁协同作用形成一个整体,在井下事故发生时,隔离爆炸产生的爆炸冲击波和有毒有害气体,使事故中的人员在避难硐室内安全躲避灾难、为逃生赢得宝贵时间。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种用于井下避难硐室门墙结构,所述该结构包括避难硐室门墙和防爆门洞口,所述避难硐室门墙内嵌在避难硐室墙壁里,所述避难硐室墙壁在避难硐室外的大巷通往避难硐室内的生存室的位置处分别设置两道避难硐室门墙,所述两道避难硐室门墙中间的巷道形成过渡室,所述避难硐室墙壁内嵌在岩层内,所述避难硐室门墙设有排气管,所述避难硐室门墙内置预制钢纤维高强混凝土板,所述钢纤维高强混凝土板周围浇筑高强混凝土,所述避难硐室门墙内沿防爆门洞口放射布置预应力钢锚杆,所述预应力钢锚杆双层设置穿过避难硐室门墙、避难硐室墙壁、岩层,将整个避难硐室门墙、避难硐室墙壁锚固在岩层内,所述双层预应力钢锚杆由拉结钢筋连接。

本发明避难硐室门墙结构由于其采用复合材料,强度高,整体性好,整个结构协同受力工作,可以有效抵抗围岩应力的突变和转移,而且在爆炸中不容易被破坏,制造成本低、工艺简单等优点,被广泛关注。本发明避难硐室门墙结构内置排气管,可以探测避难硐室外部气体环境,将浊气和废气排出避难硐室,避难硐室门墙结构采用内置预制钢纤维混凝土板,解决了整体强度、刚度不够的问题;采用预应力钢锚杆穿过避难硐室门墙、避难硐室墙壁、岩层的方式,解决了复合材料的协同抵抗围岩应力、爆炸冲击的问题,而双层预应力钢锚杆的设置,解决了复合材料内部的稳定性问题。以上问题的解决可使避难硐室门墙结构在井下得到广泛应用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于井下避难硐室的阻燃防爆推拉门装置,其特征在于:所述避难硐室门墙设有排气管,所述避难硐室门墙内置预制钢纤维高强混凝土板,所述钢纤维高强混凝土板周围浇筑高强混凝土,所述避难硐室门墙内沿防爆门洞口放射布置预应力钢锚杆,所述预应力钢锚杆双层设置穿过避难硐室门墙、避难硐室墙壁、岩层,将整个避难硐室门墙、避难硐室墙壁锚固在岩层内,所述双层预应力钢锚杆由拉结钢筋连接。
