本发明涉及一种农业微生物菌剂增效剂,按重量份计,主要由以下成分构成:葡萄糖40份,沼液浓缩物干粉5份,壳聚糖20份,香菇多糖粗提物干粉5份,糖蜜干粉10份,玉米浆干粉10份等,将以上成分混合后搅拌均匀,得到成品,本产品具备以下有益效果:葡萄糖是微生物最适宜的碳源物质,多糖类物质可以保护微生物在自然环境中的生存,沼液浓缩物可以促进土壤团粒结构的形成,改善微生物的微生态环境,为微生物菌剂提供一个有利的微环境。

农业微生物菌剂增效剂
技术领域
本发明属于农业微生物领域,特别是增加PGPR菌株田间效果的一种增效剂。
背景技术
越来越多的微生物菌剂用于农业生产,这些菌剂对持续农业起到很大的促进作用,其中促进植物生长的根际微生物(Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria,缩写为PGPR)是最为引人瞩目的农用微生物种类,这些根际促生菌能够促进植物对矿质营养的吸收和利用或产生促进植物的代谢物,甚至抑制有害微生物的有益菌类。作为微生物肥料PGPR能直接为宿主植物提供根部的生长提供积极的作用,已成为当前农业微生物研究的热点之一,同时它的节能、环保、高效等特点,日益引起国家的重视和受到农民朋友的欢迎,它引领了我国化肥料行业新的发展方向。虽然PGPR微生物菌剂在农业上有广泛用途,但很多时候它们在田间的实际效果并不显著,这种状况严重制约了PGPR菌剂的推广应用。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的之一是提供一种提高PGPR菌株田间效果的增效剂。
一种农业微生物菌剂增效剂,按重量份计,由以下成分构成:葡萄糖40份,沼液浓缩物干粉5份,壳聚糖20份,香菇多糖粗提物干粉5份,糖蜜干粉10份,玉米浆干粉10份,尿素3.5份,维生素B10.1份,维生素B120.1份,生物素0.1份,EDTA-Fe0.7份,硼酸0.5份,磷酸氢二钾2.5份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K302.5份,将以上成分混合后搅拌均匀,得到成品;
其中沼液浓缩物干粉的制备方法:将厌氧发酵完成的沼液抽到一个2立方米的池子,加入具有除臭功能的微生物菌剂,通气3小时消除沼液的臭味,经过100目过滤,闪蒸干燥得到沼液浓缩物干粉。
本产品具备以下有益效果:葡萄糖是微生物最适宜的碳源物质,多糖类物质可以保护微生物在自然环境中的生存,沼液浓缩物可以促进土壤团粒结构的形成,改善微生物的微生态环境,为微生物菌剂提供一个有利的微环境。

一种农业微生物菌剂增效剂,按重量份计,由以下成分构成:葡萄糖40份,沼液浓缩物干粉5份,壳聚糖20份,香菇多糖粗提物干粉5份,糖蜜干粉10份,玉米浆干粉10份,尿素3.5份,维生素B10.1份,维生素B120.1份,生物素0.1份,EDTA-Fe0.7份,硼酸0.5份,磷酸氢二钾2.5份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K302.5份,将以上成分混合后搅拌均匀,得到成品;
其中沼液浓缩物干粉的制备方法:将厌氧发酵完成的沼液抽到一个2立方米的池子,加入具有除臭功能的微生物菌剂,通气3小时消除沼液的臭味,经过100目过滤,闪蒸干燥得到沼液浓缩物干粉。
下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行说明,但本发明并不局限于此。
下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法;下述实施例中所用的试剂、材料等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1
胶质芽孢杆菌(Bacillus mucilaginosus)是常用的PGPR菌,添加农业微生物产品增效剂可进一步提高它的促进植物生长的功能。在塑料大棚中种植辣椒,移栽时用胶质芽孢杆菌发酵液适当稀释后浸根5分钟,覆土后每颗苗浇10毫升菌液灌根。
处理1,空白对照,用1000毫升未发酵的培养基稀释50倍浸根和灌根。
处理2,1000毫升胶质芽孢菌发酵液(含2亿芽孢/毫升)用水稀释50倍,浸根和灌根。
处理3,1000毫升胶质芽孢菌发酵液(含2亿芽孢/毫升)加10克农业微生物产品增效剂,用水稀释50倍,浸根和灌根。
施肥和浇水等栽培管理按照大棚的日常管理进行,移栽后生长65天测定试验结果。

实施例2
固氮芽孢杆菌(Bacillus sp.)是一类能够将空气中的氮气转化成氨的微生物,这类菌除了具有固氮能力之外通常还能够分泌植物生长因子,是十分常用的PGPR菌,添加农业微生物产品增效剂可进一步提高它的促进植物生长的功能。在塑料大棚中种植芹菜,移栽时用固氮芽孢杆菌发酵液适当稀释后浸根5分钟,覆土后用喷雾器往根部喷洒菌液灌根,每亩用30升稀释菌液灌根。
处理1,空白对照,用1000毫升未发酵的培养基稀释50倍浸根和灌根。
处理2,1000毫升固氮芽孢杆菌发酵液(含5亿芽孢/毫升)用水稀释50倍,
处理3,1000毫升固氮芽孢杆菌发酵液(含2亿芽孢/毫升)加农业微生物产品增效剂,用水稀释50倍,浸根和灌根。
施肥和浇水等栽培管理按照大棚的日常管理进行,移栽后生长55天测定试验结果。

结论:

1.一种农业微生物菌剂增效剂,其特征在于,按重量份计,由以下成分构成:葡萄糖40份,沼液浓缩物干粉5份,壳聚糖20份,香菇多糖粗提物干粉5份,糖蜜干粉10份,玉米浆干粉10份,尿素3.5份,维生素B1 0.1份,维生素B12 0.1份,生物素0.1份,EDTA-Fe 0.7份,硼酸0.5份,磷酸氢二钾2.5份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30 2.5份,将以上成分混合后搅拌均匀,得到成品;
其中沼液浓缩物干粉的制备方法:将厌氧发酵完成的沼液抽到一个2立方米的池子,加入具有除臭功能的微生物菌剂,通气3小时消除沼液的臭味,经过100目过滤,闪蒸干燥得到沼液浓缩物干粉。
