Description

Doctor-bar packing plant
Technical Field
The invention relates to a doctor blade packaging device.
Background
A doctor blade packing device has been proposed which is provided for: the doctor blade is packaged in a packaged state. The supporting unit of the doctor blade packaging device supports the doctor blade in the packaged state and extends itself over the entire longitudinal extension of the doctor blade. For fastening the doctor blade, the doctor blade packing device has a fastening unit. The fastening unit fastens the wiper blade in the packaged state at the supporting unit over the entire longitudinal extension of the wiper blade and extends over the entire longitudinal extension of the supporting unit.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention is based on a doctor blade packaging device which is provided in particular for: at least one doctor blade is at least partially packaged in at least one packaged state, the doctor blade packaging device having at least one supporting unit which is provided in at least one packaged state for at least partially supporting at least one doctor blade, and the doctor blade packaging device having a fastening unit which is provided for: securing the wiper blade in at least one position in the support unit in the packaged state.
It is proposed that the fastening unit extends over a portion of the longitudinal extent of the support unit of at most 70%, in particular at most 65%, advantageously at most 60%, in particular at most 55%, and preferably at most 50%, in the packaged state. By "doctor blade wrapping device" is understood in particular at least one part, in particular a subcomponent, of the doctor blade wrapping. In particular, the doctor blade packing device can also include the entire doctor blade packing portion. A "support unit" is to be understood in particular as a unit: the unit is at least provided for: in the packaged state, the wiper blade is at least partially supported and, in particular, the weight of the wiper blade is at least partially absorbed and/or further conducted to at least one further unit. The further unit can be, for example, a holding unit, such as a suspension and/or a rack, which can be provided, in particular, for holding a product with the doctor blade packaging device. In particular, the support unit is provided for: in the packaged state, a proportion of at least 25%, in particular at least 50%, advantageously at least 60%, in particular advantageously at least 70%, preferably at least 80%, and in particular preferably at least 90%, of the weight of the wiper blade is absorbed and/or further conducted to at least one further unit. The support unit is provided in particular for: supporting at least a portion of the blade in the packaged condition and at least partially contacting the supported portion of the blade in the packaged condition. In particular, the support unit is provided for: in the packaged state, the wiper blade is at least partially accommodated and/or enclosed. A "fastening unit" is to be understood in particular as a unit that: it is arranged to: in the packaged state, the wiper blade is at least substantially prevented from moving relative to the support unit. In particular, the fastening unit is provided for: in the packaged state, at least one, in particular mechanical, connection is established at least in sections between the wiper blade and the carrier unit. In particular, the fastening unit is provided for: at least partially contacting the wiper blade and/or the support unit in the packaged state. The fastening unit extends in the packaged state over a fraction of a maximum of 70%, in particular a maximum of 65%, advantageously a maximum of 60%, in particular advantageously a maximum of 55% and preferably a maximum of 50% of the longitudinal extension of the wiper blade. The term "longitudinal extent" of an object is to be understood in particular as the extent of the object along the longitudinal extent of the object. The "extension" of the object should in particular mean the maximum distance between two points of the perpendicular projection of the object on a plane. A "longitudinal extension direction" of an object is to be understood in particular as a direction which is oriented parallel to the longest side of a smallest imaginary geometric cuboid which exactly also completely encloses the object. "provided" is to be understood in particular as specially designed and/or configured. "setting an object for a specific function" is to be understood in particular as: the object satisfies and/or implements this particular function in at least one of the use state and/or the operational state.
By means of the configuration of the doctor blade packaging device according to the invention, a cost-effective configuration can be achieved in particular, and a short fastening unit can be achieved in particular, so that in particular low costs and/or low material requirements can be achieved. In particular, a stable positioning of the wiper blade in the bearing unit, and in particular also in the case of a fastening unit which is significantly shorter than the bearing unit, can be achieved.
For example, the fastening unit can be a locking unit, which can be provided for: the wiper blade is secured in position in the supporting unit in the packaged state by means of a fastening and/or a connection between the wiper blade and the supporting unit by locking the wiper blade with the supporting unit. Preferably, the fastening unit is a latching unit and is provided in particular for: by means of a latching connection between the wiper blade and the bearing unit, the wiper blade is secured in position in the bearing unit in the packaged state. In this case, a "latching unit" is to be understood to mean, in particular, a unit having at least one latching element which is elastically deflected during the fastening process in order to then snap behind the corresponding latching element by means of an internal tensioning force. In this way, a flexible design can be achieved in particular. In particular, the wiper blade can be quickly secured in position in the support unit and can be quickly removed from the support unit by the customer.
It is also proposed that the fastening unit is at least partially formed in one piece with the bearing unit. In particular, the fastening unit has at least one fastening element, which is formed integrally with the carrier unit. The fastening unit can have, in particular in addition to the fastening element, at least one further fastening element, which can be designed separately from the bearing unit. In particular, the fastening element is a snap-lock element. For example, the fastening elements can be voids and/or protrusions. Alternatively or additionally, the fastening element can be designed as a groove and has an at least substantially C-shaped profile, in particular in a cross-sectional plane. "one-piece" is to be understood in particular as meaning at least a material-to-material connection, for example by means of a welding process, an adhesive process, a spray-on process and/or other processes which are of meaningful appearance to the person skilled in the art, and/or advantageously as forming one piece, for example by being produced from a casting and/or by being produced in a single-component or multi-component injection method and advantageously from a single blank. In particular, a direct securing and/or material-saving design of the wiper blade in the position of the bearing unit can thereby be achieved. In particular, a further structural unit for constructing the fastening unit can be dispensed with.
It is furthermore proposed that the fastening unit is provided for: at least one wiper blade partial region of the wiper blade is at least partially enclosed in the packaged state. For example, the fastening element can be provided for: at least partially surrounding the wiper section area in the packaged state. Alternatively or additionally, the fastening unit can have at least one further fastening element, which can be provided for: at least partially surrounding the wiper section area in the packaged state. In this way, a protected arrangement of the wiper blade segment region can be achieved in particular.
In the region of the wiper section, an end cap unit and/or a spray unit can be arranged, for example. Alternatively or additionally, the blade partial region can be arranged at any position along the longitudinal extension of the blade. In particular, at least one air guiding element and/or spoiler unit can be arranged in the region of the blade portion. Preferably, a blade adapter of the blade is arranged in the blade section area. In this connection, "blade adapter" is to be understood as meaning in particular an adapter in which: which has a contact area with the blade member and which is connected loss-proof with the blade member and is provided for providing a coupling area of the blade member for coupling and/or contacting with the wiper arm adapter. The wiper member can be, for example, a spring rail and/or at least one air guiding element and/or a spoiler unit and/or an end cap unit and/or a wiper strip unit. In this way, particularly critical positions of the wiper blade can be protected, in particular specifically, and/or the wiper blade can be secured in a particularly effective manner in a position in the bearing unit.
It is also proposed that the fastening unit has at least one adapter sleeve element which, in the packaged state, at least partially surrounds the wiper section region and which is configured separately from the carrier unit. By an "adapter packaging element" should be understood, in particular, an element which is provided for: in the packaged state, the wiper blade adapter is at least partially enclosed, and in particular additionally enclosed and/or enveloped, and is thus in particular protected in connection therewith. The adapter packaging element can in particular form the further fastening element. In particular, a protected arrangement and/or a high flexibility of the wiper section region can thereby be achieved.
For example, the fastening unit can, in particular in addition to the adapter sleeve element, also have at least one further adapter sleeve element which, in the packaged state, at least partially surrounds the wiper section region and which can be connected integrally to the carrier unit. Preferably, the fastening unit, in particular in place of the adapter packet element which is designed separately from the carrier unit, has at least one such adapter packet element: the adapter packaging element at least partially surrounds the wiper section region in the packaged state and is integrally connected to the support unit. In particular, a protected arrangement and/or a high stability of the wiper blade segment region can thereby be achieved.
It is also proposed that the adapter package element is connected to the support unit in a manner such that it can pivot relative to the support unit, in particular in one piece. In particular, the adapter pack element is mounted so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis relative to the mounting unit. The pivot axis is aligned, in particular, at least substantially parallel to the longitudinal extent of the bearing unit. This enables particularly high comfort to be achieved.
Furthermore, it is proposed that a wind deflector element of the wiper blade, which is designed in particular separately from a blade adapter of the wiper blade, is arranged in the region of the wiper blade section. In this connection, "wind guiding element" is to be understood to mean, in particular, an element in which: the element is provided for guiding air acting on the wiper blade away from the flow, in particular the driving wind, and/or for pressing the wiper blade against a surface to be wiped, in particular a vehicle window pane. The air guiding element preferably has at least one concave air guiding surface. In particular, the air guiding element is configured differently from the blade adapter and/or the end cap unit. In particular, this makes it possible to ensure that the wiper blade is secured in a particularly stable position in the bearing unit.
A particularly inexpensive design and/or particularly low costs can be achieved in particular by the wiper blade encapsulation with at least one wiper blade encapsulation according to the invention.
In particular, costs can be reduced even further by a product having at least one doctor blade packaging device according to the invention and having at least one doctor blade packaged in the doctor blade packaging device.
The doctor blade packaging device according to the invention is not intended to be limited to the use and embodiment described above. In particular, the doctor blade packaging device according to the invention can have a number which is different from the number mentioned here of the individual elements, components and units in order to meet the operating conditions described here.

The first section of the blade partial region 18b and the second section of the blade partial region 18b are arranged in particular directly adjacent to each other in the longitudinal extension direction 36b of the blade 14 b. The first section of the blade partial region 18b and the second section of the blade partial region 18b form the blade partial region 18 b.
Fig. 10 shows a product 30c with a doctor blade wrapping device 10c and a doctor blade 14 c. In the packaged state, the supporting unit 12c of the blade packaging device 10c partially supports the blade 14 c. The fastening unit 16c of the doctor blade wrapping device 10c secures the doctor blade 14c in the position in the supporting unit 12c in the wrapped state.
In the present exemplary embodiment, the fastening unit 16c extends over a proportion of substantially 50% of the longitudinal extent of the support unit 12c in the packaged state. The fastening unit 16c, which is designed as a latching unit, is designed partially integrally with the bearing unit 12 c.
In the longitudinal extension direction 36c of the wiper blade 14c, the fastening units 16c are arranged in sections substantially equally distributed over the longitudinal extension of the carrier unit 12 c. In the present exemplary embodiment, the fastening unit 16c has eight fastening elements 38 c. Respective four of the fastening elements 38c are arranged on mutually opposite sides of the wiper blade 14c in a direction oriented perpendicularly to the longitudinal extension direction 36c of the wiper blade 14 c.
The fastening elements 38a arranged on the sides of the wiper blade 14c are arranged at a distance from one another in the longitudinal extension direction 36c of the wiper blade 14a and are arranged substantially evenly distributed over the longitudinal extension of the carrier unit 12 c. The two fastening elements 38a are arranged in particular directly opposite one another in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal extension direction 36c of the wiper blade 14 c. In the following, only one of the fastening elements 38c is explained.
The fastening element 38c is formed integrally with the bearing unit 12 c. The fastening element 38c is configured as a projection of the support unit 12 c. The fastening element 38C has a substantially C-shaped design, as viewed in a cross-sectional plane perpendicular to the longitudinal extension 36C of the wiper blade 14C.
In the packaged state, the fastening element 38c partially surrounds the wiper blade partial region 18c of the wiper blade 14 c. The fastening unit 16c partially encloses a wiper blade partial region 18c of the wiper blade 14c in the packaged state. In the present exemplary embodiment, two air guiding elements 26c of the wiper blade 14c are arranged in the wiper blade partial region 18 c. Only one of the wind guiding elements 26c is explained below.
In order to pack the doctor blade 14c, the doctor blade 14c is arranged above the supporting unit 12 c. The blade 14c approaches the support unit 12c in a direction oriented toward the support unit 12 c. When the wiper blade 14c is moved in a direction oriented in the direction of the support unit 12c, the wiper blade 14c, in particular the air guiding element 26c of the wiper blade 14c, comes into contact with the fastening element 38 c. As the wiper blade 14c continues to move in the direction oriented in the direction of the support unit 12c, the fastening element 38c is deflected and latches behind the wiper blade 14c, in particular behind the air guiding element 26c of the wiper blade 14c, in order to secure the wiper blade 14c in position in the support unit 12 c.
