Description

Doctor blade device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a wiper blade device.
Background
Wiper blade arrangements have already been proposed with a retaining unit which, in the mounted state, partially accommodates the spring rail. The holding unit is constructed in at least two parts. One wind guide unit has two wind guide elements which, in the disassembled state, can be freely moved relative to one another and are designed to be separated from one another. The blade adapter is arranged between the air guiding elements in the installed state. In the mounted state, the blade adapter is held in position between the wind guiding elements by a spring rail, which is partially accommodated by the blade adapter.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention proposes a wiper blade device having at least one integrally formed holding unit, which is provided for at least partially accommodating at least one spring rail in at least one installed state and has at least one air guiding unit with at least one accommodating area for at least one wiper blade adapter. A "wiper blade device" is to be understood to mean, in particular, at least one part, in particular a sub-component, of a wiper blade, wherein, in particular, in addition, an accessory unit for the wiper blade, for example a spray unit and/or a wash water channel, can also be included. In particular, the wiper blade arrangement can also comprise the entire wiper blade. "one-piece" is to be understood in particular as meaning at least a material-to-material connection, for example by means of a welding process, an adhesive process, a spray-on process and/or other processes which are meaningful to the person skilled in the art, and/or advantageously as meaning forming in one piece, for example by production from a cast part and/or by production in a single-component or multi-component injection method and advantageously from a single blank. A "holding unit" is to be understood to mean, in particular, a unit which is provided at least for: the spring rail is held and/or carried in at least one position and in particular the weight force of the spring rail is at least partially accommodated and/or further conducted to at least one further unit. The holding unit in particular has at least one guide element, which is provided in particular for: the spring rail is guided at least in sections by means of a guide element during installation. In particular, the holding unit has at least one holding element, which is provided for: the spring rail is at least partially held and/or loaded in the installed state. For example, the holding element and the guide element can be different elements of the holding unit and in particular arranged at a distance from one another. Alternatively, the holding element and the guiding element can at least partially be the same element of the holding unit. In particular, the guide element is provided for: the spring rail is at least partially held and/or loaded in the installed state. In particular, the holding element can be provided for: so that the spring rail is guided at least in sections by means of the guide elements during installation. In the installed state, the holding unit surrounds the spring rail at least partially and in particular at least in sections. The holding unit is provided in particular for: in the installed state, the spring rail is enclosed and/or enveloped in at least one plane, which is in relation to the center point and/or the center of gravity of the spring rail, in which plane an angular range of at least 180 °, in particular at least 270 °, advantageously at least 300 °, and preferably at least 330 °. The plane is in particular a cross-sectional plane which is oriented in particular perpendicularly to the longitudinal extension of the holding unit. The longitudinal extension direction of the holding unit is oriented at least substantially parallel to the surface to be wiped in the installed state and in particular in at least one operating state. For example, the holding unit can be provided for: in particular, the spring rail is completely accommodated in the installed state. Advantageously, the holding unit is provided for: the spring rail is accommodated in the installed state partially and/or in sections. The spring rail is arranged in the installed state, in particular partially and/or in sections, outside the holding unit and in particular inside the wiper blade adapter. The wiper blade device has in particular the spring rail. A "spring rail" is intended to mean, in particular, a macroscopic element which has at least one extension which can be varied elastically by at least 10%, in particular by at least 20%, preferably by at least 30% and particularly advantageously by at least 50% in the normal operating state and which generates, in particular, a counter force which is dependent on and preferably proportional to the variation of the extension and counteracts the variation. Preferably, the spring rail is at least partially formed of spring steel. The spring rail preferably has substantially the shape of a curved bar in the unloaded state and particularly advantageously the shape of a flattened curved bar. It is particularly advantageous if the curvature of the spring rail extending in the longitudinal direction is greater in the unloaded state than the curvature of a surface to be wiped, in particular a vehicle window pane, of a vehicle surface, in particular of a motor vehicle, over which the spring rail is guided in at least one operating state. The "extension" of an element should in particular mean the maximum distance between two points of the perpendicular projection of the element on a plane. "macroscopic element" shall mean, in particular, an element having an extension of at least 1 mm, in particular at least 5 mm and preferably at least 10 mm. In this connection, a "wind guiding unit" is to be understood as meaning, in particular, a unit which is provided for: the air that is applied to the blade arrangement and/or to the blade with the blade arrangement is guided away, in particular by the driving wind, and/or the pressing of the blade arrangement and/or the blade against the surface to be wiped, in particular the surface to be wiped. Preferably, the air guiding unit is formed at least partially from rubber and/or from at least partially elastic plastic. Preferably, the air guiding unit preferably has at least one concave upstream surface. The air guiding unit is offset in particular from the end cap, the wiper lip and/or the wiper blade adapter. Advantageously, the air guiding unit extends over at least a substantial part of the longitudinal extension of the blade member in the operating state. The wiper member can be, for example, a spring rail and/or a spoiler unit and/or an end cap unit and/or a wiper strip unit. Preferably, the wind deflector unit has at least one wind deflector retaining element for fastening to the spring rail and/or the wiper strip. The retaining element and the wind deflector retaining element are in particular identical. A "receiving region" for a blade adapter is to be understood to mean, in particular, a region which is provided, in particular exclusively, and in particular on the basis of geometric features and/or dimensions and/or sizes and/or positions, for: the blade adapter is at least partially accommodated in a mounted state. The blade adapter is arranged in particular in the receiving region in the mounted state. The receiving region can be in particular a recess and/or an empty region. The wiper blade device has in particular the wiper blade adapter. In this connection, a "wiper blade adapter" is to be understood to mean, in particular, an adapter which has a contact region with the holding unit and is connected thereto in a loss-proof manner and which is provided for providing a coupling region of the holding unit for coupling and/or contacting the wiper arm adapter. "provided" is to be understood in particular as specially designed and/or configured. "setting an object for a specific function" is to be understood in particular as: the object satisfies and/or implements this particular function in at least one of the use state and/or the operational state.
A cost-effective design can be achieved in particular by the design of the wiper blade arrangement according to the invention. In particular, warehousing of a plurality of components can be omitted. By means of the one-piece holding unit, a high stability can be achieved in particular and/or the composition of the holding unit from a plurality of elements and/or components can be avoided. In particular, a simple assembly of the wiper blade adapter, in particular, on the holding unit can be achieved.
Furthermore, it is proposed that the air guiding unit has at least two air guiding elements which are arranged at a distance from one another and are provided for: in the mounted state, the blade adapter encloses at least partially along the longitudinal extension of the holding unit. The air guiding element particularly defines an accommodating area of the air guiding unit in a longitudinal extension direction of the holding unit. The blade adapter is arranged in particular between the air guiding elements in the installed state. In particular, the first air guiding element abuts in the mounted state at a first side of the blade adapter. In particular, a second wind guiding element, which is different from the first wind guiding element, in the mounted state adjoins a second side of the blade adapter opposite the first side in the longitudinal extension direction of the holding unit.
The air guiding element is provided in particular for: the blade adapter is fixed in the mounted state at least partially along the longitudinal extension of the holding unit. In this connection, "wind guiding element" is to be understood to mean, in particular, an element which is provided for: the air that is applied to the blade arrangement and/or to the blades of the blade arrangement is guided away, in particular by the driving wind, and/or the pressing of the surface to be wiped, in particular a vehicle window pane, for the blade arrangement and/or the blades. Preferably, the wind guiding element has at least one concave wind guiding surface. In particular, the air guiding element is configured differently from the blade adapter and/or the end cap. In this way, an optimal and/or protected arrangement of the wiper blade adapter can be achieved.
It is also proposed that the wiper blade arrangement has the wiper blade adapter. The spring rail can be completely accommodated in the holding unit, for example in the installed state. Preferably, the blade adapter has at least one bearing unit, which is provided for: the spring rail is at least partially supported in the installed state. The support unit is provided in particular for: in the installed state, a partial region of the spring rail and/or a partial section of the spring rail is supported. In this way, a particularly advantageous arrangement of the spring rail can be achieved.
The support unit can, for example, have at least one, in particular only, support element, which can extend, in particular, over the entire blade adapter in the longitudinal extension direction of the holding unit. Preferably, the support unit has at least two support elements which are arranged at a distance from one another in the longitudinal extension direction of the holding unit. In particular, the supporting elements have a spacing of at least 0.5cm, in particular at least 1cm, advantageously at least 1.5cm, in particular at least 2cm and preferably at least 3cm in the longitudinal extension direction of the holding unit. In particular, a low material requirement can thereby be achieved, so that in particular a low cost and/or a low weight of the holding unit can be achieved.
It is also proposed that the bearing unit for bearing the spring rail has at least one bearing groove. For example, the support unit can be provided for: in the installed state, the spring rail is latched in at least one position relative to the holding unit and is in particular fixed in this position in order to support the spring rail. Preferably, the support unit can be provided for: in the installed state, the spring rail is supported in at least one position relative to the holding unit for supporting the spring rail, and in particular the fixation of the spring rail is omitted. As a result, the spring rail can be supported particularly stably.
It is furthermore proposed that the wiper blade adapter is provided for: at least partially enclosing the holding unit in the mounted state, in particular the blade adapter is provided for: in the mounted state, the holding unit is at least partially enclosed in the longitudinal extension direction of the holding unit. The wiper blade adapter extends at least partially through the receiving region, in particular on at least one side and advantageously on both sides, in the longitudinal extension direction of the holding unit. In particular, the blade adapter is provided for: in the mounted state, the holding unit is at least partially enclosed in the vertical direction. The vertical direction is oriented in at least one operating state, in particular at least substantially perpendicular to the surface to be wiped. In the installed state, the vertical direction is oriented at least substantially perpendicular to the spring rail, in particular to the side of the spring rail with the largest surface. In this way, a stable support and/or positioning of the wiper blade adapter can be achieved.
For example, the air guiding unit can be provided for: the blade adapter is at least partially fixed in the mounted state in the vertical direction at the holding unit. In particular, the air guiding unit can have at least one fastening element, which can be provided, in particular, for: in the mounted state, the blade adapter is pressed into the receiving region in the vertical direction and in particular the blade adapter is clamped in the vertical direction between the air guiding unit, in particular a fastening element of the air guiding unit, and a surface delimiting the receiving region. Preferably, the wiper device has a spring rail, which is provided for: in the mounted state, the blade adapter is at least partially fixed to the holding unit in at least one vertical direction in relation to the spring rail. In the installed state, the spring rail is in particular supported in the wiper blade adapter, in particular in a support unit, and is in particular at least partially surrounded and/or enclosed by the wiper blade adapter, in particular the support unit. In particular, the blade adapter, in particular the support element, is provided for: in the installed state, the spring rail is clamped in the vertical direction. In the installed state, the spring rail is supported, in particular at least partially, in the wiper blade adapter and, in particular, additionally, in the retaining unit in the longitudinal extension direction of the retaining unit, and is thus provided, in particular, for: in the mounted state, a movement of the blade adapter in a vertical direction relative to the holding unit is at least substantially impeded. In particular, the spring rail can thereby take over a plurality of tasks, so that in particular additional components for fixing the wiper blade adapter in the vertical direction can be dispensed with and/or low costs can be achieved.
It is also proposed that the wiper device has at least one end cap unit, which is provided for: in the installed state, the spring rail is secured at least substantially in one position, in particular in the retaining unit, in the longitudinal extension direction of the retaining unit. The end cap unit is provided in particular for: in the mounted state, the spring rail is at least substantially prevented from moving relative to the holding unit in the longitudinal extension direction of the holding unit. In particular, wear of the spring rail can thereby be avoided and/or an optimum position assurance of the spring rail can be provided.
It is also proposed that the holding unit has at least one wiper strip, which is provided for: in at least one operating state, the surface to be wiped is at least substantially in contact with and, in particular, is moved past the surface to be wiped in order to clean the surface to be wiped. A "wiper strip" is to be understood to mean, in particular, a unit made of an elastic material with a wiper lip which is provided for: in order to clean the surface to be wiped, in particular preferably the window pane surface of a vehicle window pane, the surface to be wiped is moved past during the contact. Preferably, the wiper strip is made of a natural or synthetic elastomer, in particular rubber. In this way, a compact and/or cost-effective design can be achieved in particular.
In particular, low costs can be achieved in particular by the holding unit for the wiper blade device according to the invention.
The costs can be further reduced in particular by means of a wiper blade with a wiper blade device according to the invention.
The wiper blade arrangement according to the invention is not intended to be limited to the use and the embodiments described above. In particular, the wiper blade device according to the invention can have a number which is different from the number mentioned here of the individual elements, components and units in order to satisfy the operating modes described here.

The blade device 10 has a blade adapter 20. The blade adapter 20 is configured to couple with a wiper 48. In the mounted state, the blade adapter 20 is provided for coupling with a wiper arm adapter 50. The wiper arm 46 has a wiper arm adapter 50. The wiper arm adapter 50 is configured to couple with the wiper blade adapter 20.
A blade adapter 20 is provided for coupling with the holding unit 12. The blade device 10 has a holding unit 12. The holding unit 12 is provided for the blade device 10 and is specially configured for the blade device 10.
The holding unit 12 is constructed in one piece. The holding unit 12 has a void (not shown). The recess extends over substantially the entire longitudinal extent of the holding unit 12. The longitudinal extension of the holding unit 12 is oriented in the longitudinal extension direction 26 of said holding unit 12.
The holding unit 12 partially accommodates the spring rail 14 in the mounted state (see fig. 3). The wiper device 10 has spring rails 14. The spring rail 14 is arranged in the installed state in a recess of the holding unit 12.
The holding unit 12 has an air guide unit 16. The air guiding unit 16 has a receiving region 18 for a blade adapter 20. The air deflection unit 16 defines a receiving region 18 for a blade adapter 20.
The air guide unit 16 has two air guide elements 22 and 24. The receiving region 18 is arranged between the wind guiding elements 22, 24 in the longitudinal extension direction 26 of the retaining unit 12. Air guiding elements 22, 24 are arranged at a distance from one another in the longitudinal extension direction 26 of the holding unit 12.
In the mounted state, the air guiding elements 22, 24 partially enclose the blade adapter 20. The air guiding elements 22, 24 in the installed state fix the blade adapter 20 substantially in the longitudinal extension direction 26 of the holding unit 12. In the mounted state, the air guiding elements 22, 24 secure the blade adapter 20 essentially in one position in the longitudinal extension direction 26 of the holding unit 12.
In the method for mounting the wiper blade arrangement 10, the wiper blade adapter 20 is inserted into the receiving region 18. The blade adapter 20 is arranged above the receiving region 18 in a vertical direction 36 (see fig. 2). The blade adapter 20 approaches the receiving region 18 in a vertical direction 36. The blade adapter 20 approaches the receiving region 18 in the vertical direction 36 for so long that the blade adapter 20 rests in the receiving region 18 in the vertical direction 36 on a surface defining the receiving region 18 (see fig. 3).
In this state (in which the blade adapter 20 is arranged in the receiving region 18), the spring rail 14 is inserted into the holding unit 12 (see fig. 3). The spring rail 14 is inserted into the holding unit 12 in the longitudinal extension direction 26 of the holding unit 12.
In the receiving region 18, the holding unit 12 has a holding groove (not shown). The spring rail 14 passes partly through the retaining groove in the installed state. In the installed state, the spring rail 14 partially projects laterally outward from the holding unit 12 in the receiving region 18. The spring rail 14 projects in the installed state in the receiving region 18 partially into the blade adapter 50 by projecting partially out of the holding unit 12.
The blade adapter 20 has a support unit 28 (see fig. 5). In the mounted state, the bearing element 28 partially bears the spring rail 14. In the present embodiment, the blade adapter 20 is configured symmetrically to a longitudinal symmetry plane (not shown).
The longitudinal plane of symmetry is oriented substantially perpendicular to the surface to be wiped 42 in the installed state. The longitudinal plane of symmetry is oriented substantially parallel to the longitudinal extension direction 26 of the holding unit 12 in the installed state. Only a portion of the blade adapter 20 arranged on the side of the longitudinal symmetry plane is described in the following.
In the longitudinal extension direction 26 of the holding unit 12, the support unit 28 surrounds the spring rail 14 in regular sections. The support element 28 has three support elements 32, 34, 52. The support elements 32, 34, 52 are arranged at a distance from one another in the longitudinal extension direction 26 of the holding unit 12. In the longitudinal extension direction 26 of the holding unit 12, the supporting elements 32, 34, 52 are arranged substantially uniformly distributed over the longitudinal extension of the blade adapter 20.
The support elements 32, 34, 52 define a support groove 30 for supporting the spring rail 14. For supporting the spring rail 14, the support element 28 has a support groove 30. The bearing groove 30 extends in the installed state substantially over the entire longitudinal extent of the receiving region 18.
When the spring rail 14 is inserted into the holding unit 12, the spring rail 14 also engages in the bearing unit 28 of the blade adapter 20. The spring rail 14 is inserted partially through the retaining groove of the retaining unit 12 into the bearing groove 30 of the bearing element 28. In the installed state, the spring rail 14 fixes the wiper blade adapter 20 partially in a vertical direction 36 with respect to the spring rail 14 at the holding unit 12.
In the installed state, the bearing groove 30 is arranged laterally next to the receiving region 18. The blade adapter 20 partially encloses the holding unit 12 in the mounted state. In the mounted state, the blade adapter 20 partially surrounds the holding unit 12 in the vertical direction 36.
In the region of the air guiding unit 16, the wiper blade adapter 20 is arranged partially laterally next to the air guiding unit 16 of the holding unit 12 in the installed state. In the mounted state, the blade adapter 20 partially surrounds the holder unit 12 in the longitudinal extension direction 26 of the holder unit 12.
In order to partially fix the spring rail 14 in the longitudinal extension 26 of the holding unit 12, the wiper device 10 has an end cap unit 38 (see fig. 1). The end cap unit 38 has two end cap elements 54, 56. The end cap elements 54, 56 are arranged spaced apart from one another in the mounted state in the longitudinal extension direction 26 of the holding unit 12.
In the installed state, the end cap elements 54, 56 are arranged at mutually opposite ends of the holding unit 12 in the longitudinal extension direction 26 of the holding unit 12. In the installed state, the end cap unit 38 secures the spring rail 14 substantially in a position in the longitudinal extension direction 26 of the holding unit 12.
In an operating state, the holding unit 12 with the blade adapter 20 located at the holding unit 12 is moved over the surface to be wiped 42. In the operating state, the holding unit 12 partially contacts the surface 42 to be wiped by means of the wiper strip 40 of the holding unit 12 (see fig. 1). The holding unit 12 has a wiper strip 40. In the operating state, the wiper strip 40 substantially contacts the surface 42 to be wiped. In the present exemplary embodiment, the surface 42 to be wiped is a plate, and in particular a vehicle window pane.
