the balance wheel limiting spring is arranged between the pressure spring support and the balance wheel in a swinging mode.

the end cover is provided with a first limiting device for limiting the connecting arm when the connecting arm is pressed with the car sensing arm, and a second limiting device for limiting the connecting arm when the connecting arm is separated from the car sensing arm.

The retractor according to claim 6, wherein the connecting arm is disposed on an outer end surface of the end cover, the end cover is provided with an arm-limiting spring swinging hole communicated to the vehicle-sensing arm, and the first limiting device and the second limiting device are limiting plates disposed on the outer end surface of the end surface.
