新型外板IB冰区油漆施工工艺,包括以下步骤,钢板表面预处理:均应在钢材预处理流水线上进行抛丸预处理,钢材表面粗糙度为40~85微米,然后立即涂上一层经船级社认可的无机硅酸锌车间底漆(船厂标准),干膜厚度约15微米。对无法进行抛丸的钢板和型材,在分段二次表面处理时可采用磨料喷射除锈的方法进行涂装前的钢材表面处理。在外板油漆施工前,进行钢板的表面预处理,可以让表面的铁屑和杂质得到预处理,让钢板的表面干净,使得后续的油漆施工更加的便利,在钢板表面进行二次表面处理,让钢板的表面更加的干净,将杂质彻底的清除干净。分阶段涂装,可以保证船舶外板的整体涂装效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油漆施工工艺,具体涉及新型外板IB冰区油漆施工工艺。
背景技术
船舶的内表面和外表面需要进行油漆处理,油漆施工工艺的作业十分重要,好的油漆施工工艺可以提升船舶外表面的抗腐蚀能力,延长了船舶的使用寿命,但是很多船舶油漆施工工艺过程中,尤其是在外板的冰区油漆施工,经常出现油漆脱落的现象,使得船舶的外表面锈蚀严重,严重影响了船舶的实际抗锈蚀能力,还有部分油漆施工工艺在涂装的时候喷涂不够均匀,外板的油漆施工受到了影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种涂装效率高,过程简单的新型外板IB冰区油漆施工工艺。
本发明的技术方案为:新型外板IB冰区油漆施工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)钢板表面预处理:本船外板所用钢板厚度≥6毫米,均应在钢材预处理流水线上进行抛丸预处理,表面处理质量为SISO55900-1967瑞典除锈标准中规定的Sa2.5级,钢材表面粗糙度为40~85微米,然后立即涂上一层经船级社认可的无机硅酸锌车间底漆(船厂标准),干膜厚度约15微米。对无法进行抛丸的钢板和型材,在分段二次表面处理时可采用磨料喷射除锈的方法进行涂装前的钢材表面处理。
(2)二次表面处理:用适当的清洁剂除去油脂。喷砂前用(高压)淡水冲洗除去盐分和其他污染物。喷砂至最小Sa2.5(ISO8501-1:2007),表面粗糙度达到Rugotest No.3,最好BN9a到BN10,Keane-Tator比较板的2.0 角砂/钢丸,ISO8503-2:1988/GB/T13288.2:2011中的ISO比较板的中等(角砂)
(3)整体喷涂:油漆本身的温度应该在15℃以上,为避免水汽凝结,施工表面要求干燥清洁,温度高于露点。相对湿度不超过90%,施工设备:建议使用无气喷涂设备,泵的传送比例约为60:1,理论输出量为每分钟12升。
(4)分段阶段整体复涂装:涂装环境要求相对湿度小于85%,钢板温度高于露点温度3℃。采用超强度环氧漆45751 复涂2遍,待环氧底漆标杆后,再复涂中间漆、防污漆。
(5)合拢后合拢缝区域涂装:超高强度环氧漆45751仅接受做在冲砂的表面,若非冲砂表面,将用普通油漆替代超高强度环氧45751施工在合拢缝区域。考虑外板的重要性和连贯性、工艺的可操作性,采用真空冲砂设备,将对我们28000T 纸浆船的大合拢缝进行冲砂处理至Sa2.5,然后用压缩空气将带涂装表面残留的钢砂灰尘等除去,然后用粘布对所有表面擦拭,除去表面的微小浮沉,然后施工2度45751油漆,每度200μm。
本发明的优点是:在外板油漆施工前,进行钢板的表面预处理,可以让表面的铁屑和杂质得到预处理,让钢板的表面干净,使得后续的油漆施工更加的便利,在钢板表面进行二次表面处理,让钢板的表面更加的干净,将杂质彻底的清除干净。分阶段涂装,可以保证船舶外板的整体涂装效果。
具体实施方式
新型外板IB冰区油漆施工工艺,包括以下步骤:

1.新型外板IB冰区油漆施工工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)钢板表面预处理:本船外板所用钢板厚度≥6毫米,均应在钢材预处理流水线上进行抛丸预处理,表面处理质量为SISO55900-1967瑞典除锈标准中规定的Sa2.5级,钢材表面粗糙度为40~85微米,然后立即涂上一层经船级社认可的无机硅酸锌车间底漆(船厂标准),干膜厚度约15微米;对无法进行抛丸的钢板和型材,在分段二次表面处理时可采用磨料喷射除锈的方法进行涂装前的钢材表面处理;
