一种右侧双腔支气管插管,包括第一支管、第二支管、第一气囊和第二气囊,其特征在于:第一支管和第二支管竖直紧贴设置,第一支管的管壁和第二支管的管壁固定连接,并且第一支管和第二支管的上端管口平齐,第一支管的下端管口为斜面,支持左肺呼吸,在第二支管的下端并且位于第一支管的下端管口处设置有弯折支管,弯折支管的中心轴与第一支管和第二支管的延长轴成角度,弯折支管的长度为.—厘米,弯折支管的管口为斜面,支持右肺呼吸。第一气囊包裹在第一支管和第二支管的外壁上,封闭主气道。第二气囊包裹在第二支管的下端的弯折支管的外壁上,用于封闭右主支气管。优点:缓解了右侧单肺通气时的阻力,同时也减少了麻醉医生的工作量。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,特别涉及一种右侧双腔支气管插管。
背景技术
双腔支气管插管分左侧和右侧两种,但是医院一般都愿意选用左侧双腔支气管插管,不选择右侧双腔支气管插管的主要原因是管的对位不好调整,尤其是右侧双腔支气管插管的右上肺叶的通气孔能否完全对应右肺上叶的支气管开口处。即便是麻醉插管时对位良好,可手术开始后,术者对左肺的牵拉都会引发隆凸以及右主支气管的活动,导致右上肺叶的通气孔与右肺上叶支气管开口的偏移,即使很少的偏移,最终导致右肺上叶通气障碍,麻醉医生就得反复调整管的位置。目前无相关产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种右侧双腔支气管插管,解决了右侧双腔支气管插管对位难的现状,解决了术中反复调管对患者造成的损伤,缓解了右侧单肺通气时的阻力,同时也减少了麻醉医生的工作量。
采用的技术方案是:
一种右侧双腔支气管插管,包括第一支管、第二支管、第一气囊和第二气囊,其特征在于:
第一支管和第二支管竖直紧贴设置,第一支管的管壁和第二支管的管壁固定连接,并且第一支管和第二支管的上端管口平齐,通过连接管连接麻醉机,第一支管的下端管口为斜面,支持左肺呼吸,在第二支管的下端并且位于第一支管的下端管口处设置有弯折支管,弯折支管的中心轴与第一支管和第二支管的延长轴成角度,弯折支管的长度为.—厘米,弯折支管的管口为斜面,支持右肺呼吸。第一气囊包裹在第一支管和第二支管的外壁上,封闭主气道。第二气囊包裹在第二支管的下端的弯折支管的外壁上,用于封闭右主支气管。
优点:解决了右侧双腔支气管插管对位难的现状,解决了术中反复调管对患者造成的损伤,缓解了右侧单肺通气时的阻力,同时也减少了麻醉医生的工作量。

第一支管1和第二支管2竖直紧贴设置,第一支管1的管壁和第二支管2的管壁固定连接,并且第一支管1和第二支管2的上端管口平齐,通过连接管连接麻醉机,第一支管1的下端管口为斜面,支持左肺呼吸,在第二支管2的下端并且位于第一支管1的下端管口处设置有弯折支管5,弯折支管5的中心轴与第一支管1和第二支管2的延长轴成角25度,弯折支管5的长度为1.5—2厘米,弯折支管5的管口为斜面,支持右肺呼吸。第一气囊3包裹在第一支管1和第二支管2的外壁上,封闭主气道。第二气囊4包裹在第二支管2的下端的弯折支管5的外壁上,用于封闭右主支气管。

第一支管(1)和第二支管(2)竖直紧贴设置,第一支管(1)的管壁和第二支管(2)的管壁固定连接,并且第一支管(1)和第二支管(2)的上端管口平齐,第一支管(1)的下端管口为斜面,在第二支管(2)的下端并且位于第一支管(1)的下端管口处设置有弯折支管(5),弯折支管(5)的中心轴与第一支管(1)和第二支管(2)的延长轴成角(25)度,弯折支管(5)的长度为1.5—2厘米,弯折支管(5)的管口为斜面,第一气囊(3)包裹在第一支管(1)和第二支管(2)的外壁上,第二气囊(4)包裹在第二支管(2)的下端的弯折支管(5)的外壁上。
