本发明公开了一种气道温度监测型人工鼻,包括过滤组件、近端接口、远端接口、万向垫圈、可伸缩管道和人工鼻管道,过滤组件两侧固定连通有远端接口与人工鼻管道,人工鼻管道上安装有可伸缩管道,可伸缩管道上利用万向垫圈连接有近端接口,过滤组件包括壳体、水滤膜、病菌滤膜、温度计温度探头和温度显示器,水滤膜、病菌滤膜平行固定在壳体内,病菌滤膜靠近远端接口,水滤膜固定在人工鼻管道,壳体在水滤膜下方设置有排液口,壳体上端设置有气体采样口,温度计温度探头位于水滤膜和病菌滤膜之间,与温度显示器连接,检测体温简单、快速,能够随时检测到患者体温,近端接口能够任意角度转动,更加方便。

技术领域
本发明属于医用设备的技术领域,具体为一种气道温度监测型人工鼻。
背景技术
体温是围术期生命体征监测的一项常规监测指标。目前的体温监测有两种:一种是通过向人体自然腔道置入温度探头的方法进行连续体温监测,如鼻温、肛温等,但这种方法对人体组织有一定损伤,而且温度探头非一次性使用,容易交叉感染;另一种是采用体温计间断测量患者耳温或者腋温,但此方法非连续测量,且测量费时费力。
人工鼻广泛应用于呼吸机、麻醉机的外接呼吸回路中,具有吸收水蒸气,过滤病菌和杂质的功能,但现有的人工鼻没有气体温度监测的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种气道温度监测型人工鼻,检测人体温度,使用更加方便。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种气道温度监测型人工鼻,包括过滤组件、近端接口、远端接口、万向垫圈、可伸缩管道和人工鼻管道,过滤组件两侧固定连通有远端接口与人工鼻管道,人工鼻管道上安装有可伸缩管道,可伸缩管道上利用万向垫圈连接有近端接口,过滤组件包括壳体、水滤膜、病菌滤膜、温度计温度探头和温度显示器,水滤膜、病菌滤膜平行固定在壳体内,病菌滤膜靠近远端接口,水滤膜固定在人工鼻管道,壳体在水滤膜下方设置有排液口,壳体上端设置有气体采样口,温度计温度探头位于水滤膜和病菌滤膜之间,与温度显示器连接。
进一步的,水滤膜为高透气吸水材料制成。
进一步的,病菌滤膜采用机械过滤或静电吸附的方式。
进一步的,万向垫圈为硅橡胶制成。
进一步的,温度显示器上还设置有向麻醉、呼吸机和监护仪传输数据的端口。
本发明的有益效果是:
检测体温简单、快速、准确,能够随时检测到患者体温,近端接口能够任意角度转动,更加方便。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
如附图所示,一种气道温度监测型人工鼻,包括人工鼻管道1、可伸缩管道 2、近端接口3、万向垫圈4、远端接口5和过滤组件6,人工鼻管道1一端连接有可伸缩管道2,可任意伸缩,改变长度,近端接口3通过硅橡胶材质的万向垫圈4安装在可伸缩管道2一端,实现近端接口3任意角度转动,使用更加方便,过滤组件6安装在可伸缩管道2另一端,远端接口5固定在过滤组件6一侧。
过滤组件6包括壳体60、水滤膜61、病菌滤膜62、温度计温度探头63和温度显示器64,壳体60上设置有气体采样口65,通过气体采样口65检测过滤组件6内的气体,水滤膜61、病菌滤膜62安装在壳体60内,壳体60在水滤膜 61下方设置有排液口66,水滤膜61为高透气吸水材料制成,在呼气相时,呼出气体中的水蒸气被水滤膜61上的吸水材料吸收储存,而在吸气相时,吸入气体通过水滤膜61时,被吸附在吸水材料上的水分加湿,当水滤膜61吸收的水蒸气凝结成大量的液态水时,可以经此排液口66排出,病菌滤膜62采用机械过滤或静电吸附的方式,直接拦截或吸附气体中的病菌和杂质,温度计温度探头63位于水滤膜61、病菌滤膜62之间,检测过滤组件6内的温度,并且通过输送线与温度显示器64连接,将检测的温度显示在温度显示器64上方便医务人员观察,同时温度显示器64上设置有向麻醉、呼吸机和监护仪传输数据的端口,进一步将温度显示在麻醉、呼吸机和监护仪上。

1.一种气道温度监测型人工鼻,其特征在于,包括过滤组件、近端接口、远端接口、万向垫圈、可伸缩管道和人工鼻管道,过滤组件两侧固定连通有远端接口与人工鼻管道,人工鼻管道上安装有可伸缩管道,可伸缩管道上利用万向垫圈连接有近端接口,过滤组件包括壳体、水滤膜、病菌滤膜、温度计温度探头和温度显示器,水滤膜、病菌滤膜平行固定在壳体内,病菌滤膜靠近远端接口,水滤膜固定在人工鼻管道,壳体在水滤膜下方设置有排液口,壳体上端设置有气体采样口,温度计温度探头位于水滤膜和病菌滤膜之间,与温度显示器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气道温度监测型人工鼻,其特征在于,水滤膜为高透气吸水材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气道温度监测型人工鼻,其特征在于,病菌滤膜采用机械过滤或静电吸附的方式。
4.根据权利要求1所述的气道温度监测型人工鼻,其特征在于,万向垫圈为硅橡胶制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的气道温度监测型人工鼻,其特征在于,温度显示器上还设置有向麻醉、呼吸机和监护仪传输数据的端口。
