Abstract
The invention relates to a vertical dust collector, which comprises a dust collection floor brush and a machine body, wherein the lower part of the machine body is rotationally connected to the dust collection floor brush, and the machine body comprises: the vacuum assembly comprises a first shell and a vacuum motor arranged in the first shell, and the vacuum assembly is provided with an air suction side and an air exhaust side; the dust collecting component is communicated with the air flow of the air suction side; a power supply assembly including a second case, a reel located inside the second case and having a spool, and a power supply line windable on the spool; a second filter assembly having an exhaust passage between an exhaust side and a second filter; the first shell and the second shell are integrally formed, a space is arranged between the first shell and the second shell, and the exhaust channel at least partially penetrates through the space; according to the scheme, the first shell and the second shell are integrally formed, so that the whole vacuum assembly and the power supply assembly are combined more tightly; and excessive assembly is not needed between the two, so that the assembly process is simplified, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

In the vertical vacuum cleaner with the two structures, the vacuum source and the winder are independent parts, so that the vacuum cleaner has more parts, and the vacuum source and the winder are more complicated to assemble and have high manufacturing cost.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention aims to provide an upright vacuum cleaner with compact structure and simple assembly.

the first shell and the second shell are integrally formed, a space is formed between the first shell and the second shell, and the exhaust passage at least partially penetrates through the space.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the space is provided with a hollow connection housing, and part of the exhaust passage is located inside the connection housing.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the first shell and the second shell are integrally formed, so that the whole vacuum assembly and the power supply assembly are combined more tightly, and the structural arrangement between the vacuum assembly and the power supply assembly becomes compact; and because the casing is formed integrally, excessive assembly between the vacuum assembly and the power supply assembly is not required, and the assembly process of the dust collector is simplified, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost.

Detailed Description
For the purpose of illustrating the technical content, the constructional features, the achieved objects and the effects of the invention in detail, reference will be made to the following detailed description of the embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
For the purposes of the description with reference to the drawings, the terms "upper", "lower", "right", "left", "rear", "front", "longitudinal", "horizontal" and their related derivatives are defined in terms of their orientation from the perspective of a user standing behind the upright vacuum cleaner in FIG. 1.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the upright type vacuum cleaner 100 includes a dust collection floor brush 1 adapted to move along a surface to be cleaned, and a body 2 rotatably connected to the dust collection floor brush 1 at a lower portion thereof. The body 2 is provided with a dust collecting component 3, a vacuum component 4, a power supply component 5 and a handle component 7 in sequence from bottom to top. The dust collection assembly 3 is designed to be detachably mounted to the body 2 in order to dump dust. The vacuum assembly 4 and the power supply assembly 5 are located above the dust collecting assembly 3, wherein a vacuum motor (not shown) for generating suction is arranged in the vacuum assembly 4, a power cord (not shown) capable of being freely retracted and extended is arranged in the power supply assembly 5, and an exhaust hood 46 with a plurality of meshes for exhausting filtered clean air is arranged at the upper position of the front wall of the machine body 2.
Referring to fig. 4, the dust collecting floor brush 1 includes a floor brush body 12 having a dust collecting opening 11 on a lower surface thereof, and a connection pipe 13 disposed at a central rear portion of the floor brush body 12. One end of the connection pipe 13 is attached to the floor brush body 12 so as to be rotatable up and down and right and left, and the other end is detachably attached to the lower portion of the body 2. In other embodiments, a rotating brush for sweeping dust on the surface to be cleaned may be disposed at the dust suction port inside the main body to improve the dust suction efficiency of the dust suction port.
The dust collecting assembly 3 comprises a cyclone separating barrel 31 and an upper cover 32 positioned at the top of the cyclone separating barrel 31, the inner bottom of the cyclone separating barrel 31 forms a dust collecting chamber 35, and the cyclone separating barrel 31 has a rotating axis 311. The first filter assembly 33 is disposed at the top of the upper cover 32, and the airflow flowing out of the cyclone tub 31 is filtered by the first filter assembly 33 and then discharged to the outside of the cyclone tub 31. The cyclone tub 31 is detachable together with the first filter assembly 33 from the body 2 for dust dumping and cleaning of the first filter assembly 33. In this example, an air inlet duct 34 is provided at the rear side of the cyclone tub 31, and the lower end of the air inlet duct 34 is connected to the connection pipe 3; thus, the dust flowing out of the connection pipe 3 flows into the connection pipe 3 and then enters the cyclone separation barrel 31 for gas-solid separation. In other embodiments, the dirt collection assembly can also be a dust bag-type dirt collection component that utilizes a detachable dirt bag for dust collection.
The vacuum assembly 4 is also located on the body 2 and on the upper portion of the dust collection assembly 3. In this example, the vacuum unit 4 includes a first housing 41, a vacuum motor 42 and an impeller 43 housed in the first housing 41, and a motor cover 44 covering the bottom of the first housing 41. The first housing 41 has a first longitudinal centerline 411 extending in the up-down direction. In this example, the axis of the output shaft of the vacuum motor 42 is collinear with the first longitudinal centerline 411, and the first longitudinal centerline 411 is parallel to the rotational axis 311 of the cyclone barrel 31. The motor cover 44 has an air suction opening 412 at a middle position thereof, and an air discharge opening 413 at a rear position of an upper portion of the first housing 41. Between the exhaust opening 413 and the exhaust hood 46, a second filter assembly 45 is disposed, in this example, the second filter assembly 45 includes a second filter holder 451, and a second filter 452 detachably disposed on the second filter holder 451, and the second filter 452 is made of an air permeable material. An exhaust passage 417 is provided between the exhaust outlet 413 and the second filter 452. In this example, the exhaust passage 417 is located between the first housing 41 and the second housing 51. The hood 46 is adjacent to the outside of the second filter 452, so that the air flowing out of the exhaust port 413 passes through the exhaust passage 417 to the second filter 452 for filtering, and the filtered clean air flows from the hood 46 to the external atmosphere.
The power supply assembly 5 is located on the body 2 and above the vacuum assembly 4. The power module 5 includes a second housing 51, a cord reel 52 accommodated in the second housing 51, a power cord 53 capable of being wound on the cord reel 52, and a cord reel cover 54 covering an upper portion of the second housing 51, wherein the power cord 53 is electrically connected to an external power source, the power cord 53 has a fixed end and a free end, and the free end of the power cord 53 can be drawn in and out from the second housing 51 or the cord reel cover 54 to facilitate a user to adjust the length of the power cord 53. The second housing 51 has a second longitudinal center line 511, and the spool axis of the reel 52 is collinear with the second longitudinal center line 511. In this example, the second longitudinal centerline 511 of the second housing 51 is inclined to the rear side with respect to the longitudinal centerline 411 of the first housing 41, and the second longitudinal centerline 511 of the second housing 51 forms an angle of more than 0 degree and less than 90 degrees with the first longitudinal centerline 411 of the first housing 41, that is, the second housing 51 "leans" above the first housing 41.
As shown in fig. 5, the second housing 51 is located on the upper portion of the first housing 41, the top portion of the first housing 41 has a front end 414 and a rear end 415 opposite to each other, the bottom portion of the second housing 51 has a front end 514 and a rear end 515 opposite to each other, the rear end 415 of the first housing 41 is adjacent to the rear end 515 of the second housing 51, the front end 414 of the first housing 41 is far away from the front end 514 of the second housing 51, a space 6 is provided between the top portion of the first housing 41 and the bottom portion of the second housing 51, an electrical connection line 8 is provided between the power line and the vacuum motor, and a threading slot 516 for passing the electrical connection line 8 is provided inside the second housing 51.
As shown in fig. 6, the second housing 51 is located above the first housing 41, and an included angle between the second longitudinal centerline 511 of the second housing 51 and the first longitudinal centerline 411 of the first housing 41 is greater than 0 degree and smaller than 90 degrees. The hollow connecting casing 61 is disposed in the space 6, and the connecting casing 61, a part of the top of the first casing 41 and the bottom of the second casing 51 together form a through passage which forms a part of an exhaust passage 417 for communicating the second filter 452 with the exhaust outlet 413. The second filter 452 is connected to the exhaust passage 417, and the hood 46 covers the outside of the second filter 452. In this case, the second filter 452 and the hood 46 are disposed in a modularized manner, and the two are detachably mounted on the second filter holder 451, so that the user can detach the second filter 452 for cleaning by opening the hood 46.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the first housing 41, the second housing 51, the connecting housing 61, and the second filter holder 451 are formed by injection molding, and the second filter holder 451 extends partially upward into the space 6. Thus, a part of the second filter 452 installed in the second filter holder 451 extends upward into the space 6, and a plurality of support ribs 62 extending upward and downward are provided in the connection housing 61, and the support ribs 62 are interposed between the first housing 41 and the second housing 51. The second filter holder 451 and the rest of the second filter 452 are located outside the first housing 41.
In this embodiment, since the space is formed between the first casing 41 and the second casing 51, and the space 6 is disposed as a flow path for guiding the exhaust port 413 of the vacuum module 4 to the second filter 452, the structure inside the body 2 can be simplified, and since the space 6 allows the second filter 452 to extend into the space 6, that is, the second filter holder 451 and the second filter 452 are disposed to extend into the space 6, the area of the second filter 452 can be increased, so that the air outlet speed of the second filter 452 can be increased significantly, and the working efficiency of the entire cleaner can be improved. Furthermore, the arrangement of the first housing 41, the second housing 51, and the connecting housing 61 as a single body can reduce the number of parts of the entire cleaner and make the structure of the cleaner body portion more compact.
In other embodiments, such as the above embodiments in which the vacuum module and the power module are switched, a configuration in which one of the two components is tilted relative to the other component and a space is provided therebetween is within the scope of the present disclosure.

1. An upright cleaner, comprising a dust-collecting floor brush having a dust-collecting opening and adapted to be moved along a surface to be cleaned, and a body rotatably coupled to the dust-collecting floor brush at a lower portion thereof, the body comprising:
the vacuum assembly is used for generating suction wind and comprises a first shell and a vacuum motor arranged in the first shell, the vacuum assembly is provided with a gas suction side and a gas exhaust side, and an air outlet is formed in the upper part of the first shell close to the rear;
the dust collection assembly, the dust suction port, the dust collection assembly and the air suction side are sequentially communicated with each other in an air flow manner;
a power supply unit including a second housing, a reel located inside the second housing and having a spool, and a power cord capable of being wound around the spool;
a second filter assembly disposed downstream of the exhaust side, the second filter assembly including a second filter made of an air permeable material and a second filter holder for mounting the second filter, the exhaust outlet having an exhaust passage with the second filter;
the exhaust hood is provided with a plurality of meshes, and the second filter assembly is positioned between the exhaust outlet and the exhaust hood; the method is characterized in that:

2. The upright cleaner of claim 1, wherein: the first shell, the second shell and the connecting shell are integrally formed.
3. The upright cleaner of claim 2, wherein: the connecting shell is internally provided with a plurality of support ribs extending up and down, and the support ribs are arranged between the first shell and the second shell.
4. The upright cleaner of claim 1, wherein: an electric connecting wire is arranged between the power wire and the vacuum motor, and a threading groove for the electric connecting wire to pass through is arranged in the second shell.

The upright cleaner of claim 1, wherein: the vacuum motor is provided with a motor shaft, the shaft axis of the motor shaft extends along the vertical direction, and an included angle which is larger than 0 degree and smaller than 90 degrees is formed between the shaft axis of the motor shaft and the shaft axis of the winding shaft.
