背景技术：
目前橱房烹饪锅的口沿都是直桶式，在烹饪过程中，由于人体鼻子总是靠近烹饪锅手柄一端，炉灶的烟灰会顺着锅的外沿直扑人鼻吸入体内，久而久之，积灰成疾。
专利“下翻边大勺及不粘锅”(申请号CN98237809.2)发明了外翻口沿的锅，虽然解决了锅沿流油的问题，但还不能解决锅外沿灰尘扑鼻的问题。
发明内容：
鉴于上述的不足之处，本发明专利提供了一种新颖的烹饪锅。
其技术措施是通过如下方法实现的：将烹饪锅口沿往外下翻成一定的宽度和角度后，使烹饪锅口沿外周围形成一圈暗槽。然后在烹饪锅手柄对面的暗槽处，开口3厘米，形成一个暗槽缺口，以便使暗槽内的烟灰往缺口处流出，直至被上方的油烟机吸收。同时，这个缺口要比手柄处的暗槽的水平位置抬高一些，形成拉风效果，从而加快了烟灰从缺口流出，由于这个缺口离人体最远，避免了靠近人体的烹饪锅手柄处的烟灰吸入鼻子。

具体实施例：
从手柄处的暗槽(1)的最高点A引出水平线AC即手柄处的暗槽水平线(5)，同时引出烹饪锅中间线(6)与烹饪锅体(3)相交，使BC等于AB，然后从C点延长到D点，形成比手柄处的暗槽(1)的水平位置抬高一些的手柄对面的暗槽(2)，再在手柄对面的暗槽(2)开口3厘米，形成一个图3中的暗槽缺口(7)。
烹饪时，手柄处的暗槽(1)附近的烟灰会往手柄对面的暗槽(2)方向流动，直至流出暗槽缺口(7)后被油烟机吸收，从而避免了靠近人体的手柄处的烟灰吸入鼻子。
