When an element is referred to as being "connected to" another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present invention, terms such as left, right, up, and down are merely relative concepts or references to normal use states of the product, and should not be construed as limiting.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a centrifugal rotor 31, which includes a rotor body 311 and a plurality of water flow passages 300 penetrating through the rotor body 311. The water inlet 312 of each water flow channel 300 is located at the end of the rotor body 311, and the water inlet 312 is located at the bottom of the rotor body 311 when the centrifugal rotor 31 is installed in the fruit scrubber. In this embodiment, the plurality of water inlets 312 are circularly distributed. The water outlet 313 of each water flow channel 300 is located around the side wall of the rotor body 311. When the centrifugal rotor 31 rotates at a high speed, water flow for cleaning fruits enters the centrifugal rotor 31 from the water inlet 312 and is discharged from the water outlet 313 under the action of centrifugal force, so that the water flow generates impact force on the fruits, impacts and takes away dirt on the surfaces of the fruits, and the purpose of cleaning the fruits is achieved.
In this embodiment, the water flow channel 100 has an L shape. In other embodiments of the present invention, the water flow channel 100 may have other shapes, and only the positions of the water inlet 312 and the water outlet 313 are required to be ensured.
In this embodiment, the rotor body 311 is hemispherical, and the water inlet 312 and the water outlet 313 are both located on the arc surface of the rotor body 311. The rotor body 311 adopts a hemispherical structure, so that the resistance of water flow can be effectively reduced, and the washing effect can be enhanced.
As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the preferred embodiment of the present invention further provides a fruit washer comprising an outer tub 1, an inner tub 2, an agitation device 3, an end cap assembly 4, a negative ion generating device 5, a first switch 6 and a second switch 7.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and referring to fig. 4, the outer tub 1 has a cylindrical tub-like structure with an opening at one end, and when the fruit washer is in an operating state, the opening of the outer tub 1 faces upward. In other embodiments of the present invention, the outer tub 1 may have other shapes, such as a cubic shape. A water storage space is formed between the outer tub 1 and the inner tub 2, a plurality of water inlet and outlet holes 21 communicated with the water storage space are formed in the side wall of the inner tub 2, and preferably, the plurality of water inlet and outlet holes 21 are uniformly distributed on the side wall of the inner tub 2.
As shown in fig. 5 and referring to fig. 4, the inner tub 2 is used for placing fruits to be washed, and is a cylindrical tub-like structure with an opening at one end, and when the fruit washer is in an operating state, the opening of the inner tub 2 faces upwards. The inner tub 2 is disposed inside the outer tub 1, and preferably, the outer tub 1 is disposed coaxially with the inner tub 2. In this embodiment, the inner tub 2 is detachably mounted on the outer tub 1.
As shown in fig. 6 and referring to fig. 5, the stirring device 3 is used for stirring the water flow to form a vortex, so that the water flow and negative ions are continuously contacted with the surface of the fruit to be cleaned, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning the fruit. The agitation apparatus 3 is mounted on the top of the outer tub 1 and includes a centrifugal rotor 31 as described in the above embodiment, and a motor 32 for driving the centrifugal rotor 31 to rotate. The centrifugal rotor 31 is arranged in the inner barrel 2, and the arc surface of the rotor body 311 is positioned at one end of the rotor body 311 far away from the motor 32. When the motor 32 rotates at a high speed, the water for cleaning fruits enters the centrifugal rotor 31 from the water inlet 312 and is discharged from the water outlet 313 under the action of centrifugal force, so that the water flow generates impact force on the fruits, impacts and takes away dirt on the surfaces of the fruits, and the purpose of cleaning the fruits is achieved.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the end cap assembly 4 is detachably mounted at the open end of the outer tub 1, and a receiving chamber 40 for receiving the motor 32 and the negative ion generating device 5 is formed inside the end cap assembly 4, that is, the motor 32 and the negative ion generating device 5 are mounted in the receiving chamber 40. The ejection hole (not shown) of the negative ion generating device 5 communicates with the water storage space, and in this embodiment, the negative ion generating device 5 is installed in the accommodating chamber 40 in the end cap assembly 4. When the fruit washer works, negative ions generated by the negative ion generating device 5 enter the inner barrel 2 to form vortex under the action of the stirring device 3, the negative ions are stirred to the surface of fruits, and the negative ions and the ion clusters of the pesticide are combined to destroy the structure of the pesticide so as to remove the pesticide, thereby completing the cleaning of the fruits, and the fruit washer has the advantages of low noise during cleaning, good cleaning effect and high cleaning efficiency.
As shown in fig. 4, the first switch 6 is used to control the operation of the motor 32, which is mounted on the end cap assembly 4, and in this embodiment, the first switch 6 is located at an end of the end cap assembly 4 away from the outer tub 1. The second switch 7 is used to control the operation of the anion generating apparatus 5, which is also mounted on the end cap assembly 4, and in this embodiment, the second switch 7 is located at an end of the end cap assembly 4 away from the outer tub 1. The structure of the first switch 6 and the second switch 7 can facilitate the control of the stirring device 3 and the anion generating device 5.
The fruit washer according to the above embodiment is used, because the fruit washer adopts the structure of the stirring device 3 with the centrifugal rotor 31, and the like, when the fruit is washed, the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the centrifugal rotor 31 drives the fruit and water placed in the inner barrel 2 to rotate together, so that the water flow generates impact force on the fruit, impacts and takes away the dirt on the surface of the fruit, thereby replacing the manual washing of the fruit, especially berries, and the fruit washer has the characteristics of rapid washing, cleanness, large washing amount, no berry breakage and the like.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, which are merely illustrative and not restrictive, and many forms may be made by those having ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention and the scope of the claims, which are to be protected by the present invention.
