The above-mentioned rolling disc driving mechanism 25 is preferably a servo motor, so that the effect of controllable rotating speed can be realized, and thereby the fine control of the rolling process in the rolling process and the turnover of the tea leaves in the static tea drying process can be realized. Because the top edge of the machine frame 1 is provided with a plurality of heating sources, the air blowing mechanism blows air on the top edge of the machine frame 1 into the air guide pipe 328, which is beneficial to assisting the static drying process of tea leaves by utilizing the heat dissipation of the machine and is beneficial to the heat dissipation performance of the top edge of the machine frame 1.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, the preferred initial state of the tea rolling and bagging machine according to the present embodiment is: the tea bag kneading plate 332 is positioned at the end part of the transverse guide rod 333 adjacent to the outer edge of the frame 1; the sliding seat 322 is positioned at the bottom end of the first guide rod 321, namely the rolling end of the bag mouth of the tea bag, penetrates through the tea bag pressing and kneading mechanism 33 from the middle parts of the two tea bag pressing and kneading plates 332 to the tea bag pressing and kneading mechanism 33 and is arranged between the kneading discs 2; the guide wheel 232 is positioned at the bottom end of the second guide rod 231; the limiting plate 242 is located at an end of the limiting plate guide 241 adjacent to the outer edge of the frame 1. In this initial state, first, the distance between the tea bag pressing plate 332 and the rolling plate 2 is maximized, facilitating the placement of the tea bag therebetween. Furthermore, the distance between the tea bag pressing and kneading plate 332 and the limiting plate 242 is maximized, and the space between the tea bag pressing and kneading plate 332 and the kneading disc 2 is further released. Finally, the rolling end of the tea bag mouth is close to the rolling disc 2 to the greatest extent, and in the process of the action of distributing the tea package to the rolling end of the tea bag mouth, the tea bag can be placed on the rolling disc 2 without resisting the gravity of the tea bag when the assembly action is completed, so that the use convenience of the machine is improved.
A tea rolling and quick packing method, wherein for convenience of description, the tea rolling and quick packing method is described with reference to a structure of a tea rolling and quick packing machine to which the present embodiment is applied:

IV, enabling the tea bag body to cover the tea leaves through the rolling mechanism and the tea bag pressing and kneading mechanism 33 to form a roughly spherical body; the rolling disc 2 is lifted upwards by the second lifting mechanism until the rolling surface of the rolling disc 2 is contacted with the bottom edge of the tea bag.

In the period t1, h1 and h2 are gradually decreased. In order to complete the tea rolling process, the rolling clutch 326 is required to output smaller torque force, namely the binding force of the tea bag body to the tea is lower, but the distance between the tea bag pressing and rolling plate 332 and the rolling disc 2 is required to be smaller so as to complete the rolling process of more uniform and more complete tea inside the tea bag.
And ii, controlling the power output of an output shaft of the rolling clutch 326 in the rolling mechanism to be less than n2, and the rotating speed of the rolling disc driving mechanism 25 to be s2, maintaining the operation time of the crank-rocker driving motor 12 and the rolling disc driving mechanism 25 to be t4, and driving the first driving mechanism 323 to lift the rolling end of the tea bag mouth upwards for h3 at intervals of t 5. Wherein n2 is greater than n 1. In this step, in order to complete the tea packing and kneading forming process, the rolling clutch 326 is required to output larger torque force and the lifting distance of the rolling end of the tea bag mouth is large, namely, the binding force of the tea bag body on the tea is higher, so that the tea inside the tea bag body can be influenced by the binding of the tea bag body, and therefore, the tea bag body can be more thoroughly agglomerated into approximately spherical tea grains.
And iii, controlling the power output of an output shaft of a rolling clutch 326 in the rolling mechanism to be less than n3 in torque, driving a first driving mechanism 323 to lower the rolling end of the tea bag mouth downwards by h4 and driving a second driving mechanism 233 to lift the rolling disc 2 upwards by h5, maintaining the rotating speed of the rolling disc driving mechanism 25 to be s3, and starting the air blowing mechanism. Wherein s3 is set smaller than s1 and s3 is set smaller than s2, n3 is set smaller than n1 and n3 is set smaller than n 2. In the step, the static airing process of the tea leaves is completed, the loose tea bag body environment can enable the tea leaves therein to be spread above the rolling disc 2 as much as possible, and the rolling disc 2 with low rotation speed can be rotated to better realize the overturning of the tea leaves in the tea bag body.
And iv, repeating the steps i to iii for a plurality of times, and thus finishing the two tea making procedures of rolling and packing and kneading forming of the tea. In repeating steps i to iii, n1, s1, h2, n2, s2, h3 decrease in sequence with the number of repetitions.
And step i) further comprises the step of carrying out static airing on the tea leaves in the tea bag body according to the tea leaf static airing step in step iii after the tea leaf rolling step is completed. The tea leaf static airing process is more similar to the traditional tea leaf manufacturing process, so that the tea leaf rolling and quick-packaging method can be more suitable for the traditional tea making method, tea farmers can more easily get hands in the process of applying the method and the machine, and the process of setting a program is simpler, more convenient and faster, and can be suitable for the personalized requirements of different tea farmers on different flavors of produced tea.
And step VI, after the tea bag body is taken down, taking out the tea leaves in the tea bag, spreading and airing, and repeating the steps I to V for a plurality of times until the tea leaves are rolled, wrapped and formed. In the above method for taking out and spreading tea leaves in a tea bag for static drying, the fixed data such as n1, s1, t2, t3, h1, h2 and the like are only required to be set for different products in step V, complex programming setting is not required according to step V, and the method is suitable for machine technical support of tea products with weak or more dependent manual experience.
According to the tea rolling quick packaging machine with the improved structure and the tea rolling quick packaging method, the existing tea rolling process, tea rolling forming process and other processes are simplified into one process, tea rolling equipment, tea forming equipment and the like are needed in the existing production process, various equipment is complicated to use and low in automation degree, the existing method and equipment are not suitable for individualized production of tea under eyes, and most of homogenous tea can only be produced by the department. The tea rolling quick-packaging machine with the improved structure and the tea rolling quick-packaging method simplify the tea industry production process and are low in application cost, and the tea rolling quick-packaging machine is particularly suitable for manufacturing tea like individual households of tea farmers. The tea rolling quick packaging machine and the tea rolling quick packaging method with the improved structure can simplify the existing tea rolling and rolling forming process which is extremely dependent on experience of a producer into one parameter to achieve, so that tea lovers with insufficient experience can spend less cost and less effort to produce high-quality tea, and applicability of the tea rolling quick packaging machine and the tea rolling quick packaging method with the improved structure of the embodiment is further improved.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of specific embodiments of the present application, but the design concept of the present application is not limited thereto, and any insubstantial modification of the present application by using the design concept shall fall within the scope of the present application.

Claims (1)

1. A tea rolling and quick packing method is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
i, placing the tea leaves which need to be rolled, wrapped and formed into a tea bag body;
II, assembling a bag mouth of a tea bag filled with tea leaves at a rolling end of the bag mouth of the tea bag;
pushing the tea bag pressing and kneading plate (332) to the middle part of the bag kneading device main body (31) along a transverse guide rod (333) through a transverse driving mechanism (334), forming a tea bag pressing and kneading surface matched with a tea bag, and lifting the sliding seat (322) upwards along a first guide rod (321) through a first driving mechanism (323) until the rolling end of the mouth of the tea bag is lifted to the position above the tea bag pressing and kneading plate (332) through a containing through hole (331);
IV, enabling the tea bag body to cover the tea leaves to form a spheroid by matching the rolling mechanism with the tea bag pressing and kneading mechanism (33); lifting the rolling disc (2) upwards through a second lifting mechanism until the rolling surface of the rolling disc (2) is contacted with the bottom edge of the tea bag;
v, starting a crank rocker driving motor (12) and a rolling disc driving mechanism (25) to start the rolling and packing process of the tea leaves in the tea bag;
restoring the machine to an initial state, taking down the tea bags from the rolling ends of the tea bag openings, and taking out the tea leaves from the tea bag bodies;
the tea bag in the step I is a cotton cloth bag body tea bag with a bag-shaped structure and a bag opening at the top;
in the step II, the tea bag is placed in an opening of a frame (1) in the direction perpendicular to a transverse guide rod (333), the tea bag is firstly placed on a rolling disc (2), and then the tea bag opening is fixed at the rolling end of the tea bag opening in a fastening, clamping and fastening mode;
in the step III, the two tea bag kneading plates (332) are moved towards each other and the two actions of lifting the rolling end of the tea bag mouth are sequentially or simultaneously carried out;
in the step IV, the rolling mechanism is matched with the tea bag pressing and kneading mechanism (33) to enable the tea bag body to wrap the tea to form a spheroid, the rolling disc (2) is lifted upwards through the second lifting mechanism until the rolling surface of the rolling disc (2) and the tea bag bottom edge are contacted, and the two actions are carried out simultaneously with the two actions of moving the two tea bag pressing and kneading plates (332) towards each other and lifting the rolling end of the tea bag opening in the step III, or after the two actions in the step III; the step IV further comprises a limiting plate (242) driven by a limiting plate driving mechanism (243) to move towards the middle of the frame (1) and form two tea bag limiting mechanisms which are mutually matched and are in a encircling structure above the rolling disc (2);
the step V further comprises the following steps:
controlling the power output of an output shaft of a rolling clutch (326) in a rolling mechanism to be less than n1 in torque, keeping the rotating speed of a rolling disc driving mechanism (25) to be s1, maintaining the running time of a crank rocker driving motor (12) and the rolling disc driving mechanism (25) to be t1, driving a first driving mechanism (323) to lift the rolling end of a tea bag mouth upwards by h1 at intervals of t2, and driving a second driving mechanism (233) to lift a rolling disc (2) upwards by h2 at intervals of t 3; in the t1 time period, h1 and h2 are gradually decreased;
controlling the power output of an output shaft of a rolling clutch (326) in the rolling mechanism to be less than n2 in torque, keeping the rotating speed of the rolling disc driving mechanism (25) to be s2, and keeping the running time of the crank rocker driving motor (12) and the rolling disc driving mechanism (25) to be t4, wherein during the running time, the first driving mechanism (323) is driven to lift the rolling end of the tea bag mouth upwards for h3 at intervals of t 5; wherein n2 is greater than n 1;
controlling the power output of an output shaft of a rolling clutch (326) in the rolling mechanism to be less than n3 in torque, driving a first driving mechanism (323) to lower the rolling end of the tea bag mouth downwards by h4 and driving a second driving mechanism (233) to lift a rolling disc (2) upwards by h5, maintaining the rotating speed of a rolling disc driving mechanism (25) to be s3, and starting a blast mechanism; wherein s3 is less than s1 and s3 is less than s2, n3 is less than n1 and n3 is less than n 2;
iv, repeating the steps i to iii for a plurality of times, and thus finishing two tea making procedures of tea rolling and packing and kneading forming; repeating the steps from i to iii, wherein n1, s1, h2, n2, s2 and h3 are gradually decreased along with the repetition times;
the step i also comprises the step of carrying out static airing on the tea leaves in the tea bag body according to the tea leaf static airing step in the step iii after the tea leaf rolling step is completed;
and step VI, the tea bag body is taken down, the tea leaves in the tea bag are taken out and spread and aired, and the steps I to V are repeated for a plurality of times until the tea leaves are rolled, wrapped and formed.
