Description

Calling method and terminal based on incoming call message
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a calling technology, and in particular, to a calling method and a terminal based on an incoming call message.
Background
At present, mobile terminals have become the first tool for people to communicate greatly beyond fixed telephones. Particularly, the rising of the intelligent terminal in recent years greatly changes the ways of life, study, leisure, social contact, communication, contact and the like of people.
But today people are calling in a manner that is just as easy as when using a fixed telephone ten years ago. The first user dials the mobile phone number of the other party, the second user terminal receives the call request and displays the number of the other party through the caller identification function, and finally the called user can judge whether to answer the call through the mobile phone number. This way of making a call has at least the following problems:
1. if an incoming call of a strange number is received, the called person cannot distinguish whether the incoming call is a harassing call or whether the incoming call is a very important call made by friends and relatives by using the mobile phone numbers of other people.
2. Many smart phones have functions similar to marking strange phone numbers, and can mark telephones such as advertisements, fraud, takeaway and the like. However, this method is lack of timeliness, and the mobile phone number can be recycled by the operator and distributed to another user, but the marks are not always eliminated. Meanwhile, the situations of misoperation and malignant marking cannot be avoided. On the other hand, the called party does not necessarily reject the advertisement at all, but simply rejects the advertisement that is not needed for him.
3. At best, the existing calling method only can let people know who calls the telephone, but does not know what the call is. Trying to take you into a very important meeting suddenly receives a friend's phone. It becomes important to tell if it is a worthwhile phone.
4. Another scenario that arises is when two people make a call to each other. Based on the current telecommunication network, both people would indicate that the opposite party is busy and unable to connect.

Through the implementation of the embodiment of the invention, at least the following advantages exist:
1. the second user can know the identity of the first user and the purpose of calling through the text or voice message sent by the first user in advance, and does not need to put through the call, so that the telephone charge is saved. In certain situations it may be better to decide whether or not to answer the call.
2. The problem of the discord logic that two users make calls with each other but the opposite party is busy and the calls cannot be connected is solved.
3. The technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention can modify the flow of the telephone call on the premise of not modifying the core network, namely, the process can be completed only by modifying the terminals of both parties or providing the application of the call function.

Detailed Description
So that the manner in which the features and aspects of the embodiments of the present invention can be understood in detail, a more particular description of the embodiments of the invention, briefly summarized above, may be had by reference to the embodiments, some of which are illustrated in the appended drawings.
In the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, before the user really sends the call request, a message is sent to the opposite side, and the call connection is really established only after the opposite side receives the message and receives the call request.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a calling method based on an incoming call message according to a first embodiment of the present invention, where the calling method based on an incoming call message in this example is applied to a first terminal, and as shown in fig. 1, the calling method based on an incoming call message includes the following steps:
step 101: and collecting the message input by the first user and sending the message to the second terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the first terminal sends the call request to the second terminal, the first terminal is called a calling terminal, and the second terminal is called a called terminal. When the second terminal sends a call request to the first terminal, the first terminal is called a called terminal, and the second terminal is called a calling terminal. In addition, the first terminal and the second terminal may send call requests to each other at the same time, in this case, the first terminal is called a calling terminal and is also called a called terminal, and similarly, the second terminal is called a called terminal and is also called a calling terminal.
Here, the user corresponding to the calling terminal is a calling user, and the user corresponding to the called terminal is a called user.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a first user wants to dial a second user, the telephone number of the second user is selected on a first terminal, and then the first terminal sends prompt information which is used for prompting the first user to enter a message to indicate the intention of the first user to call the second user, the identity of the first user and other information. Here, the entered message may be entered in a text form or a voice form. In one embodiment, the first terminal defines the length of the first user-entered message, for example, limiting text entry to 300 words and limiting voice entry to 5 minutes.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the first user inputs the message on the first terminal, the first terminal sends the message to the second terminal through a specific short message format or a network protocol, and the first terminal does not really send the voice call request at the moment.
Step 102: and when receiving a first message which is sent by the second terminal and used for indicating that the call request is accepted, sending the call request to the second terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the second terminal receives the message input by the first user, the second user determines whether to accept the call request according to the message, and performs the operation of receiving or not on the second terminal. Here, when the second terminal receives the message entered by the first user, the incoming call ringing analog phone call of the second terminal is activated. The second user can know the intention of the call through the message input by the first user before, and then selects whether to answer the call, and finally sends the receipt to the first user, namely the second terminal sends a first message for indicating the acceptance of the call request to the first terminal; alternatively, the second terminal sends a third message to the first terminal indicating rejection of the call request.
And when receiving a first message which is sent by the second terminal and used for indicating that the call request is accepted, sending the call request to the second terminal.
And when receiving a third message which is sent by the second terminal and used for indicating that the call request is rejected, rejecting sending the call request to the second terminal.
Step 103: and when the second terminal receives the call request and connects the call, establishing a call with the second terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the second terminal directly connects the call after receiving the call request sent by the first terminal, so that the first terminal and the second terminal establish a conversation.
The first user and the second user do not really establish the connection conversation but only transfer the message before the call is really connected, so that the call cost can be saved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, while the first terminal is used as a calling terminal to make a call, the second terminal may also be used as a calling terminal to make a call, and specifically, when the first terminal receives a message, which is sent by the second terminal and is input by a second user, the first terminal generates a second message indicating that a call request is accepted according to an operation of the first user, and sends the second message to the second terminal.
At this time, when receiving a first message which is sent by the second terminal and used for indicating that the call request is accepted, the first terminal compares the time of receiving the first message with the time of sending the second message, and when the time of receiving the first message is earlier than the time of sending the second message, the first terminal sends the call request to the second terminal. And when the time of receiving the first message is later than the time of sending the second message, receiving a call request sent by the second terminal. Therefore, the problem that the two users in the current network environment make calls mutually but prompt that the opposite party is busy and cannot get through the call is solved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a calling method based on an incoming call message according to a second embodiment of the present invention, where as shown in fig. 2, the calling method based on the incoming call message includes the following steps:
step 201: the first terminal collects the information input by the first user and sends the information to the second terminal.
Step 202: and after receiving the message input by the first user, the second terminal generates a first message for indicating the acceptance of the call request according to the operation of the second user.
Step 203: the second terminal sends a first message to the first terminal.
Step 204: and after receiving the first message, the first terminal sends a call request to the second terminal.
Step 205: and after receiving the call request sent by the first terminal, the second terminal directly connects the call and establishes a call with the first terminal.
