Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are for reference and illustration only, and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a vehicle-mounted wireless charging device, which is shown in fig. 1 to 7, and comprises a wireless charger 1, a charging base 2, a clamping belt 3 and a limiting block 4; the wireless charger 1 is arranged outside the charging base 2 and is used for wirelessly charging wireless equipment inserted into the charging base 2.
The invention has the main points that: the left and right sides of charging base 2 are equipped with the grafting groove 21 that is used for pegging graft centre gripping area 3, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, grafting groove 21 is equipped with rectangle through-hole 211, the middle part of rectangle through-hole 211 rear end is equipped with the inside diameter and is greater than the cylindrical through-hole 212 of rectangle through-hole width the junction of rectangle through-hole front end and rectangle through-hole rear end forms step face 213.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4, the left and right ends of the clamping belt 3 are provided with connectors 31 matched with the connectors 21, the middle of each connector is provided with an opening 311, and the openings 311 are internally provided with a sleeving column 313 for sleeving a spring 312; the tail end of the plug connector 31 is provided with a cover plate 314; when the plug 31 is inserted into the rectangular through hole 211 of the plug slot 22 and the spring 312 is sleeved on the sleeve post 313, one end of the spring 312 is clamped on the step surface 223, and the other end of the spring compresses the cover 314, so that the wireless charging device is limited front and back.
As shown in fig. 1, the limiting block 4 includes a left limiting block 42 and a right limiting block 43 connected by a tension spring 41, where the left limiting block 42 and the right limiting block 43 are sleeved on the clamping belt 3 and slide left and right on the clamping belt 3, so as to limit the wireless charging device left and right.
In this embodiment, preferably, a concave stand 22 for supporting the wireless charging device is provided at the lower end of the charging base 2. In this embodiment, preferably, the middle portion of the clamping band is covered with a protection pad 32 with an arc structure, and the protection pad is made of a soft material, so as to provide a guiding function for the wireless charging device to be inserted into the charging base, and prevent the wireless charging device from being scratched.
As shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, in this embodiment, preferably, the left stopper 42 and the right stopper 43 are in a T-shaped structure that are oppositely disposed, a through hole 44 for sleeving the clamping strap is provided at a lateral portion of the T-shaped structure, an arc-shaped limiting plate 45 for limiting the wireless charging device to the left and right is provided, and a round hole 46 for hooking the tension spring 41 is provided at a vertical portion of the T-shaped structure.
In this embodiment, preferably, the wireless charging device is a mobile phone 5 with a wireless charging function.
When the vehicle-mounted wireless charging device is used for wireless charging, the mobile phone 5 with the wireless charging function firstly contacts the upper end of the protection pad 32 of the clamping belt 3 and the upper ends of the arc-shaped limiting plates 45 of the left limiting block 42 and the right limiting block 43, and slides downwards under the guidance of the protection pad 32 and the arc-shaped limiting plates 45 until contacting the concave table 22, and at the moment, the mobile phone 5 with the wireless charging function is stably placed on the charging base under the limit of the clamping belt 3 and the limiting block 4 and is tightly attached to the charging base, so that the vehicle-mounted wireless charging device has good charging performance.
Specifically, when the plug 31 is inserted into the rectangular through hole 211 of the plug slot 22 and the spring 312 is sleeved on the sleeve post 313, one end of the spring 312 is clamped on the step surface 223, the other end of the spring 312 compresses the cover plate 314, when the mobile phone is inserted into the charging base, one end of the spring 312, which is pressed against the cover plate, contracts along one end close to the step surface, drives the clamping belt to move forward, and simultaneously enables the protection pad 32 to be tightly attached to the mobile phone and the charging base 2 under the action of the spring 312, so that the mobile phone is limited forwards and backwards. It should be noted that: according to the invention, the plug connector 31 is inserted into the rectangular through hole 211 of the plug groove 22, and the spring 312 is sleeved on the sleeved column 313 of the plug connector 31 and the step surface 213 formed at the joint of the front end of the rectangular through hole of the plug groove 22 and the rear end of the rectangular through hole, so that the plug connection mode of the plug groove and the plug connector ensures the stability of the front and rear movement of the clamping belt, and improves the user experience.
In addition, the left limiting block 42 and the right limiting block 43 are sleeved on the clamping belt 3 through the through hole 44, when the mobile phone is inserted into the charging base, the left limiting block 42 and the right limiting block 43 slide left and right on the clamping belt 3, the arc limiting plates 45 of the left limiting block 42 and the right limiting block 43 are tightly attached to two sides of the mobile phone under the action of the tension spring 41, and the mobile phone is limited left and right.
