As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a corner wrapping device 1, the corner wrapping device 1 being applied to a winding 15 of a transformer, the corner wrapping device 1 comprising: a first wrap corner 11, a second wrap corner 12 and a bent portion 13; wherein the bending part 13 is connected with the first corner wrapping part 11 and the second corner wrapping part 12 respectively.
The bending part 13, the first corner wrapping part 11 and the second corner wrapping part 12 form an L-shaped accommodating cavity, the corner wrapping device 1 wraps two adjacent corners in the winding 15 through the L-shaped accommodating cavity, and the corner wrapping device 1 is made of insulating materials.
Specifically, the corner wrapping device 1 is arranged on a winding 15 in the transformer. In order to prolong the service life of the corner wrapping device 1, the corner wrapping device 1 can be made of materials with high temperature resistance, high voltage resistance, weather resistance and insulativity, and preferably, the material of the corner wrapping device 1 is polyimide.
The winding 15 of the transformer is of a cuboid structure and is sleeved on the magnetic core of the transformer. Each transformer comprises a plurality of windings 15, and the windings 15 are parallel to each other. An insulating spacer 16 having an insulating function is provided between the adjacent two windings 15 to increase the insulating distance between the adjacent two windings 15. But the insulating spacers 16 do not perform very well in the eight corners of the winding 15. Therefore, the L-shaped accommodating cavity wraps two adjacent corners of the winding 15, and the four corner wrapping devices 1 are used for completely wrapping eight corners of the winding 15, so that a good insulating effect is achieved, and the insulating distance between the winding 15 provided with the corner wrapping devices 1 and the adjacent winding 15 is greatly increased.
The corner wrapping device 1 is composed of a first corner wrapping portion 11, a second corner wrapping portion 12 and a bending portion 13, wherein the bending portion 13 is respectively connected with the first corner wrapping portion 11 and the second corner wrapping portion 12. The wrap angle device 1 is simple in structure and can realize the mass production of the die. The corner fitting 1 may be spliced to connect the bent portion 13 to the first corner portion 11 and the second corner portion 12, respectively. In order to simplify the process, the corner fitting 1 is preferably integrally formed.
Further, the minimum distance between the first wrap angle portion 11 and the second wrap angle portion 12 is not less than 6 mm. In the embodiment of the present invention, the first corner wrapping portion 11 and the second corner wrapping portion 12 are both in an L-shaped plate structure and are respectively connected with the bending portion 13, so as to form an L-shaped accommodating cavity, and preferably, the first corner wrapping portion 11 and the second corner wrapping portion 12 each include: the bending portion 13 is connected to the L-shaped long sides of the first corner portion 11 and the second corner portion 12, respectively.
The bending portion 13 is also an L-shaped structure, including: a first end and a second end perpendicular to each other. The adjacent two corners of the winding are wrapped by the L-shaped receiving cavity, so that the first end length and the second end length of the bent portion 13 determine the insulation distance between the winding 15 provided with the wrap angle device 1 and the adjacent winding 15. The first end length and the second end length of the bent portion 13 may be determined according to different electrical insulation requirements or different insulation distance requirements.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the winding 15 of the transformer has a regular cuboid structure, and when the corner wrapping device 1 is disposed on the winding 15 of the transformer, the first corner wrapping portion 11 is adjacent to a first plane of the winding 15, the second corner wrapping portion 12 is adjacent to a second plane of the winding 15, and the first plane is opposite to the second plane and parallel to each other, so that the first corner wrapping portion 11 and the second corner wrapping portion 12 are parallel to each other.
The first end and the second end of the bending part 13 are perpendicular to each other, and the bending part 13 is perpendicular to the first corner wrapping part 11, and the bending part 13 is perpendicular to the second corner wrapping part 12.
The bending part 13, the first corner wrapping part 11 and the second corner wrapping part 12 form an L-shaped accommodating cavity, two adjacent corners in the winding 15 of the transformer are wrapped by the L-shaped accommodating cavity, and the corner wrapping device 1 is made of insulating materials, so that the insulation distance between the winding 15 provided with the corner wrapping device 1 and the adjacent winding 15 is ensured to be larger, and a better insulation effect is achieved between the windings 15 of the adjacent transformers.
With continued reference to fig. 4, in accordance with yet another aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a transformer including: insulating spacers 16 and a plurality of windings 15, the wrap angle device 1 provided by the above embodiment;
an insulating gasket 16 is arranged between two adjacent windings 15 in the plurality of windings 15, and two corners connected by each of four sides in at least one winding 15 in the plurality of windings 15 are wrapped in the L-shaped accommodating cavity, wherein the four sides are perpendicular to the adjacent windings 15.
Specifically, the transformer includes a plurality of windings 15, the windings 15 are parallel to each other, an insulating spacer 16 having an insulating effect is provided between two adjacent windings 15, and the windings 15 have a rectangular parallelepiped structure. The corner means 1 may be provided on one winding 15, for example a second winding adjacent to the third winding of the first winding, respectively, and the corner means 1 may be provided on the second winding, whereby the insulation distance between the second winding and the first winding is increased considerably by the corner means 1 compared to the insulation distance before the corner means 1 is not provided. The insulation distance between the first winding and the second winding is about the length of one end of the bent portion 13.
It is of course also possible to provide the corner device 1 on a plurality of windings 15, so that the insulation distance between the windings 15, both provided with corner devices 1, is further increased. For example, the first winding and the second winding are adjacent, and the insulation distance between the first winding and the second winding is about twice the length of one end of the bent portion 13.
