本发明的一种液晶显示模组,液晶显示模组包括液晶显示面板,所述液晶显示面板包括彩色滤光片基板和与所述彩色滤光片基板相对设置的薄膜晶体管基板,所述薄膜晶体管基板上蚀刻有金属线路,所述金属线路由黑色金属/铝/钼或钼/铝/钼组成,所述液晶显示模组包括依次平行且层叠设置的背光单元、液晶显示单元以及视角调节单元,其中,所述背光单元设于底部,用于提供背光光源,所述液晶显示单元设于所述背光单元和所述视角调节单元之间,所述背光单元发出的光依次通过所述液晶显示单元和所述视角调节单元。本发明提供了一种种可切换视角并解决金属层反光导致的漏光问题的液晶显示模组。

一种液晶显示模组
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示的技术领域,特别是一种液晶显示模组。
背景技术
在现有的薄膜晶体管面板制造中,许多不同尺寸、不同机种的产品都广泛存在着外围区域漏光的问题。这一漏光问题是由于TFT液晶基板的外围线路存在着强烈的反光,将背光源的光线投影到背光模组上,从而导致背光模组与金属层反光区域相对应的部分的亮度显著提高,造成了上述的漏光现象。
同时,用户需要与他人共享便携式电子设备显示的图像,而有时用户出于对个人隐私的保护又不希望他人看到显示的图像,这就需要有一种能够实现宽、窄视角转换的显示器来同时满足这两种需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可切换视角并解决金属层反光导致的漏光问题的液晶显示模组。
本发明的一种液晶显示模组,液晶显示模组包括液晶显示面板,所述液晶显示面板包括彩色滤光片基板和与所述彩色滤光片基板相对设置的薄膜晶体管基板,所述彩色滤光片基板和所述薄膜晶体管基板之间填充有液晶,所述彩色滤光片基板和所述薄膜晶体管基板的周边区域通过设置封框胶密封,所述液晶显示面板还包括显示区和反光区,所述反光区为显示区域外围的周边电路,所述反光区表面设置防反光层,所述防反光层为黑色金属层,所述薄膜晶体管基板上蚀刻有金属线路,所述金属线路由黑色金属/铝/钼或钼/铝/钼组成,所述液晶显示模组包括依次平行且层叠设置的背光单元、液晶显示单元以及视角调节单元,其中,所述背光单元设于底部,用于提供背光光源,所述液晶显示单元设于所述背光单元和所述视角调节单元之间,所述背光单元发出的光依次通过所述液晶显示单元和所述视角调节单元。
所述液晶体为正性液晶材料,所述液晶体的初始采用竖直取向。所述驱动杆上还设置有安装套,所述安装套上卡设有固定盘。
所述基体的材质为树脂,所述导电层通过溅射的方式设置在所述基体上。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明可切换视角并解决金属层反光导致的漏光问题的液晶显示模组。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做详细说明。
如图1所示,为本发明所述的一种液晶显示模组结构示意图。本发明的一种液晶显示模组,液晶显示面板包括彩色滤光片基板和与所述彩色滤光片基板相对设置的薄膜晶体管基板。彩色滤光片基板和所述薄膜晶体管基板之间填充有液晶,彩色滤光片基板和所述薄膜晶体管基板的周边区域通过设置封框胶密封。液晶显示面板还包括显示区和反光区,反光区为显示区域外围的周边电路,反光区表面设置防反光层,防反光层为黑色金属层。薄膜晶体管基板上蚀刻有金属线路,金属线路由黑色金属/铝/钼或钼/铝/钼组成。液晶显示模组包括依次平行且层叠设置的背光单元、液晶显示单元以及视角调节单元,其中,所述背光单元设于底部,用于提供背光光源,液晶显示单元设于所述背光单元和所述视角调节单元之间,背光单元发出的光依次通过所述液晶显示单元和视角调节单元。
通过液晶体处于竖直的取向状态,从背光单元射入的光线可以不受影响的(即平行的)穿过视角调节单元,显示为窄视角的画面;而当在相邻电极之间施加电压时,位于期间的液晶体会发生水平偏转,而水平排布的液晶体会对光线产生相位延迟,使平行入射的光线改变原来的传播方向而处于多角度的散射状态,以此会产生宽视角的效果。
通过在显示区域外围的周边电路设置一防反光层,有效的解决了金属层反光所导致的液晶面板漏光的问题,提高了液晶面板制造的良品率,保证了产品的品质。

1.一种液晶显示模组,液晶显示模组包括液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述液晶显示面板包括彩色滤光片基板和与所述彩色滤光片基板相对设置的薄膜晶体管基板,所述彩色滤光片基板和所述薄膜晶体管基板之间填充有液晶,所述彩色滤光片基板和所述薄膜晶体管基板的周边区域通过设置封框胶密封,所述液晶显示面板还包括显示区和反光区,所述反光区为显示区域外围的周边电路,所述反光区表面设置防反光层,所述防反光层为黑色金属层,所述薄膜晶体管基板上蚀刻有金属线路,所述金属线路由黑色金属/铝/钼或钼/铝/钼组成,所述液晶显示模组包括依次平行且层叠设置的背光单元、液晶显示单元以及视角调节单元,其中,所述背光单元设于底部,用于提供背光光源,所述液晶显示单元设于所述背光单元和所述视角调节单元之间,所述背光单元发出的光依次通过所述液晶显示单元和所述视角调节单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于:所述液晶体为正性液晶材料,所述液晶体的初始采用竖直取向。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于:所述基体的材质为树脂,所述导电层通过溅射的方式设置在所述基体上。
