Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合柔性导光板及背光源,其中,包括导光层、增光扩散层、反射层以及光源,所述增光扩散层设置于导光层上部,所述反射层设置于导光层下部,所述光源设置于导光层的一端,其中,所述导光层靠近光源的一端还设置有用于接受光线的入光面,所述导光层与反射层之间还设置有反射面,所述导光层与增光扩散层之间还设置有与反射面相对应的出光面,用于将导光层内的光线均匀导出,所述入光面垂直连接反射面和出光面。本发明通过将背光源的导光板、反射膜及增光扩散膜复合制成,极大地减少了背光源的组装零部件,优化了光路径,提高了光利用率和背光源的出光效率,结构简单,易于弯曲,更进一步推进液晶显示装置向柔性、超薄、无边框方向发展。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合柔性导光板及背光源。
背景技术
液晶显示技术凭借其成熟的技术,低廉的成本及优良的性能,已经成为显示领域的主流显示技术,液晶显示屏是被动发光器件,本身并不发光,须由加在其后面的背光源照亮。背光源和液晶显示屏组合在一起构成液晶显示模组。
现有的背光源一般由反射膜、导光板、扩散膜、增光膜、复合膜及光源等若干零部件组成,其工作原理是利用导光板将光源发出的光由导光板的入光面导入至导光板内,当光照射导光板底面的网纹后,发生折射、反射,经由导光板的出光面均匀发出,照亮液晶显示屏。但是,该结构光路径长,光利用率低,使其光效率较低。并且导致背光源整体结构复杂,成本高,柔性差,影响其薄型化,柔性化及高效化发展。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种复合柔性导光板及背光源,通过将背光源的导光板、反射膜及增光扩散膜复合制成,极大地减少了背光源的组装零部件,优化了光路径,提高了光利用率和背光源的出光效率,结构简单,易于弯曲,更进一步推进液晶显示装置向柔性、超薄、无边框方向发展。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种复合柔性导光板,其中,包括导光层、增光扩散层、反射层以及光源,所述增光扩散层设置于导光层上部,所述反射层设置于导光层下部,所述光源设置于导光层的一端,其中,所述导光层靠近光源的一端还设置有用于接受光线的入光面,所述导光层与反射层之间还设置有反射面,所述导光层与增光扩散层之间还设置有与反射面相对应的出光面,用于将导光层内的光线均匀导出,所述入光面垂直连接反射面和出光面。
所述的复合柔性导光板,其中,所述导光层的内部或反射面的内部设置有对光线进行折射和反射的导光体。
所述的复合柔性导光板,其中,所述反射层为高反射率的涂层,通过印刷、涂覆或蒸镀固定于反射面上。
所述的复合柔性导光板,其中,所述增光扩散层为高扩散率的涂层,通过印刷、蚀刻、激光、涂覆或蒸镀固定于出光面上。
所述的复合柔性导光板,其中,所述导光层包括聚甲基丙烯酸导光层甲酯或聚碳酸酯导光层。
一种背光源,其中,包括任意一项所述的复合柔性导光板。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种复合柔性导光板及背光源,通过将背光源的导光板、反射膜及增光扩散膜复合制成,极大地减少了背光源的组装零部件,优化了光路径,提高了光利用率和背光源的出光效率,结构简单,易于弯曲,更进一步推进液晶显示装置向柔性、超薄、无边框方向发展。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种复合柔性导光板及背光源,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,一种复合柔性导光板,其中,包括导光层21、增光扩散层211、反射层212以及光源22,增光扩散层211设置于导光层21上部,反射层212设置于导光层21下部,光源22设置于导光层21的一端。传统的导光板结构过于复杂厚重,导致结构光路径长,光利用率低,因此,本发明通过将导光层21、增光扩散层211、反射层212薄化贴合设置,并复合制成,大大地减少了结构的组装部件,提高了光利用率和背光源的出光效率。其中,在导光层21靠近光源22的一端还设置有用于接受光线的入光面213,入光面213可以对大范围的光线接收并进行聚集,提高光利用率,导光层21与反射层212之间还设置有反射面214,反射面214的设置可以进一步提高导光板对光线的利用率,导光层21与增光扩散层211之间还设置有与反射面214相对应的出光面215,用于将导光层21内的光线均匀导出,提高光线的均匀性,入光面213垂直连接反射面214和出光面215。
实际应用中,导光层21的内部或反射面214的内部设置有对光线进行折射和反射的导光体(图中未示出)。导光体的设置再进一步的提高了导光板对光线的利用率。
进一步的,反射层212为高反射率的涂层,通过印刷、涂覆或蒸镀固定于反射面214上。可以实现反射层212的最薄化,优化光线路径。
再进一步的,增光扩散层211为高扩散率的涂层,通过印刷、蚀刻、激光、涂覆或蒸镀固定于出光面215上。可以实现增光扩散膜211的最薄化,优化光线路径。
实际应用中,导光层21导光层包括聚甲基丙烯酸导光层甲酯或聚碳酸酯导光层。聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯导光层或聚碳酸酯导光层满足了导光层21对高透过率和高折射率性能的要求。
一种背光源,其中,包括任意一项上述的复合柔性导光板。使用上述导光板的背光源,提高了光利用率和背光源的出光效率,结构简单,柔性好且产品超薄,安装方便。
参见图2,现有的背光源结构包括从上往下堆叠设置的上盖11、复合膜12、增光膜13、扩散膜14、导光板16、反射膜17和下盖18,第一光源15设置在导光板16端部,这种结构背光源,各组成结构厚重,光线路径较长,导致光利用率极低,导光效果较差,不利于薄型化,高效化发展。并且该结构复杂,生产成本高,体积较大,不方便运输和安装。而本发明提供的一种复合柔性导光板及背光源有效的解决了上述存在的技术问题。
本发明提供了一种复合柔性导光板及背光源,通过将背光源的导光板、反射膜及增光扩散膜复合制成,极大地减少了背光源的组装零部件,优化了光路径,提高了光利用率和背光源的出光效率,结构简单,易于弯曲,更进一步推进液晶显示装置向柔性、超薄、无边框方向发展。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域正常技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种复合柔性导光板,其特征在于,包括导光层、增光扩散层、反射层以及光源,所述增光扩散层设置于导光层上部,所述反射层设置于导光层下部,所述光源设置于导光层的一端,其中,所述导光层靠近光源的一端还设置有用于接受光线的入光面,所述导光层与反射层之间还设置有反射面,所述导光层与增光扩散层之间还设置有与反射面相对应的出光面,用于将导光层内的光线均匀导出,所述入光面垂直连接反射面和出光面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合柔性导光板,其特征在于,所述导光层的内部或反射面的内部设置有对光线进行折射和反射的导光体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合柔性导光板,其特征在于,所述反射层为高反射率的涂层,通过印刷、涂覆或蒸镀固定于反射面上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合柔性导光板,其特征在于,所述增光扩散层为高扩散率的涂层,通过印刷、蚀刻、激光、涂覆或蒸镀固定于出光面上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合柔性导光板,其特征在于,所述导光层包括聚甲基丙烯酸导光层甲酯或聚碳酸酯导光层。
6.一种背光源,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-5任意一项所述的复合柔性导光板。
