Abstract

本发明提出一种由磁热材料环形皮带矩阵组成的多级磁热泵装置,该磁热泵装置的每一级磁热泵都是由多条磁热材料环形皮带并联组成,整个磁热泵又由多个单级磁热泵串联在一起运行,磁热泵串联的目的是为了提高磁热泵的温差,环形皮带并联的目的是为了提高磁热泵的功率,该磁热泵功率密度可以大大提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种由网状磁热材料皮带矩阵组成的多级磁热泵装置。
背景技术
现在研发的磁热泵装置,一种是磁热材料往复式进出强磁场的热泵装置;一种是圆形片状磁热材料,一半在磁场中,一半在磁场外旋转的磁热泵装置;其缺点都是运行速度慢,功率密度低。
发明内容
本发明提出一种由网状磁热材料皮带矩阵组成的多级磁热泵装置,该磁热泵装置的每一级磁热泵都是由多条网状磁热材料皮带并联组成,整个热泵又由多个单级磁热泵串联在一起运行,磁热泵串联的目的是为了提高磁热泵的温差,网状磁热材料皮带并联的目的是为了提高磁热泵的功率,功率可以大大提高。
磁热泵是基于磁热材料的磁热效应的一种技术。磁热效应是磁热材料在磁场内进行励磁和退磁过程中由于内部磁熵变化而引起磁热材料吸放热的一种性质,即外加在磁热材料的磁场增大时,其温度升高,施加在磁热材料的磁场减小时,温度降低,它是磁热材料的固有性质。磁热泵就是通过磁热材料的磁热效应来实现泵热目的的,是一种具有环保、节能的新的热泵技术。
本发明的目的是公开一种用两个传送滚筒挂一条网状磁热材料环形皮带,环形皮带的后半部一分在强磁场中,环形皮带的前半部分没有磁场,在环形皮带循环时就可以将前半部分的热量带到后半部分,后半部分温度就要高于前半部分,环形皮带的后半部分和前半部分分别处在两个箱中,多级环形皮带循环装置连在一起就形成了多级磁热泵,该装置由多级磁热泵组成,每一级温度变化2度-4度,5级磁热泵就可以产生10度-20度的温差,环形皮带加长就可以快速运转,可以大大提高磁热泵的功率密度,为了实现大功率磁热泵,每一级磁热泵可以使用多条磁热材料环形皮带,这样由多条磁热材料环形皮带组成的单级磁热泵串联起来就组成了环形皮带矩阵,形成大功率磁热泵。
该环形皮带矩阵磁热泵具有结构简单,制造成本低,功率密度和功率大的优点。
技术路线
环形皮带磁热泵技术路线为:
(1)如图1所示2为皮带轮,如图1所示4是由一条网状磁热材料制作的环形皮带,由环形皮带传动单元和强磁铁组成单级磁热泵,环形皮带的后半部分在强磁场中,环形皮带的前半部分没有磁场,在环形皮带循环时皮带在后半部分温度高4度放热,环形皮带在前半部分低4度就可以吸热,这样就将前半部分的热量带到后半部分,后半部分温度就要高于前半部分,环形皮带的后半部分和前半部分分别处在两个箱中,环形皮带进入强磁场中温度会升高4度,环形皮带走出磁场时温度会降低4度,这样皮带循环时就可以将热量由前半部分带到后半部分,这就是一级磁热泵,多级环形皮带循环装置连接在一起就形成了多级磁热泵,根据磁场的磁场强度每一级温度变化2度-4度,5级串联的磁热泵就可以产生10度-20度的温差,皮带加长还可以快速运转,这样就可以大大提高磁热泵的功率密度,为了实现大功率热泵,每一级热泵还可以使用多条磁热材料环形皮带并联。
具体实施
如图1所示,该图是一个5级磁热泵串联的热泵结构图,图中6为高温热交换室,图中2为皮带轮,图中3为强磁铁,图中4为网状磁热材料环形皮带,图中10为低温热交换室,图中7、8、9为中间热交换室,图中11为驱动电机,按照图1结构图连接起来就构成了5级磁热泵,多个5级磁热泵并联起来就构成了大功率磁热泵。

按照图1生产的磁热泵,具有功率密度大,功率大的优点。

Claims (4)

1.本发明提出一种由网状磁热材料环形皮带矩阵组成的多级磁热泵装置,该磁热泵装置的每一级磁热泵都是由多条网状磁热材料环形皮带并联组成,整个热泵又由多个单级磁热泵串联在一起运行,磁热泵串联的目的是为了提高磁热泵的温差,网状磁热材料皮带并联的目的是为了提高磁热泵的功率,功率可以大大提高。
2.权利要求1中磁热材料环形皮带可以是各种磁热材料组成。
3.权利要求1中的单级磁热泵串联可以根据温差需要由任意级磁热泵串联。
4.权利要求1中组成单级磁热泵的环形皮带根据功率设计要求可以由任意多条环形皮带组成。
