Abstract

本发明涉及水流搬移装置,具体为水力扬水机,适用于将河道、河沟等内流动的水流扬向岸边。解决目前缺乏能将河道、河沟内的水流无动力扬上岸的水流搬移装置的问题。该水力扬水机包括机壳,机壳的侧面开有入水口;机壳内设有齿轮变速器,齿轮变速器的输入轴向两端延伸并在延伸出的轴端上设置有水冲叶轮,水冲叶轮位于机壳的入水口处从而被经入水口冲入机壳内的水流驱动旋转,齿轮变速器的输出轴连接泵,泵的出水口经管路引出机壳外。本发明所述的水力扬水机构思巧妙,结构合理,可靠实现水流搬移,丰富了水流搬移装置的产品种类。尤其适用于农田、荒山灌溉领域。

本发明涉及水流搬移装置,具体为水力扬水机,适用于将河道、河沟等内流动的水流扬向岸边。
背景技术
在一些偏远地段,如田间地头,由于缺乏供电设施,最常用的搬移水流装置,如水泵,无法使用;而田间地头的河道、河沟内时有湍急的水流,如雨后形成的急流,因此,需要一种能将河道、河沟内的水流扬上岸以供灌溉的装置。
发明内容
本发明解决目前缺乏能将河道、河沟内的水流扬上岸的水流搬移装置的问题,提供一种水力扬水机。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:水力扬水机,包括机壳,机壳的侧面开有入水口;机壳内设有齿轮变速器,齿轮变速器的输入轴向两端延伸并在延伸出的轴端上设置有水冲叶轮,水冲叶轮位于机壳的入水口处从而被经入水口冲入机壳内的水流驱动旋转,齿轮变速器的输出轴连接泵,泵的出水口经管路引出机壳外。使用时,将水力扬水机固定于河道、河沟的河底或河床上,使机壳上的入水口迎着水流,水冲叶轮在水流的驱动下旋转,从而带动齿轮变速器的输入轴旋转,经齿轮变速器增速后,齿轮变速器的输出轴驱动泵工作,将机壳内的水泵出,从而实现水力扬水机的扬水过程。
本发明所述的水力扬水机构思巧妙,结构合理,可靠实现水流搬移,丰富了水流搬移装置的产品种类。尤其适用于农田、荒山灌溉领域。

具体实施方式
水力扬水机,包括机壳1,机壳的侧面开有入水口2;机壳1内设有齿轮变速器3,齿轮变速器3的输入轴向两端延伸并在延伸出的轴端上设置有水冲叶轮4,水冲叶轮4位于机壳的入水口处从而被经入水口冲入机壳内的水流驱动旋转,齿轮变速器3的输出轴连接泵5,泵5的出水口经管路引出机壳外。在机壳顶部、入水口上方还设有闸门机构,所述闸门机构包括固定于机壳顶部、入水口上方的支撑架6,支撑架顶部固定有滑轮7,滑轮7上绕有绳索8,绳索一端连接有配重块9、另一端连接有闸板10,闸板10位于入水口上方且能穿过机壳顶部上、下运动而实现入水口的开闭(即机壳顶部开有可被闸板10穿过的孔),闸板10的一侧面上设有齿条,支撑架6上还支撑有与齿条啮合的齿轮11,齿轮11的轴上设有手柄。工作时,松开手柄的绑缚并转动手柄,通过齿轮齿条传动,带动闸板上、下运动,而实现对入水口的开闭。不需要扬水时可关闭入水口,反之,开启入水口。机壳的入水口2上固定有过滤网12,防止大颗粒杂技、树枝等进入机壳。在机壳内、入水口上下还设置有平置的水流阻挡板13,用于防止水流的“短路”,即水流只能经过水冲叶轮才能进入机壳,从而提高水冲叶轮的驱动力。水冲叶轮4的叶片的外缘逆转动方向弯曲、中后部向转动方向鼓出而形成斗腔(如图5所示),这样,水冲叶轮4的叶片除受水流冲击力外,进入叶片斗腔内的水在重力作用下对叶片形成重力惯性,进一步加大水冲叶轮4的被驱动能力。机壳1的底部边缘设有固定耳14,用于机壳与河道、河沟的底部或河床的固定。所述齿轮变速器3采用五级变速。所述的泵5包括壳体5-1,壳体5-1的底部呈喇叭口状,壳体5-1内有转轴5-2,转轴5-2底端通过锥齿轮传动副与齿轮变速器的输出轴连接,转轴5-2从下向上依次设置有叶轮5-3和导叶体,导叶体由套于转轴5-2上的轴套和固定于轴套上的导叶片5-4构成,导叶片5-4与转轴呈角度;导叶体的作用是消除被叶轮5-3驱动上升的水流的旋转,从而增加出水的能力。为更好地实现与河底或河床的固定,在河底或河床上构筑混凝土层,将水力扬水机固定于该混凝土层上,混凝土层上设有凹坑(如图4所示),机壳底面上设有镂空区域15,泵5支撑于机壳底面的镂空区域15上,固定水力扬水机时将机壳底面上的镂空区域15正对混凝土层上的凹坑,这样,可使泵的壳体的下部喇叭口处(水流是经下部喇叭口吸入泵内)沉淀的泥沙经镂空区域漏入凹坑,避免过多的泥沙吸入泵内。

Claims (8)

1.一种水力扬水机,其特征在于包括机壳(1),机壳的侧面开有入水口(2);机壳(1)内设有齿轮变速器(3),齿轮变速器(3)的输入轴向两端延伸并在延伸出的轴端上设置有水冲叶轮(4),水冲叶轮(4)位于机壳的入水口处从而被经入水口冲入机壳内的水流驱动旋转,齿轮变速器(3)的输出轴连接泵(5),泵(5)的出水口经管路引出机壳外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水力扬水机,其特征在于在机壳顶部、入水口上方还设有闸门机构,所述闸门机构包括固定于机壳顶部、入水口上方的支撑架(6),支撑架顶部固定有滑轮(7),滑轮(7)上绕有绳索(8),绳索一端连接有配重块(9)、另一端连接有闸板(10),闸板(10)位于入水口上方且能穿过机壳顶部上、下运动而实现入水口的开闭,闸板(10)的一侧面上设有齿条,支撑架(6)上还支撑有与齿条啮合的齿轮(11),齿轮(11)的轴上设有手柄。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的水力扬水机,其特征在于机壳的入水口(2)上固定有过滤网(12)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的水力扬水机,其特征在于在机壳内、入水口上下还设置有平置的水流阻挡板(13)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的水力扬水机,其特征在于水冲叶轮(4)的叶片的外缘逆转动方向弯曲、中后部向转动方向鼓出而形成斗腔。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的水力扬水机,其特征在于机壳(1)的底部边缘设有固定耳(14)。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的水力扬水机,其特征在于泵(5)包括壳体(5-1),壳体(5-1)的底部呈喇叭口状,壳体(5-1)内有转轴(5-2),转轴(5-2)底端通过锥齿轮传动副与齿轮变速器的输出轴连接,转轴(5-2)从下向上依次设置有叶轮(5-3)和导叶体,导叶体由套于转轴(5-2)上的轴套和固定于轴套上的导叶片(5-4)构成,导叶片(5-4)与转轴呈角度。
8.根据权利要求7所述的水力扬水机,其特征在于机壳底面上设有镂空区域(15),泵(5)支撑于机壳底面的镂空区域(15)上。
