Abstract
本发明公开的一种用于药品生产废弃液排放的装置,包括主体,所述主体内设有储水腔,所述主体上端面内环形阵列设有六个盖板腔,所述盖板腔内可翻转的设有盖板,所述盖板腔与所述储水腔上壁之间连通设有位于所述盖板下侧的管道插孔,所述管道插孔内圆周壁内设有夹紧装置,所述夹紧装置内设有位于所述管道插孔两侧的夹紧板,本发明可对六个废液排放水管进行排放,通过盖板进行密封,通过打开盖板即可对水管进行夹紧,操作更加便捷,同时根据水管排量的总流量可自动选择三种排出速率,通过将废液的势能转化成动能,然后利用此动能对储水腔产生吸力,从而加快排液的速度。

本发明涉及制药技术领域,具体为一种用于药品生产废弃液排放的装置。
背景技术
在药品生产过程中,会产生大量的废液,经过进行处理后进行排放,但是废液有多种,排放的管道也有多种,排放量也较大,而一般废液都是排放到地漏中,地漏只有一个,一般采用一个一个排放的方式,需要的时间较长,且较为麻烦。现有技术中,虽有效的解决了排放问题,但是固定水管较为麻烦,并且可使用水管量较少。本发明阐明的一种能解决上述问题的装置。
发明内容
技术问题:
传统药品生产废液排放采用一个一个排放的方式,浪费时间,且过程麻烦,现有技术中虽解决了上述问题,但是排水口量依然较少。
为解决上述问题,本例设计了一种用于药品生产废弃液排放的装置,本例的一种用于药品生产废弃液排放的装置,包括主体,所述主体内设有储水腔,所述主体上端面内环形阵列设有六个盖板腔,所述盖板腔内可翻转的设有盖板,所述盖板腔与所述储水腔上壁之间连通设有位于所述盖板下侧的管道插孔,所述管道插孔内圆周壁内设有夹紧装置,所述夹紧装置内设有位于所述管道插孔两侧的夹紧板,当翻转所述盖板至竖直状态并打开所述管道插孔时,所述夹紧板无变化,此时将需要排放的水管插入所述管道插孔内,然后继续翻转所述盖板至平躺于另一侧,此时可带动所述夹紧板相互靠近并夹紧水管,所述储水腔前后左右四侧环形阵列设有四个出水腔,左右两侧所述出水腔与所述储水腔之间内壁上端连通设有低出水口,前后两侧所述出水腔与所述储水腔之间内壁上端连通设有高出水口,所述高出水口下壁高度高于所述低出水口下壁,所述储水腔下壁中心连通设有开口向下的排水通道,排入所述储水腔内的液体通过所述排水通道排出到地漏内,当水管排入到所述储水腔内的流量大于所述排水通道排出的流量时,所述储水腔内会不断堆积,当水面高于所述低出水口下壁时,则通过左右两侧所述出水腔排出,当水面继续升高至高于所述高出水口下壁,则通过前后两侧所述出水腔排水,所述排水通道前后左右四侧环形阵列设有抽水装置,排入左右两侧所述出水腔内的废液可启动左右两侧所述抽水装置,向外进行抽水,排入前后两侧所述出水腔内的废液可启动前后两侧所述抽水装置。
可优选地,所述盖板靠近环形阵列圆心一端固定设有翻转块,所述翻转块转动中心固定设有转动连接于所述盖板腔两侧内壁的翻转轴,所述盖板远离环形阵列圆心一端固定设有把手。
其中,所述夹紧装置包括连通设于所述管道插孔圆周壁内的夹板滑腔,所述夹紧板对称且滑动设置于所述夹板滑腔内,所述夹板滑腔靠近环形阵列圆心一侧连通设有凸轮腔,所述凸轮腔两壁之间可转动的设有凸轮轴,所述凸轮轴与所述翻转轴平行,所述凸轮轴外圆面固定设有与相邻所述夹紧板相抵的凸轮。
可优选地,所述凸轮腔俯视状态下顺时针一侧设有直齿轮腔,所述凸轮轴一端延伸到所述直齿轮腔内固定设有从动直齿轮,所述翻转轴一端延伸到所述直齿轮腔内固定设有与所述从动直齿轮相啮合的主动直齿轮。

排放时,用手扶持把手23并反转盖板14至垂直状态,此时盖板14带动翻转块21翻转并带动翻转轴22转动,进而带动主动直齿轮30转动,通过齿轮啮合带动从动直齿轮29转动,通过凸轮轴26带动凸轮27转动,当盖板14翻转至竖直状态时,凸轮27转动九十度且始终保持小圆弧面与相邻夹紧板16相抵,夹紧板16保持不动,此时将排放废液的水管插入管道插孔15内并延伸到夹紧板16之间,继续翻转盖板14至平躺于另一侧,进而带动凸轮27继续转动九十度,此时凸轮27的凸出一端与相邻夹紧板16相抵,进而推动靠近环形阵列圆心一侧的夹紧板16移动至管道插孔15内,通过靠近圆心一侧的铰链杆33带动滑动板32向远离夹板滑腔24的方向移动,通过远离圆心一侧的铰链杆33带动远离圆心一侧夹紧板16移动至管道插孔15内,进而将水管两端进行夹紧,按相同步骤将剩余的水管进行夹紧,此时通过水管将废液排放到储水腔12内,当排入储水腔12内的总流量小于排水通道20排放的流量时,储水腔12内的废液直接通过排水通道20排放至地漏内,当排入储水腔12内的总流量大于排水通道20排放的流量时,储水腔12内的废液会不断积累,当液面上身至高于低出水口18下壁,废液通过低出水口18排入到左右两侧出水腔17内并通过左右两侧落水通道45下落,并排出到排水通道20内,通过水流冲击水轮叶48带动其转动,进而带动水轮轴47转动并带动主动带轮50转动,通过传动带52带动从动带轮51转动,通过传动轴44带动主动锥齿轮43转动,通过齿轮啮合带动从动锥齿轮42转动,通过抽水轴41带动左右两侧的抽水轮39转动,进而对排水通道20内产生吸力并增加排出的水压,将储水腔12内的废液吸入到排水通道20内,加大排出流量,部分废液通过抽液通道37吸入到抽水腔36内,并通过出液通道38排出到排水通道20内,当储水腔12内的废液水面仍继续上升至高于高出水口19下壁时,废液通过高出水口19进入到前后两侧出水腔17内,进而带动前后两侧的抽水轮39转动,进而增大吸力,再次加快排液速度。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明可对六个废液排放水管进行排放,通过盖板进行密封,通过打开盖板即可对水管进行夹紧,操作更加便捷,同时根据水管排量的总流量可自动选择三种排出速率,通过将废液的势能转化成动能,然后利用此动能对储水腔产生吸力,从而加快排液的速度。
通过以上方式,本领域的技术人员可以在本发明的范围内根据工作模式做出各种改变。
Claims (1)
1.一种用于药品生产废弃液排放的装置,包括主体,所述主体内设有储水腔,所述主体上端面内环形阵列设有六个盖板腔,所述盖板腔内可翻转的设有盖板,所述盖板腔与所述储水腔上壁之间连通设有位于所述盖板下侧的管道插孔,所述管道插孔内圆周壁内设有夹紧装置,所述夹紧装置内设有位于所述管道插孔两侧的夹紧板,当翻转所述盖板至竖直状态并打开所述管道插孔时,所述夹紧板无变化,此时将需要排放的水管插入所述管道插孔内,然后继续翻转所述盖板至平躺于另一侧,此时可带动所述夹紧板相互靠近并夹紧水管,所述储水腔前后左右四侧环形阵列设有四个出水腔,左右两侧所述出水腔与所述储水腔之间内壁上端连通设有低出水口,前后两侧所述出水腔与所述储水腔之间内壁上端连通设有高出水口,所述高出水口下壁高度高于所述低出水口下壁,所述储水腔下壁中心连通设有开口向下的排水通道,排入所述储水腔内的液体通过所述排水通道排出到地漏内,当水管排入到所述储水腔内的流量大于所述排水通道排出的流量时,所述储水腔内会不断堆积,当水面高于所述低出水口下壁时,则通过左右两侧所述出水腔排出,当水面继续升高至高于所述高出水口下壁,则通过前后两侧所述出水腔排水,所述排水通道前后左右四侧环形阵列设有抽水装置,排入左右两侧所述出水腔内的废液可启动左右两侧所述抽水装置,向外进行抽水,排入前后两侧所述出水腔内的废液可启动前后两侧所述抽水装置;所述盖板靠近环形阵列圆心一端固定设有翻转块,所述翻转块转动中心固定设有转动连接于所述盖板腔两侧内壁的翻转轴,所述盖板远离环形阵列圆心一端固定设有把手;所述夹紧装置包括连通设于所述管道插孔圆周壁内的夹板滑腔,所述夹紧板对称且滑动设置于所述夹板滑腔内,所述夹板滑腔靠近环形阵列圆心一侧连通设有凸轮腔,所述凸轮腔两壁之间可转动的设有凸轮轴,所述凸轮轴与所述翻转轴平行,所述凸轮轴外圆面固定设有与相邻所述夹紧板相抵的凸轮;所述凸轮腔俯视状态下顺时针一侧设有直齿轮腔,所述凸轮轴一端延伸到所述直齿轮腔内固定设有从动直齿轮,所述翻转轴一端延伸到所述直齿轮腔内固定设有与所述从动直齿轮相啮合的主动直齿轮;所述夹板滑腔两侧内壁对称设有铰链腔,所述铰链腔内可滑动的设有滑动板,所述滑动板靠近所述夹板滑腔一端铰链连接有两条铰链杆,所述铰链腔与所述夹板滑腔之间对称且连通设有滑块腔,所述铰链杆靠近所述夹板滑腔一端分别延伸到所述滑块腔内并铰链连接于两侧所述夹紧板;所述滑动板远离所述夹板滑腔一侧端面与所述铰链腔内壁之间固定连接有弹簧;所述抽水装置包括环形阵列设于所述排水通道前后左右四侧的抽水腔,所述抽水腔上壁与所述排水通道圆周壁上端连通设有抽液通道,所述抽水腔下壁靠近所述排水通道一端与所述排水通道圆周壁下端连通设有出液通道,所述抽水腔下壁可转动的设有抽水轮;所述抽水腔下壁且正对所述抽水轮下侧设有锥齿轮腔,所述抽水轮轴心固定设有抽水轴,所述抽水轴下端延伸到所述锥齿轮腔内固定设有从动锥齿轮,左右两侧所述锥齿轮腔前后壁之间以及前后两侧所述锥齿轮腔左右壁之间可转动的设有啮合于所述从动锥齿轮的主动锥齿轮,所述主动锥齿轮轴心固定设有传动轴;所述出水腔下侧连通设有落水通道,所述落水通道下端连通于所述排水通道内壁,所述落水通道垂直路径部分靠近环形整列圆心一侧连通设有水轮腔,左右两侧所述水轮腔前后壁之间以及前后两侧所述水轮腔左右壁之间可转动的设有水轮轴,所述水轮轴外圆面环形阵列且固定设有水轮叶;在俯视状态下,所述水轮腔顺时针一侧内壁设有带轮腔,所述水轮轴一端延伸到所述带轮腔内固定设有主动带轮,所述传动轴一端延伸到所述带轮腔内固定设有从动带轮,所述从动带轮与所述主动带轮之间绕设有传动带。
