The invention belongs to the field of petroleum equipment, and particularly relates to an anti-theft plug.
Background
In the process of petroleum development, because of construction requirements such as well flushing, pressure testing, pipeline flushing and the like, some screw holes for construction are reserved at an opening oil pipe, an oil collecting oil pipe, an oil conveying oil pipe and the like, when the construction is not carried out, the screw holes are sealed by using screw plugs so as to prevent liquid and gas from leaking, because the screw plugs are easily detached, the situation that the screw plugs are stolen occurs, normal production is seriously influenced, crude oil loss is caused, and large-area crude oil pollution is formed. The existing anti-theft plug can play a role in preventing theft to a certain extent, but cannot prevent theft, so that an oil casing pipe plug which is not easy to remove is needed on site.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the invention aims to provide an oil casing pipe plug, so as to achieve the purposes of simple structure, convenient use and meeting the requirement of on-site anti-theft pipe plug.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
an oil casing pipe plug comprises a plug shell and an anti-theft boss;
the plug shell is cylindrical, and the side wall of the plug shell is provided with an external thread;
the top end of the plug shell is provided with an upper sealing cover with steps; the upper step and the lower step of the upper sealing cover are both circular; a through hole is formed in the eccentric position of the upper sealing cover;
the anti-theft boss is arranged to be T-shaped and comprises a limiting plate and a support column, the limiting plate is arranged to be circular, the diameter of the limiting plate is smaller than that of the upper step end face, the support column is arranged at the center of the limiting plate, the cross section of the perforation and the cross section of the support column are both arranged to be circular, and the end portion of the support column penetrating through the perforation is rotatably connected with the plug shell through a vertical limiting part.
Further, when the plug shell is used, the thread is embedded into a casing coupling, and the other end of the casing coupling is in threaded connection with the casing.
Further, the vertical limiting part is provided as a nut, and the nut is in threaded connection with the strut.
Further, the main structure further comprises a baffle plate, and the baffle plate is fixed with the bottom end of the plug shell in a sealing mode.
Further, the outer side walls of the upper sealing cover and the limiting plate are both set to be smooth polished surfaces.
Further, the height between the upper step and the lower step is smaller than the height of the limiting plate.
A spanner for an oil casing pipe plug is provided with a stepped groove, and the shape and the size of the groove are matched with the combined shape and the size of an upper sealing cover and an anti-theft boss.
Further, the recess includes big round hole and the small circle hole of aperture size difference, big round hole and small circle hole decentraction.
Further, the top end of the wrench is further provided with a protrusion, and the protrusion is transversely provided with a second through hole.
Compared with the prior art, the oil casing pipe thread plug has the following advantages:
the anti-theft boss is not concentric with the upper sealing cover of the plug shell, the effect that the anti-theft boss cannot be disassembled by a non-wrench is achieved by skillfully utilizing an eccentric structure, and the anti-theft effect is achieved;
the through hole, the pillar, the upper sealing cover and the boss are all round, so that the preparation is simple and the use is convenient.

Referring to fig. 1-4, an oil casing pipe plug comprises a plug shell 1 and an anti-theft boss 2, wherein the plug shell 1 is cylindrical, and the side wall of the plug shell 1 is provided with external threads; the top end of the plug shell 1 is provided with an upper sealing cover with steps; the upper step 11 and the lower step 12 of the upper sealing cover are both circular; a through hole 13 is arranged at the eccentric position of the upper sealing cover; the anti-theft boss 2 is T-shaped and comprises a limiting plate 21 and a support column 22, the limiting plate 21 is circular, the diameter of the limiting plate 21 is smaller than that of the end face of the upper step 11, and the support column 22 is arranged at the center of the limiting plate 21; the cross sections of the through hole 13 and the strut 22 are both circular, and the end part of the strut 22 penetrating through the through hole 13 is rotatably connected with the plug shell 1 through a vertical limiting piece; the wrench 3 for the oil casing pipe plug is provided with a stepped groove 31, and the shape and the size of the groove 31 are matched with the combined shape and the size of the upper sealing cover and the anti-theft boss 2;
the vertical stop is provided as a nut 14, and the nut 14 is threadedly coupled to the pillar 22. The diameter of the nut 14 is larger than the diameter of the through hole 13, so that the limiting plate 21 can rotate relative to the plug shell 1 but can not be separated from the plug shell 1.
The main structure further comprises a baffle plate 15, and the baffle plate 15 is fixed with the bottom end of the plug shell 1 in a sealing mode. The baffle 15 acts as a seal.
The upper step 11 and the lower step 12 of the upper sealing cover are both circular, and the limiting plate 21 is also circular; the outer side walls of the upper sealing cover and the limiting plate 21 are both provided with smooth polished surfaces; the height between the upper step 11 and the lower step 12 is smaller than the height of the limit plate 21; the top end of the wrench 3 is further provided with a protrusion 32, and the protrusion 32 is transversely provided with a second through hole 33; the groove 31 comprises a large round hole and a small round hole with different aperture sizes, and the large round hole and the small round hole are not concentric. The through holes 13, the supporting columns 22, the upper sealing covers and the limiting plates 21 are all round, so that the preparation is simple and the use is convenient.
During preparation, the support column 22 penetrates through the through hole 13 and is fixed and limited by the nut 14; and then the baffle 15 is welded and fixed with the bottom end of the plug shell 1.
When the plug shell 1 is used, threads are embedded into a casing coupling 4, and the other end of the casing coupling 4 is in threaded connection with a casing 5; the anti-theft boss 2 is lower than the casing coupling 4, and the limiting plate 21 can rotate relative to the plug casing 1, so that a common tool cannot drive the plug casing 1 to rotate to separate from the casing coupling 4; the anti-theft boss 2 is not concentric with the upper sealing cover of the plug shell 1, and the eccentric structure is ingeniously utilized to achieve the purpose that the plug shell 1 is assembled and disassembled and the wrench 3 is matched for use, so that the oil sleeve plug is assembled and disassembled.
The groove 31 of the wrench 3 can be sleeved with the upper steps 11 of the limiting plate 21 and the upper sealing cover, the oil casing pipe plug is screwed up by clockwise rotation, when the oil casing pipe plug needs to be dismounted, the wrench 3 is sleeved into the upper steps 11 of the limiting plate 21 and the upper sealing cover, and the oil casing pipe plug is dismounted by anticlockwise rotation.
