Abstract
本发明一种组合式装配墙体涉及一种用于组装式房屋的装配墙体。其目的是为了提供一种结构简单、便于安装、成本低、舒适度高的组合式装配墙体。本发明一种组合式装配墙体包括结构相同的外墙板和内墙板,外墙板和内墙板相对设置,外墙板和内墙板之间的左右两侧各设置有一个堵头件,堵头件分别安装在外墙板和内墙板左右两端,左侧堵头件和右侧堵头件外侧各安装有一个连接件,左右两个连接件在结构上能够相互对接,外墙板、内墙板和两个堵头件共同围成一个腔体,腔体内中部设置有保温板,腔体内还灌装有发泡材料,所述外墙板外表面为共挤装饰面,内墙板内表面为内装饰面。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种墙体结构,特别是涉及一种用于组装式房屋的装配墙体。
背景技术
组装式木屋是当前十分流行的一种新型房屋安装模式,广泛应用在旅游度假村、临时展厅等场合。组装式木屋的安装过程一般都简单高效,采用集成化的房屋构件,节省了房屋搭建的时间。组装式木屋系统中,墙体的结构和设计决定了木屋整体的外观和人居住时的舒适程度,是木屋系统十分重要的一个组成部分。现有的组合式墙体在实际加工和应用过程中还存在一定的问题,如授权公告号为CN 203795652 U的中国发明专利中公开了一种组合式墙体,包括建筑墙体框架、龙骨架,立柱龙骨、梁龙骨、纵向龙骨和横向龙骨构成龙骨架,在龙骨架内形成有单元格,单元格内安装有面板单元和/或窗单元;在立柱龙骨上向单元格方向延伸有第一抵挡边,在梁龙骨上向单元格方向延伸有第二抵挡边,纵向龙骨分别向单元格方向延伸有第三抵挡边,横向龙骨分别向单元格方向延伸有第四抵挡边;面板单元或窗单元由抵挡边抵挡;在面板单元或窗单元内表面边缘与龙骨架之间设有密封胶条。这种墙体结构复杂,而且只是单独的一层墙体结构,墙体安装后还需要进行保温、隔音等其他工序的处理,安装过程复杂。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、便于安装、成本低、舒适度高的组合式装配墙体。
本发明一种组合式装配墙体,包括结构相同的外墙板和内墙板,外墙板和内墙板相对设置,外墙板和内墙板之间的左右两侧各设置有一个堵头件,堵头件分别安装在外墙板和内墙板左右两端,左侧堵头件和右侧堵头件外侧各安装有一个连接件,左右两个连接件在结构上能够相互对接,外墙板、内墙板和两个堵头件共同围成一个腔体,腔体内中部设置有保温板,腔体内还灌装有发泡材料,所述外墙板外表面为共挤装饰面,内墙板内表面为内装饰面。
本发明一种组合式装配墙体,其中所述外墙板和内墙板内侧各加工有若干个穿线管,外墙板和内墙板上的穿线管位置相对。
本发明一种组合式装配墙体,其中所述外墙板和内墙板左右两端各加工有一个安装槽,所述堵头件上加工有两个卡接接头,卡接接头安装在安装槽里。
本发明一种组合式装配墙体,其中所述连接件套装在堵头件外侧的外墙板和内墙板上,连接件与外墙板和内墙板之间通过螺栓连接。
本发明一种组合式装配墙体,其中所述外墙板和内墙板内部各加工有若干个均匀排列的通孔。
本发明一种组合式装配墙体,其中所述保温板材料为苯板、挤塑板、岩棉、玻璃丝绵、绝热板中的一种。
本发明一种组合式装配墙体,其中所述发泡材料为发泡水泥或发泡石膏。
本发明一种组合式装配墙体,其中所述连接件采用钢片制成。
本发明一种组合式装配墙体,其中所述内墙板内表面具有木纹、素色或壁纸的装饰效果。
本发明一种组合式装配墙体与现有技术不同之处在于本发明一种组合式装配墙体可以节省安装工时,其墙体在工厂成型时已经在外墙板外表面和内墙体内表面加工有装饰面,墙体内部的保温和隔音也已做好,现在安装时只需将多个墙体依次对接即可;其次本发明组合式装配墙体在生产过程中没有产生额外的工业垃圾,且腔体内喷灌的发泡材料可以利用工业固废,降低了整体的生产成本和环保成本;再次本发明组合式装配墙体的节能等级高,墙体内保温和隔音效果好,适宜居住。
下面结合附图对本发明的一种组合式装配墙体作进一步说明。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,本发明一种组合式装配墙体包括结构相同的外墙板3和内墙板6,外墙板3和内墙板6的长度为300mm,外墙板3和内墙板6相对设置。外墙板3和内墙板6左右两端各加工有一个安装槽7,外墙板3和内墙板6之间的左右两侧各设置有一个宽度为70mm的堵头件1,堵头件1上加工有两个卡接接头8,卡接接头8安装在外墙板3和内墙板6左右两端的安装槽7里。外墙板3、内墙板6和两个堵头件1共同围成一个腔体,腔体内中部设置有厚度为40mm的保温板9,保温板9材料为苯板、挤塑板、岩棉、玻璃丝绵、绝热板中的一种。腔体内还灌装有发泡材料10,发泡材料10为发泡水泥或发泡石膏,发泡材料10起到粘接和增加强度的作用。
左侧堵头件1和右侧堵头件1外侧各安装有一个宽度为72mm的连接件2,左右两个连接件2在结构上能够相互对接,便于多块墙体组合安装使用。连接件2套装在堵头件1外侧的外墙板3和内墙板6上,连接件2与外墙板3和内墙板6之间通过螺栓连接,连接件2的一端设置有连接端面,连接端面用于与房屋主梁连接。连接件2采用厚度为0.8mm的钢片制成。
外墙板3和内墙板6内侧各加工有若干个穿线管5,本实施例中选用2个,外墙板3和内墙板6上的穿线管5位置相对设置,外墙板3和内墙板6上穿线管5之间的距离为40mm。穿线管5在外墙板3和内墙板6加工时一体加工,穿线管5一方面可以用于房屋安装后穿线,使房屋的布线非常方便,简化安装工序;另一方面可以起到支撑保温板9的作用,便于对保温板9位置的固定,防止安装过程中及安装后保温板9错位从而影响保温效果。
外墙板3外表面为共挤装饰面。共挤面具有良好的耐候性,其外观具有良好的质感,同时具有仿木的效果,而且寿命可以长达50年。内墙板6内表面为内装饰面,内墙板6的内表面可以加工有木纹、素色或壁纸的装饰效果。外墙板3和内墙板6内部各加工有若干个均匀排列的通孔4,通孔4可以起到保温和隔音的效果。
本发明一种组合式装配墙体的组装过程包括以下步骤:
1)摆放外墙板3和内墙体的位置,安装一侧堵头件1;
2)从腔体没有安装堵头件1一侧向腔体内部安装保温板9,使保温板9从穿线管5中穿过并固定;
3)安装另一侧的堵头件1;
4)安装左右两侧的连接件2,并用螺栓将连接件2与外墙板3和内墙板6固定;
5)将若干个墙体并排设置,采用天车吊装喷浆设备从墙体顶部向墙体的腔体内部灌浆。
本发明一种组合式装配墙体具有诸多优点,首先可以节省安装工时,其墙体在工厂成型时已经在外墙板3外表面和内墙体内表面加工有装饰面,墙体内部的保温和隔音也已做好,现在安装时只需将多个墙体依次对接即可;其次本发明组合式装配墙体在生产过程中没有产生额外的工业垃圾,且腔体内喷灌的发泡材料10可以利用工业固废,降低了整体的生产成本和环保成本;再次本发明组合式装配墙体的节能等级高,墙体内保温和隔音效果好,适宜居住。

1.一种组合式装配墙体,其特征在于:包括结构相同的外墙板和内墙板,外墙板和内墙板相对设置,外墙板和内墙板之间的左右两侧各设置有一个堵头件,堵头件分别安装在外墙板和内墙板左右两端,左侧堵头件和右侧堵头件外侧各安装有一个连接件,左右两个连接件在结构上能够相互对接,外墙板、内墙板和两个堵头件共同围成一个腔体,腔体内中部设置有保温板,腔体内还灌装有发泡材料,所述外墙板外表面为共挤装饰面,内墙板内表面为内装饰面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式装配墙体,其特征在于:所述外墙板和内墙板内侧各加工有若干个穿线管,外墙板和内墙板上的穿线管位置相对。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式装配墙体,其特征在于:所述外墙板和内墙板左右两端各加工有一个安装槽,所述堵头件上加工有两个卡接接头,卡接接头安装在安装槽里。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式装配墙体,其特征在于:所述连接件套装在堵头件外侧的外墙板和内墙板上,连接件与外墙板和内墙板之间通过螺栓连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式装配墙体,其特征在于:所述外墙板和内墙板内部各加工有若干个均匀排列的通孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式装配墙体,其特征在于:所述保温板材料为苯板、挤塑板、岩棉、玻璃丝绵、绝热板中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式装配墙体,其特征在于:所述发泡材料为发泡水泥或发泡石膏。
