本发明提供了一种柱状果蔬切丝工具，属于厨房工具技术领域。它解决了现有柱状果蔬的切丝难以调节粗细的问题。本柱状果蔬切丝工具，包括壳体，壳体的底面上设有出料口，出料口的一长边沿上铰接有切刀，壳体与切刀之间设有调节件，切刀的刃口边沿固连有若干金属丝，壳体上滑动连接有张紧杆，若干金属丝均固连在张紧杆上，壳体上还设有能够拉紧张紧杆使得金属丝张紧的张紧件。本柱状果蔬切丝工具对柱状果蔬进行切丝，且能够调节粗细，操作方便快捷。

技术领域
本发明属于厨房工具技术领域，涉及一种柱状果蔬切丝工具。
背景技术
果蔬如胡萝卜等在烹饪过程中经常需要切成丝状，在切丝时通常用到先切片，然后再将片切成丝状，当然也能够通过刨子直接刨成丝状，但是通过刨子刨出的丝较短，且粗细难以调节，使用局限性较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题，提出了一种柱状果蔬切丝工具，本柱状果蔬切丝工具对柱状果蔬进行切丝，且能够调节粗细，操作方便快捷。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现：一种柱状果蔬切丝工具，包括筒状的壳体，所述壳体的一端呈开口状，其特征在于，所述壳体的底面上沿径向开设有长条状的出料口，所述出料口的一长边沿上铰接有长条状的切刀，该切刀的刃口边沿与出料口的另一长边沿之间具有出料间隙，所述壳体与切刀之间设有能够调节出料间隙宽度的调节件，所述切刀的刃口边沿沿长度方向固连有若干金属丝，所述壳体的外端面上滑动连接有张紧杆，若干所述金属丝的自由端均固连在张紧杆上，且金属丝均抵靠在出料口的另一长边沿上，所述壳体上还设有能够拉紧张紧杆使得金属丝张紧的张紧件。
使用时将柱状的果蔬一端插入壳体内并抵靠在底面上，相对壳体旋转果蔬，切刀能够在果蔬的端面上周向切削，在金属丝的配合下，果蔬丝能够从相邻金属丝之间滑出，操作方便快捷，其中通过调节件能够调节出料间隙宽度的大小，调节到位口通过张紧件使得金属丝张紧，因此能够切出不同粗细的果蔬丝，使用更加灵活。
在上述的柱状果蔬切丝工具中，所述出料口的长度大于或者等于壳体的半径。使得果蔬转动时切刀划过的范围能够覆盖到整个果蔬端面。
在上述的柱状果蔬切丝工具中，所述调节件包括两调节螺栓，所述切刀侧面的两端均固连有两弧形的支撑杆，所述壳体的外端面上具有两连接凸部，所述连接凸部的端面上均开设有弧形的导向槽，且导向槽延伸至壳体内底面上，两所述支撑杆分别滑动穿过两导向槽，所述连接凸部的侧面上还开设有螺孔，所述调节螺栓螺接在连接凸部的螺孔内，调节螺栓抵靠在支撑杆侧面上。支撑杆能够对切刀进行支撑，同时松开调节螺栓时能够调节切刀的倾斜角度，即调节出料间隙的宽度。
在上述的柱状果蔬切丝工具中，所述壳体的外端面上具有两连接凸沿，该两连接凸沿均与出料口的长度方向相垂直，两所述连接凸沿的相对侧面上均沿长度方向开设有滑槽，所述张紧杆的两端分别滑动连接在两滑槽内。使得张紧杆保持稳定，即金属丝能够稳定的张紧。
在上述的柱状果蔬切丝工具中，所述张紧件包括垂直固连在张紧杆上的螺柱，所述壳体的外端面上具有连接凸块，所述连接凸块上开设有通孔，上述螺柱滑动穿过连接凸块的通孔，且在伸出的端部螺接有张紧螺母。通过旋转张紧螺母使得金属丝张紧，操作方便快捷。
与现有技术相比，本柱状果蔬切丝工具具有以下优点：
1、由于使用时将柱状的果蔬一端插入壳体内并抵靠在底面上，相对壳体旋转果蔬，切刀能够在果蔬的端面上周向切削，在金属丝的配合下，果蔬丝能够从相邻金属丝之间滑出，操作方便快捷。
2、由于通过调节件能够调节出料间隙宽度的大小，调节到位口通过张紧件使得金属丝张紧，因此能够切出不同粗细的果蔬丝，使用更加灵活。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图，对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述，但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1、图2、图3所示，一种柱状果蔬切丝工具，包括筒状的壳体1，壳体1的一端呈开口状，壳体1的底面上沿径向开设有长条状的出料口11，出料口11的一长边沿上铰接有长条状的切刀2，该切刀2的刃口边沿与出料口11的另一长边沿之间具有出料间隙3，壳体1与切刀2之间设有能够调节出料间隙3宽度的调节件，切刀2的刃口边沿沿长度方向固连有若干金属丝4，壳体1的外端面上滑动连接有张紧杆5，若干金属丝4的自由端均固连在张紧杆5上，且金属丝4均抵靠在出料口11的另一长边沿上，壳体1上还设有能够拉紧张紧杆5使得金属丝4张紧的张紧件。
使用时将柱状的果蔬一端插入壳体1内并抵靠在底面上，相对壳体1旋转果蔬，切刀2能够在果蔬的端面上周向切削，在金属丝4的配合下，果蔬丝能够从相邻金属丝4之间滑出，操作方便快捷，其中通过调节件能够调节出料间隙3宽度的大小，调节到位后通过张紧件使得金属丝4张紧，因此能够切出不同粗细的果蔬丝，使用更加灵活。
出料口11的长度大于或者等于壳体1的半径，使得果蔬转动时切刀2划过的范围能够覆盖到整个果蔬端面。调节件包括两调节螺栓6，所述切刀2侧面的两端均固连有两弧形的支撑杆21，壳体1的外端面上具有两连接凸部12，连接凸部12的端面上均开设有弧形的导向槽121，且导向槽121延伸至壳体1内底面上，两支撑杆21分别滑动穿过两导向槽121，连接凸部12的侧面上还开设有螺孔，调节螺栓6螺接在连接凸部12的螺孔内，调节螺栓6抵靠在支撑杆21侧面上，支撑杆21能够对切刀2进行支撑，同时松开调节螺栓6时能够调节切刀2的倾斜角度，即调节出料间隙3的宽度。
壳体1的外端面上具有两连接凸沿13，该两连接凸沿13均与出料口11的长度方向相垂直，两连接凸沿13的相对侧面上均沿长度方向开设有滑槽131，张紧杆5的两端分别滑动连接在两滑槽131内，使得张紧杆5保持稳定，即金属丝4能够稳定的张紧。
张紧件包括垂直固连在张紧杆5上的螺柱51，壳体1的外端面上具有连接凸块14，连接凸块14上开设有通孔，螺柱51滑动穿过连接凸块14的通孔，且在伸出的端部螺接有张紧螺母7，通过旋转张紧螺母7使得金属丝4张紧，操作方便快捷。

1.一种柱状果蔬切丝工具，包括筒状的壳体(1)，所述壳体(1)的一端呈开口状，其特征在于，所述壳体(1)的底面上沿径向开设有长条状的出料口(11)，所述出料口(11)的一长边沿上铰接有长条状的切刀(2)，该切刀(2)的刃口边沿与出料口(11)的另一长边沿之间具有出料间隙(3)，所述壳体(1)与切刀(2)之间设有能够调节出料间隙(3)宽度的调节件，所述切刀(2)的刃口边沿沿长度方向固连有若干金属丝(4)，所述壳体(1)的外端面上滑动连接有张紧杆(5)，若干所述金属丝(4)的自由端均固连在张紧杆(5)上，且金属丝(4)均抵靠在出料口(11)的另一长边沿上，所述壳体(1)上还设有能够拉紧张紧杆(5)使得金属丝(4)张紧的张紧件；
所述出料口(11)的长度大于或者等于壳体(1)的半径；
所述调节件包括两调节螺栓(6)，所述切刀(2)侧面的两端均固连有两弧形的支撑杆(21)，所述壳体(1)的外端面上具有两连接凸部(12)，所述连接凸部(12)的端面上均开设有弧形的导向槽(121)，且导向槽(121)延伸至壳体(1)内底面上，两所述支撑杆(21)分别滑动穿过两导向槽(121)，所述连接凸部(12)的侧面上还开设有螺孔，所述调节螺栓(6)螺接在连接凸部(12)的螺孔内，调节螺栓(6)抵靠在支撑杆(21)侧面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柱状果蔬切丝工具，其特征在于，所述壳体(1)的外端面上具有两连接凸沿(13)，该两连接凸沿(13)均与出料口(11)的长度方向相垂直，两所述连接凸沿(13)的相对侧面上均沿长度方向开设有滑槽(131)，所述张紧杆(5)的两端分别滑动连接在两滑槽(131)内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的柱状果蔬切丝工具，其特征在于，所述张紧件包括垂直固连在张紧杆(5)上的螺柱(51)，所述壳体(1)的外端面上具有连接凸块(14)，所述连接凸块(14)上开设有通孔，上述螺柱(51)滑动穿过连接凸块(14)的通孔，且在伸出的端部螺接有张紧螺母(7)。
