Abstract
本发明涉及滤袋技术领域，尤其是一种便于安装的滤袋，包括滤袋主体，且滤袋主体内容置有滤袋骨架，滤袋主体由玻璃纤维层和聚四氟乙烯涂层组成，且聚四氟乙烯涂层涂覆在玻璃纤维层外表面，滤袋主体上端粘接有一圈密封圈，密封圈为中空结构，并形成环形空腔，环形空腔内容置有磁铁环，且磁铁环截面直径小于环形空腔直径，磁铁环与密封圈内壁之间填充有海绵层，在滤袋主体上端并沿其周向均匀等间距的缝接有四根松紧带，且松紧带位于密封圈下方，松紧带端部连接有固定销，密封圈内侧固定有四个与固定销位置相对应的固定片，固定片上开有销孔。本发明使得滤袋与骨架的组装过程变得方便快捷，且增强了两者连接处的密封效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及滤袋技术领域，尤其涉及一种便于安装的滤袋。
背景技术
滤袋是袋式除尘器运行过程中的关键部分，通常圆筒型滤袋垂直地悬挂在除尘器中。滤袋的面料和设计应尽量追求高效过滤、易于粉尘剥离及经久耐用效果。在脉冲和气箱式脉冲除尘器中，粉尘是附着在滤袋的外表面。
滤袋通常需要安装在滤袋骨架外侧并与其组合使用，但是现有的滤袋在与骨架组装时通常比较麻烦，且安装后两者连接处的密封效果差，这就给工作人员造成了极大的不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的滤袋安装麻烦的缺点，而提出的一种便于安装的滤袋。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
设计一种便于安装的滤袋，包括滤袋主体，所述滤袋主体上端开口，且所述滤袋主体内容置有滤袋骨架，所述滤袋主体由玻璃纤维层和聚四氟乙烯涂层组成，且所述聚四氟乙烯涂层涂覆在玻璃纤维层外表面，所述滤袋主体上端粘接有一圈密封圈，所述密封圈为中空结构，并形成环形空腔，所述环形空腔内容置有磁铁环，且所述磁铁环截面直径小于环形空腔直径，所述磁铁环与密封圈内壁之间填充有海绵层，在所述滤袋主体上端并沿其周向均匀等间距的缝接有四根松紧带，且所述松紧带位于密封圈下方，所述松紧带端部连接有固定销，所述密封圈内侧固定有四个与固定销位置相对应的固定片，所述固定片上开有销孔。
优选的，所述滤袋主体外侧上下两端均缝接有扎带，其中一根所述扎带上缝接有魔术公贴，另一所述扎带上缝接有魔术母贴。
优选的，在所述滤袋主体外侧并沿其周向均匀等间距的粘接有多根加强筋条，且所述加强筋条沿滤袋主体长度方向设置。
优选的，所述密封圈内侧两端均设有把手，且所述把手与密封圈为一体式结构。
优选的，所述密封圈具体为硅胶密封圈。
本发明提出的一种便于安装的滤袋，有益效果在于：通过将原有的滤袋连接密封圈改进为内含磁性环的结构，且在滤袋上加装便于安装的紧固结构，使得滤袋与滤袋骨架的组装过程变得方便快捷，且大大增强了两者连接处的密封效果，为工作人员省去了许多不必要的麻烦。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-4，一种便于安装的滤袋，包括滤袋主体4，滤袋主体4上端开口，且滤袋主体4内容置有滤袋骨架1，滤袋主体4由玻璃纤维层16和聚四氟乙烯涂层17组成，且聚四氟乙烯涂层17涂覆在玻璃纤维层16外表面，密封圈9内侧两端均设有把手11，且把手11与密封圈9为一体式结构，密封圈9具体为硅胶密封圈。玻璃纤维具有耐高温和高空隙率的特点，因此使得滤袋主体4对气体过滤阻力小，具有高速过滤和耐高温的优点；聚四氟乙烯涂层17使得滤袋主体4具有耐腐蚀的优点。
滤袋主体4外侧上下两端均缝接有扎带5，其中一根扎带5上缝接有魔术公贴2，另一扎带5上缝接有魔术母贴6，在滤袋主体4外侧并沿其周向均匀等间距的粘接有多根加强筋条7，且加强筋条7沿滤袋主体4长度方向设置，强筋条7使得滤袋主体4具有强的平直形，便于滤袋主体4伸展安装；当滤袋不使用时，将两扎带5上的魔术母贴6和魔术公贴2贴合固定，便于滤袋打包放置，节省占用空间。
滤袋主体4上端粘接有一圈密封圈9，密封圈9内侧两端均设有把手11，且把手11与密封圈9为一体式结构，密封圈9具体为硅胶密封圈，密封圈9为中空结构，并形成环形空腔14，环形空腔14内容置有磁铁环13，且磁铁环13截面直径小于环形空腔14直径，磁铁环13与密封圈9内壁之间填充有海绵层15，海绵层15在挤压作用下会发生形变，使得滤袋与滤袋骨架1连接处的密封性增强。
在滤袋主体4上端并沿其周向均匀等间距的缝接有四根松紧带8，且松紧带8位于密封圈9下方，松紧带8端部连接有固定销3，密封圈9内侧固定有四个与固定销3位置相对应的固定片12，固定片12上开有销孔10。
当需要将滤袋进行安装时，首先将滤袋骨架1置于滤袋主体4内，使得密封圈9置于滤袋骨架1连接片下端，这时密封圈9内的磁铁环13与连接片相互吸引，使得两者紧密连接，然后拉动松紧带8，使得固定销3绕进密封圈9内侧穿过固定销3，并卡接在固定片12底端，即可将滤袋紧密安装在滤袋骨架1外侧。

1.一种便于安装的滤袋，包括滤袋主体（4），所述滤袋主体（4）上端开口，且所述滤袋主体（4）内容置有滤袋骨架（1），其特征在于，所述滤袋主体（4）由玻璃纤维层（16）和聚四氟乙烯涂层（17）组成，且所述聚四氟乙烯涂层（17）涂覆在玻璃纤维层（16）外表面，所述滤袋主体（4）上端粘接有一圈密封圈（9），所述密封圈（9）为中空结构，并形成环形空腔（14），所述环形空腔（14）内容置有磁铁环（13），且所述磁铁环（13）截面直径小于环形空腔（14）直径，所述磁铁环（13）与密封圈（9）内壁之间填充有海绵层（15），在所述滤袋主体（4）上端并沿其周向均匀等间距的缝接有四根松紧带（8），且所述松紧带（8）位于密封圈（9）下方，所述松紧带（8）端部连接有固定销（3），所述密封圈（9）内侧固定有四个与固定销（3）位置相对应的固定片（12），所述固定片（12）上开有销孔（10）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的滤袋，其特征在于，所述滤袋主体（4）外侧上下两端均缝接有扎带（5），其中一根所述扎带（5）上缝接有魔术公贴（2），另一所述扎带（5）上缝接有魔术母贴（6）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的滤袋，其特征在于，在所述滤袋主体（4）外侧并沿其周向均匀等间距的粘接有多根加强筋条（7），且所述加强筋条（7）沿滤袋主体（4）长度方向设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的滤袋，其特征在于，所述密封圈（9）内侧两端均设有把手（11），且所述把手（11）与密封圈（9）为一体式结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的滤袋，其特征在于，所述密封圈（9）具体为硅胶密封圈。
