One end of the supporting frame (131) is connected with one end of the driving device (11), and the other end of the supporting frame (131) is connected with the caster wheel (14); one end of the elastic piece (132) is connected in the supporting frame (131), and the other end of the elastic piece (132) is connected to the other end face of the fixed plate (12);
one end of the driving device (11) is provided with a limiting frame (111), and one end of the supporting frame (131) is provided with a limiting plate (133);

a connecting hole is formed in the limiting frame (111), and a limiting groove is formed in the limiting plate (133);
