(2) washing the red dates with water to remove dust and sand on the surfaces of the red dates;
(3) crushing the red dates and taking out date pits;
(4) uniformly mixing 10 parts by weight of crushed and denucleated red dates, 65 parts by weight of purified water and 0.01 part by weight of apple polyphenol, softening for 60 minutes at the temperature of 40 ℃ and the vacuum degree of 30KPa, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixture;
(5) adding the mixture into a beater to be beaten for 3 minutes at the rotating speed of 1470 rpm and the aperture of a screen mesh of 1mm to obtain slurry;
(6) adding pectase in an amount of 0.4% by weight (0.4% by weight) into the slurry, and leaching at 45 deg.C and pH of 3 for 2 hr to obtain leaching solution;
(7) filtering the leaching solution with a plate-and-frame filter, wherein the pore diameter of the filter membrane is 0.8 μm, and the filtering pressure is 0.15 MPa;
(8) fine filtering the filtrate filtered by the plate-and-frame filter by using a ceramic membrane filter, wherein the molecular weight cut-off of the ceramic membrane filter is 100 KD;
(9) concentrating the filtrate by rotary evaporator under vacuum degree of-0.1 MPa and 45 deg.C to soluble solid content of 60Brix to obtain concentrated solution;
(10) sterilizing the concentrated solution at 125 deg.C for 15 s to obtain fructus Jujubae health concentrated juice.
Example 5
The preparation method of the red date health concentrated juice comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting red dates without diseases, insect pests, mildew, damage and rot;
(2) washing the red dates with water to remove dust and sand on the surfaces of the red dates;
(3) crushing the red dates and taking out date pits;
(4) uniformly mixing 10 parts by weight of crushed and pitted red dates, 65 parts by weight of purified water and 0.01 part by weight of theanine, softening at 40 ℃ and a vacuum degree of 30KPa for 60 minutes, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixture;
(5) adding the mixture into a beater to be beaten for 3 minutes at the rotating speed of 1470 rpm and the aperture of a screen mesh of 1mm to obtain slurry;
(6) adding pectase in an amount of 0.4% by weight (0.4% by weight) into the slurry, and leaching at 45 deg.C and pH of 3 for 2 hr to obtain leaching solution;
(7) filtering the leaching solution with a plate-and-frame filter, wherein the pore diameter of the filter membrane is 0.8 μm, and the filtering pressure is 0.15 MPa;
(8) fine filtering the filtrate filtered by the plate-and-frame filter by using a ceramic membrane filter, wherein the molecular weight cut-off of the ceramic membrane filter is 100 KD;
(9) concentrating the filtrate by rotary evaporator under vacuum degree of-0.1 MPa and 45 deg.C to soluble solid content of 60Brix to obtain concentrated solution;
(10) and (3) carrying out high-voltage pulse electric field treatment on the concentrated solution for 3 minutes, wherein the electric field strength is 20KV/cm, the pulse time is 200 muS, and the pulse frequency is 200Hz, so as to obtain the red date health concentrated juice.
Example 6
The preparation method of the red date health concentrated juice comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting red dates without diseases, insect pests, mildew, damage and rot;
(2) washing the red dates with water to remove dust and sand on the surfaces of the red dates;
(3) crushing the red dates and taking out date pits;
(4) uniformly mixing 10 parts by weight of crushed and pitted red dates, 65 parts by weight of purified water and 0.01 part by weight of resveratrol, softening at the temperature of 40 ℃ and the vacuum degree of 30KPa for 60 minutes, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixture;
(5) adding the mixture into a beater to be beaten for 3 minutes at the rotating speed of 1470 rpm and the aperture of a screen mesh of 1mm to obtain slurry;
(6) adding pectase in an amount of 0.4% by weight (0.4% by weight) into the slurry, and leaching at 45 deg.C and pH of 3 for 2 hr to obtain leaching solution;
(7) filtering the leaching solution with a plate-and-frame filter, wherein the pore diameter of the filter membrane is 0.8 μm, and the filtering pressure is 0.15 MPa;
(8) fine filtering the filtrate filtered by the plate-and-frame filter by using a ceramic membrane filter, wherein the molecular weight cut-off of the ceramic membrane filter is 100 KD;

(5) adding the mixture into a beater to be beaten for 3 minutes at the rotating speed of 1470 rpm and the aperture of a screen mesh of 1mm to obtain slurry;
(6) adding pectase in an amount of 0.4% by weight (0.4% by weight) into the slurry, and leaching at 45 deg.C and pH of 3 for 2 hr to obtain leaching solution;

The test result of the characteristics of the red date health concentrated juice is as follows: DPPH.clearance rate is 58.9%, light transmittance is 81.3%, and cyclic adenosine monophosphate content is 86.6. mu.g/mL.

Claims (5)

1. A preparation method of red date health concentrated juice is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) selecting red dates without diseases, insect pests, mildew, damage and rot;
(2) washing the red dates with water to remove dust and sand on the surfaces of the red dates;
(3) crushing the red dates and taking out date pits;
(4) uniformly mixing 5-15 parts by weight of crushed and denucleated red dates, 45-75 parts by weight of water and 0.005-0.05 part by weight of antioxidant, softening at 35-45 ℃ and under the vacuum degree of 10-50KPa for 40-90 minutes, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixture;
(5) adding the mixture into a beater to be beaten to obtain slurry;
(6) adding pectase 0.2-0.8% of the slurry weight into the slurry, leaching at pH of 2.5-3.5 and temperature of 35-45 deg.C for 1-4 hr to obtain leaching solution;
(7) filtering the leaching solution by using a plate-and-frame filter;
(8) fine filtering the filtrate filtered by the plate-and-frame filter by using a ceramic membrane filter;
(9) carrying out vacuum concentration on the filtrate after fine filtration by using a rotary evaporator, wherein the vacuum degree is minus 1 to minus 0.1MPa, the temperature is 35 to 45 ℃, and the vacuum concentration is carried out until the content of soluble solid matters is 50 to 70 Brix;
(10) sterilizing;
the antioxidant consists of 70-80wt% of apple polyphenol and 20-30wt% of catechin;
the sterilization is high-voltage pulse electric field sterilization.
2. The method for preparing the red date health concentrated juice according to claim 1, wherein the red date health concentrated juice comprises the following steps: the aperture of the filter membrane filtered by the plate-and-frame filter is 0.1-1 μm, and the pressure is controlled to be 0.1-0.4 MPa.
3. The method for preparing the red date health concentrated juice according to claim 1, wherein the red date health concentrated juice comprises the following steps: the molecular weight cut-off of the ceramic membrane filter is 10-100 KD.

(4) uniformly mixing 10 parts by weight of crushed and denucleated red dates, 65 parts by weight of purified water, 0.0075 parts by weight of apple polyphenol and 0.0025 parts by weight of theanine, softening for 60 minutes at the temperature of 40 ℃ and the vacuum degree of 30KPa, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixture;

(6) adding pectinase 0.4 wt% of the slurry into the slurry, and leaching at 45 deg.C and pH of 3 for 2 hr to obtain leaching solution;
(7) filtering the leaching solution with a plate-and-frame filter, wherein the pore diameter of the filter membrane is 0.8 μm, and the filtering pressure is 0.15 MPa;
(8) fine filtering the filtrate filtered by the plate-and-frame filter by using a ceramic membrane filter, wherein the molecular weight cut-off of the ceramic membrane filter is 100 KD;
(9) concentrating the filtrate by rotary evaporator under vacuum degree of-0.1 MPa and 45 deg.C to soluble solid content of 60Brix to obtain concentrated solution;
(10) and (3) carrying out high-voltage pulse electric field treatment on the concentrated solution for 3 minutes, wherein the electric field strength is 20KV/cm, the pulse time is 200 muS, and the pulse frequency is 200Hz, so as to obtain the red date health concentrated juice.
