Referring to fig. 1, the water-sewage separation device in this embodiment includes an outer tub 1, a water inlet pipe 2 and a water outlet pipe 3 respectively connected to the top of the outer tub 1 (respectively and individually controlled by control valves), a drain pipe 4 for discharging impurities is provided at the bottom of the outer tub 1, and the drain pipe 4 is individually controlled by the drain valves, and the periphery of the bottom of the case body is inclined toward the drain pipe 4 in the middle, so that the sewage is concentrated in the middle and is easily discharged.
The inside interior bucket 5 that is provided with of outer bucket 1, the appearance of interior bucket 5 is slightly less than outer bucket 1, the top is sealed, the funnel structure 6 that a diameter reduces gradually is installed to the bottom, the opening 7 of this funnel structure 6 is equipped with a plurality of trompils or slits on the blow off pipe 4 and the lateral wall, install rotatory shunt 8 after inlet tube 2 passes the top of interior bucket 5, rotatory shunt 8's upper end is connected with inlet tube 2's mouth of pipe, the lower extreme is sealed, a plurality of slits (or trompils) that are used for disturbing the rivers have been seted up on the lateral wall. Further, the openings or slits in the side wall of the rotary diverter are biased in the same direction to the left or right. Furthermore, the size of the openings or the slits on the side wall of the rotary diverter 8 is gradually reduced from top to bottom, so that uniform turbulence is generated in the effective area of the whole side wall, and the separation effect is better.
The first grid plate 9 is arranged around the opening 7 of the funnel structure 6, the granular floating filter material 11 is filled in the space above the first grid plate 9 in the outer barrel 1, the specific gravity of the floating filter material 11 is slightly lower than 1, and the whole outer barrel 1 is preferably transparent.
In normal operation, the drain pipe 4 is closed, water at the bottom of the fish tank enters the rotary diverter 8 through the water inlet pipe 2, the water flow loses impulse force and becomes gentle due to the diversion of a plurality of slits, the movement direction of the water flow is downward under the pressure action of the top of the inner barrel 5, most of particle dirt is deposited in a small range at the bottom middle part of the outer barrel 1 from the opening 7 of the funnel structure 6 under the action of self gravity, the water flow enters between the outer barrel 1 and the inner barrel 5 through the openings or slits on the side wall of the funnel structure 6 and/or the first grid plate 9, then the water flow slowly ascends along the gap between the outer barrel 1 and the inner barrel 5, in the process, the floating filter material 11 adsorbs and filters small particles remained in the water flow, and finally the water flow is sent into the fish tank through the water outlet pipe 3. The sewage deposited in the middle of the bottom of the outer barrel 1 can be discharged by opening the sewage discharge pipe 4, and the sewage can be discharged only by discharging little water because the sewage is concentrated in a small range, so that the purposes of easy sewage discharge, easy fish culture and low-carbon fish culture are achieved.
