本发明涉及一种赶黄草的种植方法。
背景技术
赶黄草,中药名。为虎耳草科扯根菜属植物赶黄草Penthorum chinense Pursh的全草,主要分布于东北、华北、华南和西南。具有利水除湿,祛瘀止痛之功效,用于黄疸,水肿,跌打损伤,肿痛。
根茎圆柱状,弯曲,具分枝,长约15cm,直径3-8cm;表面红褐色,密生不定根。茎圆柱形,直径1-6mm;表面红紫色,不分枝或基部分枝。叶片易碎;完整者呈披针形或狭披针形,长3-10cm,宽0.6-1.2cm;先端长渐尖或渐尖,基部楔形,边缘具细锯齿;表面绿褐色;无柄或近无柄;叶片膜质。有时枝端可见聚伞花序,花黄绿色,无花瓣。偶见果实,紫红色,直径约6mm,气微,味甜。
近年来,人们的应酬越来越多,饮酒已成为一种习俗,一种沟通感情的方式,可以给人们带来热情、兴奋、甚至灵感。但是饮酒时常给人带来胃肠不适、恶心呕吐、心神烦乱、头晕目眩等不适症状,甚至因过量饮酒而经常引发各种意外,给社会和人体健康带来各种隐患。长期过量饮酒,还会加重肝脏负担,严种损伤肝脏,造成脂肪肝、酒精肝、肝炎、肝硬化等疾病,而现代医学治疗酒精性肝病目前只有戒酒,对症治疗,并无特效药。
降低体内血中乙醇及其代谢产物的浓度是解酒药物的作用关键,减轻其对各器官的损伤。当前的解酒产品主要在以下两个方面发挥解酒作用。第一,解酒药物抑制酒精的胃肠吸收,加强乙醇在胃肠道首过效应,降低血中乙醇浓度;第二,解酒药物直接作用于肝代谢的酶系,加速乙醇及其代谢产物的消除速率,减轻其对细胞和组织的损害。长期以来,通过化学合成的方法研制解酒护肝药物并未取得大的突破。现有市售具有解酒的产品多以葛根、灵芝、维生素、水飞蓟、五味子、枸杞、枳椇子为主的保健产品多产自美国和日本,产品有胶囊、片剂、茶和功能饮料等剂型,主要功效为解酒保肝。
赶黄草为道地药材,分布于海拔1000米左右的乌蒙山麓原始森林。其生长、成活与否对土壤、日照、气温、降水等条件均有严格要求。赶黄草始载于明代《救荒本草》,具有清热解毒、退黄化湿,活血散瘀,利水消肿之功效,是苗族民间治疗肝病的经验方,苗族人世代习用,称她为“神仙草”。现代研究表明赶黄草内含多种有效成份均对肝损伤具保护作用,能恢复肝脏功能,减低饮酒及药物对肝脏的损害,抑制肝纤维化、肝硬化,并对甲肝、乙肝、慢性活动性肝炎具有显著的治疗作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种赶黄草的种植方法。
本发明一种赶黄草的种植方法,其特征在于包含以下步骤:
a.育苗:2月底至3月上旬育苗,选水田1.5米开厢,厢面平,薄层水;种子清水浸泡12小时后凉干水气,与草木灰拌合撒于厢面;播种后盖透明膜;
b.苗床管理:播种后10-15天出苗,苗高1-2厘米揭膜,揭膜后除草,施清粪水一次提苗;
c.移栽:当苗高达到20厘米时,选健壮苗移栽,密度3万株/亩;
d.施肥:底肥亩施有机肥1000公斤,亩施纯氮肥N18公斤;磷肥P2O56公斤;钾肥K2O;
e.田间管理:进行2-3次除草,中后期防治蚜虫、红蜘蛛等病虫害;
f.收获:于初花期选择晴天收割,宿根地留茬高10厘米;收割后晾干水气后运回阴干或烘干。
本发明一种赶黄草的种植方法的生育期在150天左右。植株高125厘米左右,较抗倒伏;茎秆粗壮,茎淡红色,分枝多,平均15.4个,分枝节位低;叶互生,无柄或近无柄,叶片细长、披针形,长约15厘米,宽2.6厘米,先端渐尖,基部楔形,边缘有细锯齿,两面无毛,叶脉不明显,叶色浓绿,叶片数较多,平均83.4片;花期8月25日前后,果期9月20日前后,开花集中;蒴果红紫色,种子多数,种子长卵形、极小,直径约200-240u米,千粒重10-11米克。地上部全草入药,药材总灰分7.3%、酸不溶性灰分0.68%,浸出物20.5%,槲皮素0.26%,优于古蔺赶黄草对照种。
本发明是将赶黄草中提取的提取物应用在预防醉酒、解酒及对化学性肝损伤具有辅助作用中。由于赶黄草提取物提取难度大、低溶解性、稳定性差等特点,极大地限制其在功能保健品中的应用,且将赶黄草提取物应用于解酒产品中还未见相关报道。因此以赶黄草提取物为基础,开发具有自主知识产权的系列解酒功能食品和保健品具有广阔的应用前景。
本发明一种赶黄草的种植方法的有益效果:操作简单产量高,没有地域限制可实现规模化生产。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1:一种赶黄草的种植方法,包含以下步骤:
