Abstract
本发明提供一种通信方法、网络侧设备和用户设备,该方法包括:网络侧设备接收无线资源控制RRC连接重建请求消息,RRC连接重建请求消息用于请求RRC连接重建;网络侧设备发送RRC连接重建指示消息,RRC连接重建指示消息中携带配置参数,配置参数包括:信令无线承载SRB2配置参数和数据无线承载DRB配置参数中至少一种参数,其中,网络侧设备只发送RRC连接重建指示消息,可以有效降低重建时延以及物理资源开销。
