Abstract

本发明提供一种鉴权方法和接入设备。该方法包括：接入设备根据接收到的鉴权请求确定能够协助合法的第一用户修改密码的第二用户，并建立第一终端和第二终端的音视频通话连接，接入设备根据所采集的合法的第一用户在第一终端上的用户行为数据生成用于修改密码的密保问题和密保问题的第一结果，提高了用户修改密码的安全性。
