Claims (5)

1.其为一种复杂水运输系统,能够克服汇水盆地的不足,不再从深井取水,且能够将水供应到水量至少为每秒580m3的半干旱地区。
2.其将提供估计容量最多为11,000,000吨的流通仓库,且将在八到十六天内到达任何需要运输的位置。
3.其将会消除大约70%的道路运输。
4.其将会推动半干旱地区、干燥地区的发展和亚马逊原始森林的重建,有望在中长期内恢复先前的云和雨量。
5.其将利于耕种,实现土地的同质化,甚至在不过度征收的情况下实现农业改革,并且利用由于水匮乏或缺水而导致产量偏低的土地。
