when the vehicle leaves the parking lot, counting the departure information of the vehicle plus 1 or minus 1; and according to the historical statistical record, the sum of the number of the entrance information and the exit information counted for the same vehicle is a double number when the vehicle is waiting to leave but not leave, and an early warning notice is sent to a vehicle owner and/or a parking lot management system.
Preferably, when the entrance information and the exit information of the vehicles are counted, the license plate information of the vehicles is taken as the counted individuals; when one license plate information enters the parking lot, counting the entrance information of the license plate information plus 1; and when the vehicle leaves the parking lot, counting the departure information of the vehicle plus 1 or minus 1.
Preferably, the system comprises a license plate information acquisition module, an early warning module and a control module, wherein the license plate information acquisition module is arranged at an outlet and an inlet of the parking lot, and the license plate information acquisition module and the early warning module are respectively and electrically connected with the control module;
