本发明公开了一种术中手术刀防护门,其包括门体和把手,所述门体上部中间设有观察窗,所述把手设于门体的中部;所述门体包括内门板、外门板和连接于所述内门板和外门板之间的龙骨骨架;所述内门板包括由外到内依次设置的内不锈钢板、内基层板、铅板和冷轧板,所述外门板包括由外到内依次设置的外不锈钢板和外基层板,所述冷轧板和外基层板之间由龙骨骨架连接;所述观察窗镶嵌设于内门板和外门板之间,所述观察窗周围由龙骨骨架固定。所述门体与墙体相连的一侧设有用以承受门体的重量的轴承组。本发明的有益效果为:其结构简单、成本低,重量轻、使用方便,射线屏蔽效果好。

一种术中手术刀防护门
技术领域
本发明涉及射线防护技术领域,尤其涉及一种结构简单、成本低、防辐射效果好、使用方便的术中手术刀防护门。
背景技术
现在社会,肿瘤疾病多发, 而对肿瘤疾病,大多需要进行手术治疗来抑制病情的恶化,而术中手术刀通常是高能量的X线加速机(能量10Mev),其对病人照射时需产生能量很高的X线,对刀室周边及楼下科室带来影响。因此,为避免其射线对周围人群带来伤害,术中手术刀防护门通常需要进行严格的防辐射设计。
通常的术中手术刀防护门为加速器防护门,因其加速器能量大,防护材料铅板厚,因此门的重量较大,大约为3-4t;且由于重量大,均采用电动系统传动来开关门,其结构复杂,成本较高,且有时由于安装位置限制,无法使用电动系统开关;另外,采用现有的防护门时,其手术刀室泄漏剂量远远超过国家规定剂量;且门体上无观察窗,在外无法对刀室的情况进行观察。
综上,现代手术需要一种防辐射效果好、结构简单、成本低、使用方便的手术刀防护门,以满足医学需求。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单、成本低的术中手术刀防护门,其防辐射效果好,且门体上开设有观察窗口,使用更加方便。
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,采用的具体技术方案是:
一种术中手术刀防护门,包括门体和把手,所述门体上部中间设有观察窗,所述把手设于门体的中部;所述门体包括内门板、外门板和连接于所述内门板和外门板之间的龙骨骨架;所述内门板包括由外到内依次设置的内不锈钢板、内基层板、铅板和冷轧板,所述外门板包括由外到内依次设置的外不锈钢板和外基层板,所述冷轧板和外基层板之间由龙骨骨架连接;所述观察窗镶嵌设于内门板和外门板之间,所述观察窗周围由龙骨骨架固定。
优选的方案,所述观察窗为铅玻璃观察窗;所述铅玻璃观察窗的厚度为6cm;所述观察窗的大小为:宽度为380mm,高度为280mm。
进一步优选的方案,所述内不锈钢板和外不锈钢板的厚度均为1.2mm;所述内基层板和外基层板的厚度均为3mm;所述铅板的厚度为1.5cm;所述冷轧板的厚度为2mm。
更进一步优选的方案,所述门体与墙体相连的一侧设有用以承受门体的重量的轴承组,其上部为深沟球轴承,下部为圆柱滚子轴承。
通过采用上述方案,本发明的一种术中手术刀防护门与现有技术相比,其技术效果在于:
(1)、采用本发明结构的术中手术刀防护门,其辐射的泄漏剂量符合国家规定值;
(2)、本发明门体重量大大减轻,且门体上下使用深沟球轴承和圆柱滚子轴承,使开关门时摩擦系数更小,开关门更方便;
(3)、门体上设有观察窗,观察窗采用高能量高清晰的防射线铅玻璃,操作医生观察刀室内情况更清晰,且既能满足屏蔽防护要求,同时使用更方便。

一种术中手术刀防护门,包括门体1和把手2,所述门体1上部的中间设有铅玻璃的观察窗3,所述把手2设于门体1的中部。所述门体1包括内门板4、外门板5和连接于所述内门板4和外门板5之间的龙骨骨架6。所述内门板4包括由外到内依次设置的内不锈钢板41、内基层板42、铅板43和冷轧板44,所述外门板5包括由外到内依次设置的外不锈钢板51和外基层板52,所述冷轧板44和外基层板52之间由龙骨骨架6连接。所述观察窗3镶嵌设于内门板4和外门板5之间,所述观察窗3周围由龙骨骨架6固定,所述观察窗3的厚度为6cm,其大小为:宽度为380mm,高度为280mm。
所述门体1的大小为:宽度为1m,高度为2m,其所包含的各板的厚度分别为:所述内不锈钢板41和外不锈钢板51的厚度均为1.2mm;所述内基层板42和外基层板52的厚度均为3mm;所述铅板43的厚度为1.5cm;所述冷轧板44的厚度为2mm。
本发明中,所述门体1与墙体相连的一侧设有用以承受门体的重量的轴承组,其上部为深沟球轴承7,下部为圆柱滚子轴承8。
本发明的术中手术刀防护门,与现有技术相比,门体由以往的3-4t减轻为现在的1.5t左右,且对射线的屏蔽效果好,其结构简单、成本低、使用更方便。

1.一种术中手术刀防护门,包括门体和把手,其特征在于,所述门体上部中间开设有观察窗,所述把手设于门体的中部;所述门体包括内门板、外门板和连接于所述内门板和外门板之间的龙骨骨架;所述内门板包括由外到内依次设置的内不锈钢板、内基层板、铅板和冷轧板,所述外门板包括由外到内依次设置的外不锈钢板和外基层板,所述冷轧板和外基层板之间由龙骨骨架连接;所述观察窗镶嵌设于内门板和外门板之间,所述观察窗周围由龙骨骨架固定。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种术中手术刀防护门,其特征在于:所述观察窗为铅玻璃观察窗。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种术中手术刀防护门,其特征在于:所述铅玻璃观察窗的厚度为6cm。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种术中手术刀防护门,其特征在于:所述观察窗的大小为:宽度为380mm,高度为280mm。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种术中手术刀防护门,其特征在于:所述内不锈钢板和外不锈钢板的厚度均为1.2mm。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种术中手术刀防护门,其特征在于:所述内基层板和外基层板的厚度均为3mm。
