Abstract
本发明公开了一种幕墙装饰条结构及其安装工艺,所述内螺杆嵌入式安装幕墙单元板外侧,所述外螺杆与内螺杆齿合连接,所述外螺杆上固定安装有装饰条,所述装饰条沿外螺杆水平方向左右活动,所述装饰条以外螺杆为轴线上下翻转。本申请采用内螺杆和外螺杆组合,可以实现装饰条的便捷安装拆卸,同时安装完的装饰条也可以在前后上下四个方位调节;安装太阳能板或者风能采集模块的装饰条还能获取太阳能或者风能,减少建筑能耗,而配合装饰条、幕墙单元板的角度调节,太阳能板或者风能采集模块可以调节角度范围更大,可以进一步提高获取太阳能或者风能的效率;通过驱动模块还可以实现室内自动调节调节角度,难度小,自动化程度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及幕墙装饰工程技术领域,具体涉及一种幕墙装饰条结构及其安装工艺。
背景技术
现有的幕墙装饰条多是以紧固件如钢牙、螺栓等,通过不同的加工工艺与幕墙龙骨或建筑结构主体相连接,一旦固定很难随需求水平或上下移动,即便可以调节,调节范围也只是在单向20mm左右,具有很大的局限性,只是方便安装;再者现有的装饰条的移动多是在幕墙的开启位随着龙骨的开启而移动具有被动性。本提案的目的意在打破装饰条移动距离与移动方向上的局限性,变被动为主动,并通过装饰条的角度方向调节开拓其他领域的发展如:增大空间、节能减排等方向。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种易于安装拆卸,方便调节角度、提高能效的幕墙装饰条结构及其安装工艺及其安装工艺。
为实现该技术目的,本发明的方案是:一种幕墙装饰条结构及其安装工艺,包括内螺杆、外螺杆,所述内螺杆嵌入式安装幕墙单元板外侧,所述外螺杆与内螺杆齿合连接,所述外螺杆上固定安装有装饰条,所述装饰条沿外螺杆水平方向左右活动,所述装饰条以外螺杆为轴线上下翻转。
作为优选,所述装饰条上还安装有太阳能板或者风能采集模块。
作为优选,所述内螺杆还驱动连接有驱动模块,所述驱动模块驱动内螺杆转动,内蜗杆带动外螺杆上下转动;所述驱动模块还驱动连接至幕墙单元板。
作为优选,所述外螺杆两侧还设置有固定轴,所述固定轴与幕墙单元板外侧轴向固定。
一种幕墙装饰条结构的安装工艺,具体安装其步骤如下:
第一步,将内螺杆嵌入式安装在幕墙单元板上,将外螺杆嵌入式安装在装饰条上,所述装饰条上安装有太阳能板或者风能采集模块;
第二步,将外螺杆从内螺杆一侧边沿水平方向齿合插入,移动到指定位置后,停止移动,使得装饰条安装在幕墙单元板上;
第三步,将外螺杆两侧的固定轴固定在幕墙单元板上,使得装饰条在水平位置被固定限位,装饰条可以外螺杆为轴线上下翻转;
第四步,装饰条安装完成后,再将驱动模块分别与幕墙单元板、内螺杆驱动连接;
使用时,通过驱动模块驱动幕墙单元板或者装饰条转动,可单一调节装饰条或幕墙单元板转动,也可配合同时调节二者转动,使得太阳能板或者风能采集模块的调节角度大于90度,实现扩大空间,进而提高采集太阳能或者风能的效率。
作为优选,使用中需要拆卸时,将固定轴与幕墙单元板的固定拆开,水平滑动装饰条,使得外螺杆与内螺杆齿合分开,即可完成拆卸。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图1-3所示,本发明所述的具体实施例为一种幕墙装饰条结构及其安装工艺,包括内螺杆1、外螺杆2,所述内螺杆1嵌入式安装幕墙单元板3外侧,所述外螺杆2与内螺杆1齿合连接,所述外螺杆2上固定安装有装饰条4,所述装饰条4沿外螺杆2水平方向左右活动,所述装饰条4以外螺杆2为轴线上下翻转。
为了提高装饰条的功能,所述装饰条上4还安装有太阳能板5或者风能采集模块板。通过加装太阳能板或者风能采集模块可以使得装饰条成为一个供能模块,能够实现合理利用太阳能或者风能对建筑供能,有效减少能耗。同时配合内螺杆、外螺杆可以有效调节太阳能板或者风能采集模块的角度,实现最佳的太阳能吸收角度或者风能获取角度。
为了更加方便的实现装饰条的自动转动,所述内螺杆1还驱动连接有驱动模块,所述驱动模块驱动内螺杆1转动,内蜗杆1带动外螺杆2上下转动;所述驱动模块还驱动连接至幕墙单元板3。原本设计的外螺杆和幕墙单元板是可以采用手动调节角度,为了实现自动化,减少人工,增加设置驱动模块。同时驱动模块还电连接有传感器模块,通过传感器模块获取太阳能板或者风能采集模块的电流变化情况,然后反馈给驱动模块自动调节角度,以获得最佳的太阳能吸收角度或者风能获取角度。
为了更好的固定外螺杆和装饰条,所述外螺杆2两侧还设置有固定轴6,所述固定轴6与幕墙单元板3外侧轴向固定。固定轴可以保证外螺杆固定稳定,固定后不会左右移动,同时能够稳定的上下翻转。
一种幕墙装饰条结构及其安装工艺,具体安装其步骤如下:
第一步,将内螺杆1嵌入式安装在幕墙单元板3上,将外螺杆2嵌入式安装在装饰条4上,所述装饰条4上安装有太阳能板5或者风能采集模块;
第二步,将外螺杆2从内螺杆1一侧边沿水平方向齿合插入,移动到指定位置后,停止移动,使得装饰条4安装在幕墙单元板3上;
第三步,将外螺杆2两侧的固定轴6固定在幕墙单元板3上,使得装饰条4在水平位置被固定限位,装饰条4可以外螺杆2为轴线上下翻转;
第四步,装饰条4安装完成后,再将驱动模块分别与幕墙单元板3、内螺杆1驱动连接;
使用时,通过驱动模块驱动幕墙单元板或者装饰条转动,可单一调节装饰条或幕墙单元板转动,也可配合同时调节二者转动,使得太阳能板或者风能采集模块的调节角度大于90度,实现扩大空间,进而提高采集太阳能或者风能的效率。

1.一种幕墙装饰条结构,其特征在于:包括内螺杆、外螺杆,所述内螺杆嵌入式安装幕墙单元板外侧,所述外螺杆与内螺杆齿合连接,所述外螺杆上固定安装有装饰条,所述装饰条沿外螺杆水平方向左右活动,所述装饰条以外螺杆为轴线上下翻转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的幕墙装饰条结构,其特征在于:所述装饰条上还安装有太阳能板或者风能采集模块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的幕墙装饰条结构,其特征在于:所述内螺杆还驱动连接有驱动模块,所述驱动模块驱动内螺杆转动,内蜗杆带动外螺杆上下转动;所述驱动模块还驱动连接至幕墙单元板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的幕墙装饰条结构,其特征在于:所述外螺杆两侧还设置有固定轴,所述固定轴与幕墙单元板外侧轴向固定。
5.一种幕墙装饰条结构的安装工艺,其特征在于:具体安装其步骤如下:
第一步,将内螺杆嵌入式安装在幕墙单元板上,将外螺杆嵌入式安装在装饰条上,所述装饰条上安装有太阳能板或者风能采集模块;
第二步,将外螺杆从内螺杆一侧边沿水平方向齿合插入,移动到指定位置后,停止移动,使得装饰条安装在幕墙单元板上;
第三步,将外螺杆两侧的固定轴固定在幕墙单元板上,使得装饰条在水平位置被固定限位,装饰条可以外螺杆为轴线上下翻转;
第四步,装饰条安装完成后,再将驱动模块分别与幕墙单元板、内螺杆驱动连接;
使用时,通过驱动模块驱动幕墙单元板或者装饰条转动,可单一调节装饰条或幕墙单元板转动,也可配合同时调节二者转动,使得太阳能板或者风能采集模块的调节角度大于90度,实现扩大空间,进而提高采集太阳能或者风能的效率。
6.根据权利要求1所述的幕墙装饰条结构的安装工艺,其特征在于:使用中需要拆卸时,将固定轴与幕墙单元板的固定拆开,水平滑动装饰条,使得外螺杆与内螺杆齿合分开,即可完成拆卸。
