本发明涉及一种墙纸,具体涉及一种防霉驱虫墙纸。一种防霉驱虫墙纸,该墙纸为两层,墙纸本体为底层,在墙纸本体上涂覆一层防霉驱虫层。本发明制得的墙纸具有防霉驱虫的作用,将OPBA制成纤维材料,克服了OPBA不易分散的问题。

本发明涉及一种墙纸,具体涉及一种防霉驱虫墙纸。
背景技术
墙纸广泛用于一些墙面或壁面的装饰,因其价格低,装饰强而受到广大消费者的喜爱。但是目前市面上的墙纸都只是起一种装饰作用,没有附加功能,而且墙纸易吸湿,造成墙纸的变色,发霉,细菌滋生,不利于人们的身体健康。另外,一到夏季,室内蚊虫较多。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种防霉驱虫墙纸。
一种防霉驱虫墙纸,该墙纸为两层,墙纸本体为底层,在墙纸本体上涂覆一层防霉驱虫层。
优选的,墙纸本体由木浆纤维抄纸制成。
其中,防霉驱虫层由防霉驱虫液的有效成分负载在纤维材料上制得。
优选的:将OBPA粉碎,加水制得OBPA悬浮液,将中空多孔纤维材料放入到OBPA悬浮液中,超声条件下浸泡40~50min,取出,晾干制得OBPA纤维材料;再取中空多孔纤维材料放入到DEET溶液中,在超声条件下浸泡20~30min,取出,晾干制得DEET纤维材料;将OBPA纤维材料与DEET纤维材料按重量比1:2混纺制得防霉驱虫层。
优选的,中空多孔纤维材料为涤纶纤维。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制得的墙纸具有防霉驱虫的作用,将OBPA制成纤维材料,克服了OBPA不易分散的问题。

优选的:将OBPA粉碎,加水制得OBPA悬浮液,将中空多孔纤维材料放入到OBPA悬浮液中,超声条件下浸泡40~50min,取出,晾干制得OBPA纤维材料;再取中空多孔纤维材料放入到DEET溶液中,在超声条件下浸泡20~30min,取出,晾干制得DEET纤维材料;将OBPA纤维材料与DEET纤维材料按重量比1:2混纺制得防霉驱虫层。
采用中空纳米纤维制得OBPA纤维材料,克服了OBPA用量少不易分散的问题。
优选的,中空多孔纤维材料为涤纶纤维。
采用两种纤维混纺制得防霉驱虫层,可以避免两种有效成分的互相干扰。
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步的描述,并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
实施例
将10gOBPA粉碎,加50g水制得OBPA悬浮液,将中空多孔纤维材料放入到OBPA悬浮液中,超声条件下浸泡40~50min,取出,晾干制得OBPA纤维材料;再取中空多孔纤维材料放入到DEET溶液中,在超声条件下浸泡20~30min,取出,晾干制得DEET纤维材料;将OBPA纤维材料与DEET纤维材料按重量比1:2混纺制得防霉驱虫层。将防霉驱虫层涂覆在墙纸本体上制得防霉驱虫墙纸。

1.一种防霉驱虫墙纸,其特征在于,该墙纸为两层,墙纸本体为底层,在墙纸本体上涂覆一层防霉驱虫层;
其中,墙纸本体由木浆纤维抄纸制成;
防霉驱虫层由防霉驱虫液的有效成分负载在纤维材料上制得,制备方法为:将OBPA粉碎,加水制得OBPA悬浮液,将中空多孔纤维材料放入到OBPA悬浮液中,超声条件下浸泡40~50min,取出,晾干制得OBPA纤维材料;再取中空多孔纤维材料放入到DEET溶液中,在超声条件下浸泡20~30min,取出,晾干制得DEET纤维材料;将OBPA纤维材料与DEET纤维材料按重量比1:2混纺制得防霉驱虫层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霉驱虫墙纸,其特征在于中空多孔纤维材料为涤纶纤维。
