本发明属于镜面检测领域,特别涉及一种抗变形泡沫大板。
背景技术
泡沫大板是由泡沫制成,其后期大多是用于建筑中或者是制成泡沫盒或者是保温盒,现有的泡沫大板大多都只是由单一的泡沫制成,我们现在见到的泡沫盒大多都是裸露的,其没有任何的防护措施,其无论是在运输还是在搬运的过程中,经常会出现被压变形或者是碎裂,这样就会导致产品出现不良品率较高,因而现有的泡沫大板不能够满足客户的需求,因而其还有待于改进。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服以上不足,本发明的目的是提供一种抗变形泡沫大板,其结构简单,设计合理,通过增加支撑件,大大的提高其抗变形性能。
技术方案:为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种抗变形泡沫大板,包括:泡沫大板本体、保护层和支撑件,所述保护层设于泡沫大板本体的内表面和外表面,所述支撑件设于泡沫大板本体的内部。

本发明中所述泡沫大板本体的内部设有夹层,所述夹层中设有隔热填充物,夹层的设置能够有效的防止泡沫大板在使用的过程中被粉碎,进一步提高其抗变形性能。
本发明中所述泡沫大板本体采用曾韧阻燃型泡沫按重量组分计包括以下成分:
酚醛树脂90-105份,磷酸和对甲苯磺酸混合酸8-10份,聚氨酯10-15份,对聚氯乙烯4-6份,聚乙烯醇7-9份,乙二醇11-13份,滑石粉2.5-3.5份,邻苯二甲酸酐4-7份,硅烷6-9份,苯磺酰氯份8-10份。

9.根据权利要求3所述的抗变形泡沫大板,其特征在于:所述泡沫大板本体(1)采用曾韧阻燃型泡沫按重量组分计包括以下成分:
酚醛树脂90-105份,磷酸和对甲苯磺酸混合酸8-10份,聚氨酯10-15份,对聚氯乙烯4-6份,聚乙烯醇7-9份,乙二醇11-13份,滑石粉2.5-3.5份,邻苯二甲酸酐4-7份,硅烷6-9份,苯磺酰氯份8-10份。
