The ram 4 includes a mounting plate 41 for mounting on the slide plate 34, and a press bar 42 provided on the mounting plate 41. The mounting plate 41 may be detachably coupled to the slide plate 34, and particularly may be coupled to the slide plate 34 by screws, to facilitate replacement of different indenters 4 according to the size of the housing 61.
The press bar 42 projects downward (toward the jig 5 side) from the mounting plate 41 and is substantially perpendicular to the mounting plate 41. The pressing bar 42 is used to contact the member 62 of the mobile terminal 6, and when the pressing head 4 moves downward, the member 62 is pressed by the pressing bar 42, thereby detaching the member 62 from the housing 61. Because the cross-sectional area of the part 62 is smaller than that of the shell 61, when the part 62 is pressed, the cross-sectional area of the press rod 42 is smaller, and the press rod 42 is convenient to machine and manufacture. The cross-sectional area of the press bar 42 may be smaller than the cross-sectional area of the member 62 (or the area of the mounting hole of the housing 61) to reduce the likelihood that the press bar 42 will contact the housing 61 and cause damage to the housing 61. In one example, the press rod 42 extends into the mounting hole of the housing 61 with a clearance of more than 0.2mm from the housing 61.
The pressing head 4 may include a positioning column 43 provided on the lower side of the mounting plate 41 in addition to the mounting plate 41 and the pressing rod 42. The positioning posts 43 project downward from the mounting plate 41 and are substantially perpendicular to the mounting plate 41. The positioning posts 43 are fitted with positioning holes 55 (shown in fig. 5) provided on the jig 5 for positioning the press bar 42. Before the press bar 42 contacts the mobile terminal 6, the positioning column 43 extends into the positioning hole 55. When the positioning column 43 can extend into the positioning hole 55, it indicates that the alignment of the pressing head 4 and the fixture 5 is accurate, and if the positioning column 43 cannot extend into the positioning hole 55, it indicates that the pressing head 4 and the fixture are not accurately aligned, and the pressing head 4 and the fixture 5 need to be aligned again. Thus, the possibility of crushing the member 62 or the housing 61 can be further reduced. Two locating posts 43 may be provided, located diagonally on the mounting plate 41.
The positioning post 43 also defines the lowest position of the pressure head 4. In one example, when the positioning post 43 contacts the bottom wall of the positioning hole 55 of the jig 5, the ram 4 moves to the lowermost position. Wherein the lowest position means that the ram 4 cannot move further towards the gripper 5. With the arrangement, when the pressing rod 42 moves to the lowest position, the accommodating space of the component 62 is reserved between the pressing rod 42 and the clamp 5, and the possibility that the component 62 is damaged due to the pressing rod 42 pressing the component 62 can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 5, the jig 5 includes a bottom wall 52 and a side wall 53 disposed around the bottom wall 52, and a fixing groove 51 for fixing and positioning the housing 61 is formed by the bottom wall 52 and the side wall 53. When the removal jig 100 is used, the housing 61 is placed in the fixing groove 51, and the pressing head 4 presses the member 62 from above the housing 61 to remove the member 62 from the housing 61. When the case 61 is placed in the fixing groove 51, the sidewall of the case 61 contacts the sidewall 53 of the fixing groove 51 to achieve the positioning of the case 61.
A cutout 54 may be provided in the sidewall 53 of the securing groove 51. In one example, cutouts 54 are provided in opposing side walls 53 of the ram 4 to facilitate access to the housing 61. The positioning hole 55 may also be provided on the bottom wall 52 at a position close to the side wall 53.
In addition, the jig 5 may further include a supporting block 56 provided on the bottom wall 52 of the fixing groove 51. When the removal jig 100 is used, the supporting block 56 is supported below the housing 61 and surrounds the mounting hole of the housing 61 to reduce the possibility that the housing 61 is pulled and deformed after the component 62 is removed. The support block 56 may be provided in an uninterrupted loop shape or in an interrupted loop shape.
The clamp 5 is detachably connected with the base 1. When the mobile terminal 6 having a different size is disassembled, the disassembly can be performed using a different jig 5 and indenter 4.
Of course, the above is only an exemplary illustration, and in other embodiments of the present application, the pressing rod may contact the housing to press the housing, thereby completing the separation of the component from the housing; or, the pressure head is not provided with a positioning column and the like.
A concrete method for detaching the part 62 by detaching the jig 5 comprises putting the case 61 into an oven to be heated for a predetermined time; placing the housing 61 into the jig 5; pressing the handle 32 downward, the pressing rod 42 presses the member 62, and the member 62 and the housing 61 are separated; the handle 32 is lifted upwardly to remove the housing 61 and the member 62. a ram mounted on the moving assembly for removing the component from the housing;
the clamp comprises a fixing groove for fixing and positioning the shell and a supporting block arranged on the bottom wall of the fixing groove, wherein the supporting block is used for supporting below the shell and surrounding the mounting hole of the shell so as to reduce the possibility that the shell is pulled and deformed after the component is disassembled;
the pressure head comprises a mounting plate mounted on the moving assembly and a pressure rod arranged on the mounting plate, wherein the pressure rod protrudes downwards from the mounting plate and is used for contacting with the component;
