Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention provides a card activation method.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of a card activation method according to the present invention, in this embodiment, the card activation method includes:
step S10, when a card activation instruction triggered by a user at a financial platform client is received, sending a request for acquiring the identity information of the current login user of the financial platform client to a background system of a financial platform to which a card to be activated belongs;
in order to enable the system to operate normally, the system is realized on the basis that a user information base is established in a background system of a financial platform, and the user information base is used for recording the identity information of a user who completes identity verification and card information under the name of the user.
The method comprises the steps that a user can select a card to be activated in an operation menu of a financial platform client, the client generates a corresponding card activation instruction when detecting that the user selects the card to be activated, and a request for acquiring identity information of a current login user of the financial platform client is sent to a background system of a financial platform to which the card to be activated belongs according to the card activation instruction. And when receiving the request, the background system searches the corresponding user identity information according to the user login information in the request and then sends the searched user identity information to the client.
Step S20, receiving the current user identity information fed back by the background system, and displaying a card check code input interface;
step S30, sending the user identity information and the check code input by the user on the check code input interface to the back-stage system, so that the back-stage system activates the card according to the received check code and the user identity information.
And when receiving the identity information fed back by the background system, the client displays a card check code input interface according to the activation instruction.
In this embodiment, a card is used as a credit card for explanation, a credit card check code is a 3-digit number on the back of the credit card, when it is detected that a user inputs a 3-digit number, or when a sending instruction triggered after the user inputs a 3-digit check code is received, the check code input by the user on a check code input interface and the obtained user identity information are sent to a background system of a financial platform to which the card belongs, the background system verifies according to the received check code and the user identity information, determines whether the received check code and the user identity information correspond to the card, if so, indicates that activation is successful, otherwise, indicates that activation is unsuccessful.
Further, when the activation is successful, the information of the successful activation can be fed back, and the client can display corresponding prompt information according to the information of the successful activation, or change the color of the card and the like to prompt the successful activation; if the activation is unsuccessful, the background system feeds back unsuccessful information, and the client displays a corresponding check code and a user identity information input interface according to the activation failure information when receiving the activation failure information fed back by the background system, and certainly, a check code input interface and/or a user identity information input interface can be correspondingly displayed so that the user can input the check code and/or the user identity information again.
According to the method, when a card activation instruction triggered by a user at a financial platform client is received, a request for acquiring the identity information of the currently logged user of the financial platform client is sent to a background system of a financial platform to which a card to be activated belongs; receiving the current user identity information fed back by the background system, and displaying a card check code input interface; and sending the user identity information and the check code input by the user on the check code input interface to the background system so that the background system activates the card according to the received check code and the user identity information. Through the mode, when the card is activated, the request for acquiring the identity information of the current login user is sent to the background system of the financial platform, and when the identity information of the login user is received, the user does not need to repeatedly fill in the identity information, and only the check code of the card needs to be input to complete the activation of the credit, so that the time for the user to input the information is shortened, and the labor cost of the financial platform can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a card activation method according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the first embodiment of the card activation method of the present invention, the card activation method further includes:
step S40, if receiving the information that the current user does not finish the identity authentication, which is fed back by the background system, displaying card basic information, a card check code and a user identity information input interface;
if the current login user does not complete the identity authentication, the background system feeds back the information that the current login user does not complete the identity authentication, and the client displays the card basic information, the card check code and the user identity information input interface when receiving the information that the current user does not complete the identity authentication, which is fed back by the background system, of the client, and certainly, the client can also display the card basic information, the card check code input interface and the user identity information input interface respectively. At this time, the user needs to fill in basic information of the card, the card check code and the identity information.
Step S50, sending the card basic information, the user identity information, and the card check code input by the user to the back-end system, so that the back-end system activates the card according to the received check code and the user identity information.
When the user finishes filling the basic information, the check code and the identity information of the card, the user can start to confirm or send an instruction, the financial platform client sends the basic information, the check code and the identity information of the card filled by the user to a background system of a financial platform to which the card belongs, the background system verifies according to the received basic information, the check code and the identity information of the card and determines whether the received check code and the identity information of the user correspond to the basic information of the card, if so, the activation is successful, otherwise, the activation is unsuccessful.
Further, for the convenience of the user, step S50 in this embodiment may be replaced by: and sending the card basic information, the user identity information and the check code input by the user to the background system, so that the background system activates the card according to the received card basic information, the check code and the user identity information, and storing the identity information of the current user when the verification is passed.
In this embodiment, for convenience of the user, if the user who does not complete authentication completes one card activation, the login information of the login user is saved when the card activation is completed, in other words, the authentication of the login user is completed.
To sum up, the present invention divides users into two categories: one is a client who has verified the real identity information; the other category does not authenticate the true identity of the client. If the user verifies the real identity information, the card activation operation can be completed only by inputting the last three digits of the back face of the card when the card is activated; if the user does not verify the real identity, the user is required to input the identity information, the check code and other information again, namely, the verification is carried out in a general verification mode, and the login information of the user is saved as long as the user completes the card activation, so that the next use is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a card activation method according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the first embodiment of the card activation method of the present invention, step S10 may include:
step S11, when a card activation instruction triggered by a user at a financial platform client is received, a request for acquiring basic information of a card to be activated and identity information of a current login user is sent to the background system;
step S20 may include: step S21, receiving the basic information of the card to be activated of the current login user and the identity information of the current login user fed back by the background system;
step S30 is replaced with: and sending the user identity information, the basic information of the card to be activated and the check code input by the user to a background system of the financial platform to which the card belongs, so that the background system activates the card according to the received check code and the user identity information.
In this embodiment, in order to avoid substantially changing the user background system and causing waste in use, when the financial platform background system activates the card, the required information is the same as that in the prior art, that is, the user identity information, the card basic information and the card check code are required. In the embodiment, when the identity authentication of the current login user at the financial platform client is completed, a request for acquiring basic information of a card to be activated of the current login user is sent to a background system, the background system inquires the basic information of the card to be activated of the user according to the received request, the basic information of the card comprises the card number and the validity period of the card, specifically, when the user triggers an activation instruction at the client menu, the corresponding request is sent to the financial platform system, and the background system acquires information of all cards/selected cards under the current login user name according to the received request and feeds the information back to the client. And then, after the user inputs the check code, the user identity information, the basic information of the card to be activated and the check code input by the user are sent to a background system of the financial platform to which the card belongs, and the background system activates the card according to the received user identity information, the basic information of the card to be activated and the check code. In order to facilitate the next use of the user, in this embodiment, when the activation of the card is completed, the authentication of the currently logged-in user is completed.
