Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐候型粉末涂料,该发明由饱和羧基聚酯树脂、固化剂、二氧化钛、填料、流平剂、透气剂等组分混合配制而成。本发明的耐候型粉末涂料,科学选材,合理搭配,选用酸值在30‑35mgKOH/g饱和羧基聚酯树脂,具有独特性质,烘烤过程中不易泛黄,光泽度高,流平性好,漆膜丰满。掺入适量的固化剂及助剂,使得树脂固化完全,方便施工,而且避免了涂膜针孔的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及粉末涂料领域,具体涉及一种耐候型粉末。
背景技术
粉末涂料是一种新型的不含溶剂100%固体粉末状涂料。具有无溶剂、无污染、可回收、环保、节省能源和资源、减轻劳动强度和涂膜机械强度高等特点。
聚酯粉末涂料与其它类型粉末涂料相比,具有独特性质。表现在耐候性、耐紫外旋光性能比环氧树脂好。另外由于聚酯树脂带有极性基团,所以上粉率比环氧树脂高,烘烤过程中不易泛黄,光泽度高,流平性好,漆膜丰满,颜色浅等特性,因而具有很好的装饰性。一般多用于电冰箱、洗衣机、吸尘器、仪表外壳、自行车、家具等领域。
发明内容
本发明目的在于,提供一种耐候型粉末涂料,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐候型粉末涂料,由以下组份按一定重量比配制成:
饱和羧基聚酯树脂 40-60份
固化剂 4-8份
二氧化钛 10-20份
填料 10-25份
流平剂 1-3份
透气剂 1-5份。
优选地,所述的固化剂是β羟烷基酰胺。
优选地,所述的填料是由硫酸钡,重钙,滑石粉,云母粉混合组成。
优选地,所述的饱和羧基聚酯树脂酸值在30-35mgKOH/g。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:本发明的耐候型粉末涂料,科学选材,合理搭配,选用酸值在30-35mgKOH/g饱和羧基聚酯树脂,具有独特性质,烘烤过程中不易泛黄,光泽度高,流平性好,漆膜丰满。掺入适量的固化剂及助剂,使得树脂固化完全,方便施工,而且避免了涂膜针孔的问题。

实施例1:一种耐候型粉末涂料,由以下组份按一定重量比配制成:
饱和羧基聚酯树脂 48份
固化剂 5份
二氧化钛 18份
填料 24份
流平剂 2份
透气剂 3份。
实施例2:一种耐候型粉末涂料,由以下组份按一定重量比配制成:
饱和羧基聚酯树脂 55份
固化剂 5份
二氧化钛 15份
填料 20份
流平剂 2份
透气剂 3份。
其中,上述的固化剂是β羟烷基酰胺。
其中,上述的填料是由10份硫酸钡,5份重钙,2份滑石粉,3份云母粉混合组成。
其中,上述的饱和羧基聚酯树脂酸值在30-35mgKOH/g。

饱和羧基聚酯树脂 40-60份
固化剂 4-8份
二氧化钛 10-20份
填料 10-25份
流平剂 1-3份
透气剂 1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐候型粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述的固化剂是β羟烷基酰胺。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐候型粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述的填料是由硫酸钡,重钙,滑石粉,云母粉混合组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐候型粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述的饱和羧基聚酯树脂酸值在30-35mgKOH/g。
