Abstract
The invention discloses an injection mold for bottle caps with top covers and body colors different from each other, which comprises an upper mold and a lower mold, wherein the lower mold comprises a lower base, the lower base is upwards sequentially provided with a lower mounting seat and an upper mounting seat, the upper mounting seat is movably provided with a lower forming mold, the upper mounting seat is provided with a pre-lifting oil cylinder for jacking the lower forming mold, lower mold inserts are detachably arranged in the lower forming mold corresponding to all the upper forming inserts, the lower mold inserts are provided with lower forming grooves, the lower forming grooves comprise a body forming groove, a connecting sheet forming groove and a top cover forming groove, and the upper mold is provided with at least one cutting device at the joint of the body forming groove and the connecting sheet forming groove.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an injection mold for a bottle cap with a top cover and a body of different colors.
Background
The plastic bottle cap with the top cap is formed by one-time injection molding because the body and the top cap are connected together through the connecting sheet, and if two colors are injected simultaneously, the colors of the joint parts are fused with each other, and the appearance of the fused part is difficult to be consistent, so that the injection molding of the bottle cap with the top cap and the body having different colors is difficult to realize.

A movable seat 17 which moves up and down is arranged in the lower mounting seat 5, a cover lifting oil cylinder 18 which is vertically and downwardly arranged is arranged in the upper mounting seat 6, the end part of a piston rod of the cover lifting oil cylinder 18 is connected with the movable seat 17, and the bottom of the forming core mold 3 is connected with the movable seat 17; the lower die is also provided with a cover closing device 19.
After the injection molding is finished, the pre-lifting oil cylinder 21 and the cover lifting oil cylinder 18 simultaneously drive the lower forming die 7 and the forming core die 3 to lift, so that the bottle cover is separated from the outer forming block 20, then the pre-lifting oil cylinder 21 drives the lower forming die 7 to descend and reset, the cover closing device 19 closes the top cover on the bottle cover body, then the ejector rod on the injection molding machine tool jacks the ejector block 15, the ejector seat 14 and the ejector piece 16 are driven to move, and the bottle cover is separated from the forming core die 3.
