本发明涉及一种枫树的病害防治药剂,按重量份计,由如下组份制得:50%福美双可湿性粉剂1000倍液100‑150份、50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂1000倍液50‑80份、鬼针草1‑2份、重楼2‑3份、半边莲1‑2份、仙人掌5‑8份、老姜0.1‑0.3份、紫甘蓝5‑7份、山梨酸钾0.01‑0.02份、硫酸锰0.01‑0.02份、碱式碳酸铜0.03‑0.05份、氯化铁0.01‑0.02份。经过实验,本发明提供的一种枫树的病害防治药剂,比市售的枫树病害防治药剂效果更好,起效时间更快,常规药剂需3次喷施才能完全治愈,而本发明仅需2次喷施,同时本发明采用生物制剂配合化学药剂,毒性更小,更安全,值得推广使用。

本发明属于种植技术领域,具体涉及一种枫树的病害防治药剂。
背景技术
枫树,多为灌木或大、小乔木,枝条横展,树姿优美,而且多为弱阳性树种,是风景林中表现秋色的重要中层树木,枫树在充足的阳光下生长良好,适合全遮阴和潮湿到干燥,排水良好的土壤,要求土壤的pH值小于7.0的酸性,可容忍粘土和酸性土壤。
枫树的生长过程中,最常见的病害有褐斑病、白粉病等,现常用的枫树病害防治药剂均为化学药剂,如50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂1000倍液等,对人体会造成一定危害,同时仅能治疗,无法预防,局限性大。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种枫树的病害防治药剂。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种枫树的病害防治药剂,按重量份计,由如下组份制得:50%福美双可湿性粉剂1000倍液100-150份、50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂1000倍液50-80份、鬼针草1-2份、重楼2-3份、半边莲1-2份、仙人掌5-8份、老姜0.1-0.3份、紫甘蓝5-7份、山梨酸钾0.01-0.02份、硫酸锰0.01-0.02份、碱式碳酸铜0.03-0.05份、氯化铁0.01-0.02份。
进一步的,一种枫树的病害防治药剂,按重量份计,由如下组份制得:50%福美双可湿性粉剂1000倍液120份、50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂1000倍液60份、鬼针草1.5份、重楼2.5份、半边莲1.5份、仙人掌7份、老姜0.2份、紫甘蓝6份、山梨酸钾0.01份、硫酸锰0.02份、碱式碳酸铜0.04份、氯化铁0.01份。
一种枫树的病害防治药剂,其制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述鬼针草、重楼、半边莲洗净烘干,使用45-55kHz超声波处理10-15分钟,然后粉碎至80目,能够粉碎药物中木质细胞的细胞壁,使有效成分更容易析出,加混合菌菌液于40-43℃发酵处理100分钟,加热灭菌,加入85%乙醇溶液于240r/min震荡醇提35分钟,分离提取液,回收乙醇得溶液A;
(2)将所述仙人掌、老姜、紫甘蓝加5倍仙人掌质量分数的水煮熟捣烂,静置后取上层清液,加入所述山梨酸钾,搅拌均匀,得溶液B,富含维生素、花青素等促进枫树生长的有效成分;
(3)将所述50%福美双可湿性粉剂1000倍液、50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂1000倍液、硫酸锰、碱式碳酸铜、氯化铁均匀混合配制成溶液C;
(4)将所述溶液A、溶液B、溶液C均匀混合后即得所述枫树的病害防治药剂。
进一步的,步骤(1)所述混合菌菌液,由嗜酸乳杆菌菌液、酵母菌菌液、双歧杆菌菌液、放线菌菌液按质量份数比5:3:3:1混合后制得。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种枫树的病害防治药剂,使用中药配合传统化学药剂,在中药有效成分的提取方法,通过超声波处理、混合菌发酵再醇提的方法,充分提取药物有效成分,喷洒后能促进枫树自愈,对枫树的病害有显著疗效;同时加入仙人掌、老姜、紫甘蓝,提高枫树自身抵抗病菌的能力,加快细胞代谢,恢复枫树自身免疫系统,进一步帮助枫树病害的治愈。经过实验,本发明提供的一种枫树的病害防治药剂,比市售的枫树病害防治药剂效果更好,起效时间更快,常规药剂需3次喷施才能完全治愈,而本发明仅需2次喷施,同时本发明采用生物制剂配合化学药剂,毒性更小,更安全,值得推广使用。

分别使用上述7种药剂进行枫树病叶的喷洒,使用方法每10-15天喷洒1次,连喷2-3次,观察置于效果,多次实验,统计结果如表1:
