Each functional unit and module in the embodiments may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated in one unit, and the integrated unit may be implemented in a form of hardware, or in a form of software functional unit. Claims (11)

1. A transaction signature method, the transaction signature method comprising:
acquiring user account information sent by a financial machine tool, wherein the user account information comprises a bank card number, an identification card number, a mobile phone number or a micro signal;
based on the user account information, sending a connection request to a mobile terminal corresponding to the user account information, and simultaneously requesting password information and/or the position of the mobile terminal;
receiving feedback information of the mobile terminal for confirming connection, wherein the feedback information comprises the confirmed connection, password information and/or the position of the mobile terminal;
confirming whether to send a signature notification to the mobile terminal based on the feedback information;
and if the sending is confirmed, after the signature notification is sent, obtaining the signature information sent by the mobile terminal, and sending the signature information to the financial machine tool so that the financial machine tool can complete the transaction according to the signature information.
2. The transaction signing method of claim 1, wherein when the feedback information includes password information and/or a location of a mobile terminal, said confirming whether to send a signature notification to the mobile terminal based on the feedback information specifically comprises:
comparing the password information with preset password information, and if the password information is the same as the preset password information, sending a signature notification to the mobile terminal;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
comparing the position with a preset area, and if the position is within the range of the preset area, sending a signature notification to the mobile terminal;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and comparing the password information with preset password information, comparing the position with a preset area, and if the password information is the same as the preset password information and the position is within the range of the preset area, sending a signature notice to the mobile terminal.
3. The transaction signing method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining signature information transmitted by said mobile terminal and transmitting said signature information to said financial instrument comprises:
comparing the signature information sent by the mobile terminal with pre-stored signature characteristic information;
and if the similarity of the signature information sent by the mobile terminal and the pre-stored signature characteristic information in comparison is within a preset similarity threshold range, sending the signature information to the financial machine tool.
4. A transaction signature method, the transaction signature method comprising:
acquiring a connection request and a password information and/or a position request of a mobile terminal sent by a server based on user account information sent by a financial tool, wherein the user account information comprises a bank card number, an identification number, a mobile phone number or a micro signal;
after a connection confirmation instruction is detected, sending feedback information for confirming connection to a server, wherein the feedback information comprises the connection confirmation and password information and/or the position of the mobile terminal;
after receiving a signature notification sent by a server, acquiring signature information;
and sending the signature information to a server so that the server sends the signature information to the financial machine tool, so that the financial machine tool can complete transaction according to the signature information.
5. The transaction signing method of claim 4, wherein sending feedback information for connection confirmation to the server after detecting the connection confirmation command specifically comprises:
acquiring password information input by a user, and sending the password information to a server;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and acquiring the position of the mobile terminal, and sending the position of the mobile terminal to a server.
6. The transaction signing method of any one of claims 4 or 5, wherein the transaction signing method further comprises:
when a signature notification is received for the first time, extracting and recording feature information of a signature input by a user;
and sending the signature characteristic information to a server to be used as preset signature characteristic information for storage.
7. A server, characterized in that the server comprises:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring user account information sent by a financial machine tool, and the user account information comprises a bank card number, an identification card number, a mobile phone number or a micro signal;

8. The server according to claim 7, wherein when the feedback information includes password information and/or a location of the mobile terminal, the signature notification transmission unit further includes:
the password comparison module is used for comparing the password information with preset password information, and if the password information is the same as the preset password information, a signature notification is sent to the mobile terminal;

the position comparison module is used for comparing the position with a preset area, and if the position is within the range of the preset area, a signature notification is sent to the mobile terminal;

the matching module is used for matching the signature information sent by the mobile terminal with pre-stored signature characteristic information;
and the signature information sending module is used for sending the signature information to the financial machine if the similarity of the signature information sent by the mobile terminal and the pre-stored signature characteristic information in comparison is within a preset similarity threshold range.
9. A mobile terminal, characterized in that the mobile terminal comprises:
