Abstract
The invention discloses a surrounding rock disaster early warning method and an anchoring early warning device for an anchor bolt supporting roadway, wherein the anchoring early warning device comprises an anchor bolt, a nut, a basic tray, a multi-layer tray and an annular equalizing pipe; the tail end of the anchor rod is sequentially provided with a nut, a basic tray, an annular equalizing pipe and a multi-layer tray from outside to inside; the annular pressure equalizing pipe is internally provided with reflective liquid, and the annular pressure equalizing pipe is provided with a hydraulic functional valve. The invention can improve the bearing capacity of the basic tray of the anchor rod, and realize early warning by adopting reflective liquid to spray out in the abnormal bearing state of surrounding rock, and has the advantages of simple structure, simple and convenient manufacture, simple and easy operation and suitability for underground wet dangerous environments.

The invention fully considers the interaction between the anchor rod and the roadway surrounding rock, improves the bearing capacity of the anchor rod basic tray by adding the multi-layer tray, realizes early warning on the abnormal bearing state of the surrounding rock by adopting the reflection liquid jet, and has the advantages of simple structure, simple and convenient manufacture, simple and easy operation and suitability for underground wet dangerous environments.

As shown in figure 1, the surrounding rock disaster anchoring early warning device for the anchor bolt supporting roadway comprises an anchor bolt 5, a nut 4, a basic tray 3, a multi-layer tray 1 and an annular equalizing pipe 2; the tail end of the anchor rod 5 is provided with a nut 4, a basic pallet 3, an annular equalizing pipe 2 and a multi-layer pallet 1 from outside to inside, and the nut 4 presses the multi-layer pallet 1 on a surrounding rock wall 6. The size area of the multi-layer tray 1 is larger than that of the basic tray 3, the multi-layer tray can be made of metal or nonmetal materials, in a brittle surrounding rock roadway, the peeling damage of the surface of the brittle surrounding rock is better adapted, the problem that the anchor rod body 5 fails due to the peeling of the surface of the surrounding rock caused by insufficient contact area between the basic tray 3 and the surrounding rock wall 6 is avoided, and therefore the bearing capacity of the anchor rod body 5 is improved.
Under normal conditions, the surrounding rock disaster anchoring early warning device of the anchor rod supporting roadway plays a role in increasing the bearing capacity of the anchor rod, and surrounding rocks around the multi-layer tray 1 are not bright, as shown in fig. 3.
