Abstract
本发明公开了一种散热胶带,其在塑料薄膜基材上覆盖有金属网,并通过粘结剂层相粘合。其中金属网优选铜网,粘结剂优选丙烯酸压敏粘结剂,基材优选PET薄膜。根据本发明实施的散热胶带兼具了粘合、热传导、电磁屏蔽(抗静电)这三项功能,既有利于减少电子产品的厚度,也可降低电子产品的制造复杂程度,有助于电子产品生产厂家提高生产效率。金属丝同时具有良好的导电性和导热性,兼顾了两方面的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及电子产品及元器件制造领域,具体涉及一种散热胶带。
背景技术
散热胶带是一种中间导热粘和体,用于把发热的电子器件同散热器件粘和,起到传导热量的作用。其通常为具有导热性质的双面胶体。通常的散热胶带是以玻璃纤维布等作为基材,涂布填充有高导热陶瓷粒子的丙烯酸压敏胶制成,一般具有良好的绝缘性。
另一方面,静电防护在现在高科技产业中一直是一项被重视的科目,产品在制造和使用过程中很容易收到静电的影响而导致损坏,这方面尤其以半导体产业和液晶屏幕(LCD)制造业的感受最深。
静电对LCD产品的破坏包括静电击穿、静电吸着尘埃以及电磁干扰(EMI)这三方面的问题。其中前两作者较多发生在制造环节中,易导致产品不良率上升;而第三者EMI则较多发生在产品的使用过程中,其指的是电子产品通电后,因电磁感应效应所产生的电磁波对周遭电子设备所造成的干扰和影响。对于EMI,我们可以通过实施屏蔽来对其进行防治。比如可采用导电布胶带作为屏蔽层。
若能将散热胶带与电磁屏蔽胶带合二为一,则可减少一层胶带的厚度,同时也降低电子产品的加工复杂程度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有电磁屏蔽作用的散热胶带。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明的技术方案是:。
一种散热胶带,包含薄膜基材、覆盖于所述薄膜基材至少一侧表面上的粘结剂层、铺设在所述粘结剂层之中的金属网。
进一步地,所述金属网为纯铜网,构成所述金属网的经纬向金属丝的直径为20~50μm,同向延伸的所述金属丝之间的间距为200~500μm。
更进一步地,所述粘结剂为丙烯酸压敏粘结剂。
更进一步地,所述丙烯酸粘结剂中均匀分布有石墨粉。
更进一步地,所述薄膜基材为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)薄膜。
更进一步地,所述粘结剂层上还覆盖有离型膜。
根据本发明实施的散热胶带兼具了粘合、热传导、电磁屏蔽(抗静电)这三项功能,既有利于减少电子产品的厚度,也可降低电子产品的制造复杂程度,有助于电子产品生产厂家提高生产效率。
金属丝同时具有良好的导电性和导热性,兼顾了两方面的需求。
具体实施方式
为了便于理解,下面结合实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
若未特别指明,实施例中所采用的技术手段为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规手段,所采用的原料也均为可商业获得的。未详细描述的各种过程和方法是本领域中公知的常规方法。
[实施例1]具有抗静电功能的散热单面胶带
该散热单面胶带由上到下一次包括:PET薄膜基材、铜网、包裹住铜网并均匀覆盖在基材之上的丙烯酸粘结剂层、离型膜。
其中PET薄膜经过干燥预处理,确保含水量不高于0.1%。
铜网为经纬平纹金属纯铜网,构成所述经纬平纹金属纯铜网的金属丝平均直径为35μm,间距为300μm。将铜网铺设于基材之上时必须注意张力均匀。铜丝最好是经过黑化预处理,以除去油污和锈。
丙烯酸粘结剂的组成为(重量比):软性丙烯酸单体15份;硬性丙烯酸单体13份;苯偶姻甲醚5份;苯甲酰基过氧化物2份;二丙烯酸酯20份;乙酸乙酯5份。
丙烯酸粘结剂中还掺入了石墨粉20份。
[实施例2]具有抗静电功能的散热单面胶带
其他构成均与实施例1相同,区别在于丙烯酸粘结剂的组成为(重量比):软性丙烯酸单体15份;苯偶姻甲醚5份;苯甲酰基过氧化物2份;二丙烯酸酯20份;乙酸乙酯5份。
[实施例3]具有抗静电功能的散热双面胶带
其他构成均与实施例1相同,区别在于在基材的另一面粘合有相同的铜网和离型膜。
[实施例4]具有抗静电功能的散热双面胶带
其他构成均与实施例3相同,区别在于金属网为铝网。
性能测试
测定实施例1-4的产品的导热系数(w/m*k),依次为503、447、432、377。测定各实施例产品的电磁屏蔽效能(SE),结果没有明显差别,均在的范围内。
实施例1~4均添加有金属丝,金属丝同时具有良好的导电性和导热性,兼顾了两方面的需求。根据本发明实施的散热胶带兼具了粘合、热传导、电磁屏蔽(抗静电)这三项功能,既有利于减少电子产品的厚度,也可降低电子产品的制造复杂程度,有助于电子产品生产厂家提高生产效率。
Claims (6)
1.一种散热胶带,其特征在于:包含薄膜基材、覆盖于所述薄膜基材至少一侧表面上的粘结剂层、铺设在所述粘结剂层之中的金属网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的散热胶带,其特征在于:所述金属网为纯铜网,构成所述金属网的经纬向金属丝的直径为20~50μm,同向延伸的所述金属丝之间的间距为200~500μm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的散热胶带,其特征在于:所述粘结剂为丙烯酸压敏粘结剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的散热胶带,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸粘结剂中均匀分布有石墨粉。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的散热胶带,其特征在于:所述薄膜基材为PET薄膜。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的散热胶带,其特征在于:所述粘结剂层上还覆盖有离型膜。
