本发明公开了一种多效高分子防水材料,包括以下重量份的组分:丙烯酸防水乳液30‑35份;聚丙烯纤维10‑12份;纳米二氧化硅1‑4份;硅灰粉5‑8份;杀菌剂1‑2份;钛白粉2‑3份;碳酸钙4‑6份;PH稳定剂0.1‑0.3份;消泡剂1‑2份;去离子水30‑35份。本发明的有益效果是:该种防水材料不含有重金属,无毒无害,环保效果好,同时涂层采用纳米二氧化硅和聚丙烯纤维,增强了防水材料的弹性和附着力,达到了防水的效果,其它物质的添加,保证防水材料的稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水材料,尤其涉及一种多效高分子防水材料。
背景技术
建筑行业所用的防水材料一般分为三大类:卷材类、溶剂类、沥青油膏类。但是,都存在高温流淌、低温脆裂,抗拉强度低、延伸率小、附着力差等问题,同时,三种材料色泽均为黑色,因此这些产品吸热性强、易龟裂、老化和污染环境等。而且,根本做不到无缝防水的效果,无法解决建筑防水的世界性难题。由于墙体不防水,容易产生脱落,造成了安全隐患。
因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。

本发明提供一种多效高分子防水材料。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种多效高分子防水材料,包括以下重量份的组分:
丙烯酸防水乳液 30-35份;
聚丙烯纤维 10-12份;
纳米二氧化硅 1-4份;
硅灰粉 5-8份;
杀菌剂 1-2份;
钛白粉 2-3份;
碳酸钙 4-6份;
PH稳定剂 0.1-0.3份;
消泡剂 1-2份;
去离子水 30-35份。
进一步的,所述杀菌剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵或十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为磷酸三丁酯或磷酸酯。
进一步的,所述PH稳定剂为三乙醇胺。
本发明的有益效果是:该种防水材料不含有重金属,无毒无害,环保效果好,同时涂层采用纳米二氧化硅和聚丙烯纤维,增强了防水材料的弹性和附着力,达到了防水的效果,其它物质的添加,保证防水材料的稳定性。

聚丙烯纤维 11份;

硅灰粉 7份;
十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵 1.5份;
钛白粉 2.5份;
碳酸钙 5份;
PH稳定剂 0.2份;
磷酸酯 1.5份;
去离子水 32份。

一种多效高分子防水材料,包括以下重量份的组分:
丙烯酸防水乳液 35份;
聚丙烯纤维 12份;
纳米二氧化硅 4份;
硅灰粉 8份;
十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵 2份;
钛白粉 3份;
碳酸钙 6份;
PH稳定剂 0.3份;
磷酸酯 2份;
去离子水 35份。
