本发明涉及一种薄膜,尤其涉及一种高分子环保薄膜。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,科学技术不断发展,各行各业也不断崛起,但正是由于科技过于发达,而使得环境污染越来越严重,特别是如今薄膜技术的不断提高,使得较多产品都开始贴薄膜来弥补自身的缺陷,而现阶段,薄膜由于在开发时完全无环保意识,导致现有技术中的薄膜不具备环保性能,从而在薄膜使用广泛的情况下,薄膜的污染性较大,而未来的发展必定是向环保方面发展的趋势,因此现有的薄膜无法满足此类要求。
因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。

本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种高分子环保薄膜,包括以下重量份的组分:
三羟基乙基丁烷 20-30份;
甘露醇 11-13份;
增稠剂 1-3份;
高岭土 10-18份;
聚丙烯短纤维 4-6份;
消泡剂 0.5-1.3份;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 3-5份;
聚氨酯 3-6份。
进一步的,所述增稠剂为纤维素。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为有机硅。
本发明的有益效果是:该种薄膜在生产过程中不会产生污染,环保效果好,同时添加的纤维素和高岭土,增加薄膜的粘度和耐磨性,同时能在恶劣的环境中使用,稳定性能好,满足各行业的需求。

三羟基乙基丁烷 30份;
甘露醇 13份;
纤维素 3份;
高岭土 18份;
聚丙烯短纤维 6份;
有机硅 1.3份;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 5份;
聚氨酯 6份。
本发明的有益效果是:该种薄膜在生产过程中不会产生污染,环保效果好,同时添加的纤维素和高岭土,增加薄膜的粘度和耐磨性,同时能在恶劣的环境中使用,稳定性能好,满足各行业的需求。
